I got some bodywork done by Speed’s a couple months ago. I was happy with the service and workmanship. I came back through recently to get a small issue with the door addressed and it seems that they are under new management. I cannot say enough about how I was received, and my issue addressed immediately and without any questions or charges. They are great, focused on quality and customer service, and are already earning loyal customers. If they can keep this up, are going to be incredibly successful.

Coming from midwest, I had trouble replacing the license plate without damage the bumper. They were able to work me into their schedule same day and top notch repair to my bumper/ license plate. Professional from beginning to the end, very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I called to get a quote for painting a set of side skirts. I was immediately welcomed with the lack of professionalism. I know a thing or two about automotive paint and how the preparation is everything. I received a quote and I asked what all would be included in the process. For example, would you sand down, primer, lay base and clear? Does that quote include wet sand after clear? Does the quote include color match? The more questions I asked the more frustrated the person on the other line became. Eventually he said, you know what, I don’t wanna paint your parts, you can go somewhere else. I wish I never called.

Couldnt be happier with my decision to use Speeds to repair damage after someone hit me. Great communication, very friendly down to Earth staff, and the car looks better than it did before the accident. They did a top notch repair. They finished it exactly when they said they would and they even washed the car.

They were friendly and really easy to work with, offered a great online estimate service, kept me updated on the process, and prioritized using high quality parts, even when it meant a few days delay in the repairs. Speeds was great, perfect price point to fix the front end of my car after a commercial vehicle had backed into it and it looked beautiful after completion! Only issue is a few weeks later my blinker fell out, must have been not attached perfectly, but that was easily fixed.

This is the best collision repair shop in Portland. I had a some body damage to my car and Karry was very helpful in giving good advice and price. And the car was in great condition after the repairs were completed. Id very highly recommend this place for anyone.

I have been very pleased with Speeds. I had a dent in my bumper and the corner bracket had broken so that the bumper protruded from the cars body. I went to Mackins, where I have taken my other car before, and they said they could not fix the bumper and it had to be replaced (at considerable cost). By contrast, Speeds was able to remove the dent and re-secure the bumper for about a third of the cost of replacing it. They were great. I will use them again and urge others to do so.

I have been meaning to do this for months and I am usually forced to write bad reviews for those that deserve them but in this case, a good review is needed.My wife works nearby, I picked her up for lunch and was driving by Speeds to get to our lunch destination. We noticed a few blocks prior, a fairly loud whistling sound that we didnt know was coming from us. We happened to put into their parking lot and my wife jumped out to see if that sound was coming from our car and it was. It was coming from the front end. The owner came out (I dont recall his name), he said he would be happy to take a look at it and to come back in half an hour. We went to lunch and came back after, he said that a rock got flung up between the brake pad and the caliber. They just removed the rock, but the process to do that was to hoist it up, take off the wheel, and the brake. All in all, it took some work and I was readily prepared to pay the man for their time. But he declined payment and just said it has been taken care of. Not only do we really appreciate that, but overall his approach to us and our issue. That is how you earn business and I guarantee, if we ever need an auto body, they will be our first visit.

This is how a business should be run. Correct information made available at the beginning. Work was done perfectly, on time and at the price quoted at the beginning. Love them.

If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I would. The two ladies working at the office provided me with excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable while I was waiting. They offer reasonable prices for their amazing auto body repairs. This is hands down one of the best auto body shops Ive ever been to! Dont think twice--you will not regret it!!!

I had a minor bump in my Honda Accord car. I went to get an estimate I told him my insurance would not pay for it since I had a high deductible. He offered to repair it for 50% less than other estimate. He dropped me at my work and got me back to pick up my car. Great customer service and a job well done.

Found them on google and picked them because of the great reviews, and glad I did. They did a real nice job, customer service was fantastic, and made it a painless process. I got my car back cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommend them and use them again if ever the need arose.

