The entire process went flawlessly. They were helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with, and my car looks like new again (and cleaner than when I dropped it off). This is the only body shop I will ever use from now on, and I highly recommend them.

IF YOU NEED AN AUTO BODY SHOP: GO TO MACKINS!!! After being rear ended in my brand new vehicle, I was reluctant to go with one of the contracted body shops that the responsible insurance party had suggested. I was reassured doing so would expedite the process and that the work would have an additional layer of guarantee. That being said, the guys at Mackins on 65th really took great care of my Rav4. They communicated every step of the way. Superb customer service, and high caliber thorough professional work. Mackins 65th Ave. Auto Body is top notch. Ryan and his crew were incredibly friendly and communicative. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Its hard to express the depression of having your vehicle destroyed, then rebuild to industry standards by a group so solid professionals. Mackins staff was simply extraordinary in the Rebuild Process; more so important was the Bi Weekly progress updates by the Project manager Daryl Dryer ...both a dedicated professional, who not only kept us updated and informed but made is a Personal venture on his part. Literally in two months, he became a trusted entity and point of contact for us. He clearly is the right guy in the right job. Mackins staff and restoration crew were simply the best.

Mackin’s was super easy to work with and very helpful. Once we got the insurance figured out with the person that hit me (longest part of the whole process) Mackin’s was quick to get parts ordered and get my car scheduled for repairs. I drive a Tesla Model 3 and being a certified Tesla auto body shop was the main reason we went to Mackin’s. Ryan was communicative through the process, giving me updates on the progress of fixing my car. They also set up Enterprise to pick me up on the morning I dropped off my car and called them to pick up my rental when I arrived to pick up my car. Very happy with our experience! Excellent work repairing my Tesla S 90D after fender bender! The car looks literally as good as new. Understood that I reside in Eugene and that it takes some planning as to when I could bring my Tesla 3, leave it and return for it when complete. Great experience. I had severe bumper damage from a hit and run. Mackins replaced my bumper and ensured I had no electrical damage. Looks brand new.I have State Farm insurance and Mackins made the process seamless. I gave them my claim # and never had to give it another thought. When I got my car back they had completely cleaned the interior and exterior of the car. What a pleasant surprise. Spectacular customer service from this body shop. They go above and beyond for customers and are responsive. I’m so grateful I dealt with this body shop, because my State Farm car insurance has by far been the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a collision accident. Hayden at the Mackin’s on 65 was super patient and kind with me and kept me more up to date with my car by updating me anytime I called, meanwhile I pay the State Farm insurance company 150 per month and don’t get the least amount of respect or professionalism in handling a claim. I would recommend Mackin’s in a heart beat if they needed work on their car. They’ll take care of you to the T! For realz :)

Thanks Mackin for making this as good as possible. Hit a deer on my front left fender in my Tesla Model 3 going 75 and was fortunate to just have a frisbee size dent on the fender. Dealing with Tesla is tough when it comes to parts and Ryan warned me from the get go. Sure enough we had some delays but was always promptly updated with all info he could share. Body work on Tesla’s is tough because your working with aluminum. Was nice to see a half dozen other Tesla’s their. This helped with the decision and sure enough the did 5 star work! Ryan was Awesome!

Front end damage to my 2019 Tesla Model 3 was repaired perfectly, and completed in just one week (less than half the original estimated time). I was very impressed with the service I received when I brought my car in for repairs. My side-view mirror had been badly damaged and there was a long paint streak on both doors. Chad was able to remove the paint streak by simply wiping it off with a cloth that had been dipped in paint thinner. The mirror ordered in advance and pointed to match the color of the car perfectly. I will definitely come back here whenever I need body work on my car. Thank you, guys.

Had to have my Tesla Model 3 repaired so I took it into a Tesla certified body shop. Mackin on 65th was the best choice I could have made. They made the extra effort to avoid having the car pulled apart for the insurance estimate and before parts arrived for repair since the car was still drivable. They also did a great job on managing my time frame expectations and were able to still get the car back to me before the holiday break. Car looks brand new and couldnt be more happy with service and work.

I took my 2018 F150 to Mackins, as it is one of the few shops in the Portland area that are certified to work on aluminum bodies. The damage was extensive after a hit and run: Only the hood and two passenger doors were not replaced. To be honest, I wasnt sure if I wanted to keep the truck. The truck looks, rides and sounds as if it was brand new. They also installed the tailgate assist mechanism which I purchased and dropped off. Ryan was my main contact and was conscientious from the beginning, sending me status texts on a regular basis. When we picked the truck up, all of the guys who worked on it were there and you could tell by talking to them that they take a great deal of pride in their work. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Mackins did an outstanding job on our car! You cant even tell that there was ever dents and scrapes! The whole process was timely and they kept us informed on the progress. Overall a great experience. The car looks great, they did a great job with the repairs. Only issue we noticed with the 65th Ave location is the customer service was not as good as the Hollywood location. Hollywood location is very customer focused and goes out of their way to offer to send a car to pick you up and buff out any extra little scratches for no extra charge. At 65th Ave location they declined any extra services, they fixed the car and nothing else, they did so a great job fixing the car.Overall, I highly recommend mackin but would recommend using the Hollywood location.

Last week I went to pick up my truck that had been there 2 weeks to show up and find orange peel paint and scratches all over it. I will post pictures to show details how bad it was. In addition to the bad job I looked at them and said I have family friends that do this and I want it done right they said then why didnt u take it to them then.... the reply was since its through my insurance its supposed to be seemless. Total jerks they make a mistake and act like its my fault!Went back again today to get my truck and it looks like crap and the men are gross pigs that undermine women!