Left gaps between my bumper and the body. Didnt correctly match paint. Told me that my car has different paint all around when it was just the bumper that has wrong paint. Didnt want to try to fix it again. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They didnt try to make things right.

My experience with Matt has been great, the best service I have received from a auto shop. I am a car guy and collector enthusiast and very particular about the quality of work performed. I had a special part that needed painted and installed. He was the cheapest of 3 quotes I received, but I am always a little hesitant about going with the cjheapest bid as you usually get what you pay for. But I had seen the many positive reviews and decided to go with this shop. The repair was flawless and done on time. Not only that, another vendor who had done some earlier work had left a couple of small chips and dings in the door panel. I pointed it out to Matt when I brought the car in just to get his thoughts, not asking him to do anything. When I picked up my car and got home later, I noticed Matt had taken the time to touch up the dings. He didnt mention anything to me about repairing it and never charged me a penny for the added work. What a class act! I am a business owner myself and was extremely impressed... Matt made a fan out of me.

Its unfortunate to need a body shop in the first place but if you do this is the place to go.They are a joy to work with as well as honest, and super nice. And they do excellent. Work for a fair price.

I had my car repaired approximately 2 years ago and I am still dealing with ongoing mechanical problems that were not addressed from the initial visit. This was a hefty insurance claim that I would expect nothing more then to have my car back to its original form. I have had to bring my car back multiple times to no avail. I finally decided to bring my car to the dealership to address further uncorrected issues and they were honestly baffled by the quality of service that was performed. The owner became increasingly more agitated by my situation over time as well as his daughter that also appears to help with things. Nevertheless, I have spent far too much time and energy on this place. Things became very unprofessional over time and I seriously question the safety and lack of detail that occurred to my automobile. Based on my experience, I would caution you to find a different place that does not involve an insincere pat on the back and a self congratulatory job well done. This place was an absolutely terrible experience...

Ive used Speeds for collision repair on two occasions and had the same professional, friendly and responsive experience each time. Their work is impeccable, and I appreciate their fighting for me with my insurer when it comes to doing the appropriate replacement vs repair decisions.

I dont know what happened but I do not like business that quote you an estimate and when you come back to pay, they increase the price on you. No warning to their customers at all. This kind of business makes me not trust them again. So, be careful when you bring your business to this place, they might bait and switch on you.

Speeds does great work and goes the extra mile if needed to make sure you are satisfied. My brand new car wasnt quite back to original condition after the initial fix but I brought it back and they took an hour to make it just like new. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally but a show of class is to own them and make things right while still keeping the same positive attitude.Matt runs a great shop; fair, honest, thorough and up front about the process and limitations and expectations.

My car was the unfortunate victim of a hit and run. I brought it here based on the google reviews and I’m glad I did. I mainly dealt with Michelle in the office and she was really great. They had my car back to me in less than a week and it looks perfect.

Ive known kameel for quite sometime and he has been the only person that has helped me through the years when it comes to auto body work.They always take good care of all my friends and family when we are in need of body work. Fixed most of my issue at a reasonable rate. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is that they didnt completely fix one of the issues I had brought my vehicle in for.

I have had two accidents in the past two years and both times I have taken my car to Speeds. You know how when one thing goes wrong, you really dont want to have to deal with any other hassles? Speeds makes this possible. The two women in the office are not only competent, but exceedingly kind and compassionate. I cant think of a single complaint.

THIS PLACE IS REALLY A TOWING COMPANY, IE MAKES MOST OF ITS MONEY FROM PAYING YOU TO GET YOUR CAR BACK, KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN ALLOWING THEM TO DO REPAIRSSpeeds auto told me they could turn my car around in 3 days, didnt even start on the work for 7 days, ended up taking 22 days to complete and then immediately tried to start to charge me $75 dollars a day for storage when I was on vacation. In what world could it ever cost $75 dollars a day to store a car. I could get a car an Air BnB in the city for that amount, either they are putting my car up in the Marriott or its just plain extortion.AVOID SPEEDS AT ALL COSTS!!!!
