Proper old school work, done first come first served. Only one person ahead of me, but they werent waiting so they got my car tracking straight in under a half hour. Awesome to watch, Im bringing my other cars back.

I was hesitant to come here because some of the reviews are pretty bad. However, I needed an alignment and really didnt feel like spending 100-120 dollars on a 98 acura. I had just replaced the steering rack and tie rods and the steering was pretty janky as well as the steering wheel was off about 2 inches to the left. This guy did a great job. Its way better than I realized it needed to be and the steering wheel is perfectly centered. Just tell these guys what you need and theyll get it done. Thank you Aligment World!

Only place that did my alignment right on my Tacoma. Been to other shops before a friend recommended alignment world and this will be my go-to alignment shop from now on.

They did my brake job and it was absolutely horrible. i bought all 4 brakes and gave them to them and paid the money for them to put them on. once i got it the brakes were still squeaking so i took it to another shop and they said they didn’t even change the back ones. they just kept the same ones on and probably just kept those ones. never going to them again

I’ve been here a few times to see if I could give them a chance they never corrected anything. This is a one size fits all alignment that take a few mins and tell you to hit the road. The procedure of getting under your car and turning a wrench couple times and changing you 50 bucks results in a shotty experience. Came here last time with a friend and they laughed amongst each other at his car since it was an older beater. Found it disrespectful for mocking people for their financial status. Would be nice if the owners co worker took his pride and applied it in his work. You get what you pay for.

The work at Alignment world is fast, but clearly something is amiss-- my car drives straight but the steering wheel is not centered. I tried taking my car back to the shop and they did not work on it again. Instead, they looked at the printout and claimed everything was within spec. Then one of the mechanics took my car for a test drive and said it drove straight... my car is clearly not centered. The steering wheel is offset by about 10 degrees to the left. Im sure they didnt lock the wheel when performing service.This shop blamed everything else, first telling me that my tires werent good, then telling me that my steering columns or rack/pinion is messed up. Somewhere in the middle, the tech said something about my gearbox... clearly grasping for anything they could blame. If my car had such issues, I wouldnt be here getting a simple alignment. Two different people at this shop advised me to switch my front two tires evens after I told them I installed new tires the day before. With all this said, I didnt bother trying to argue. It was clear they knew something was wrong, but their solutions told me they werent experts.I came to this shop to save myself a few dollars. Luckily it was only 50 bucks, but this shop is run by people who dont know what they are doing. Their service consists of following steps-- there is no real knowledge here. This works most of the time, but when it doesnt, you will find no help; youve been warned.

As a first time visitor i was unhappy customer with the results they gaveso they did the alignment for me fast and showed me that every thing is green and good to go.took the car for test drive and found that it pulls strong to the right + steering is off center.so i came back and the guy was unhappy about me telling him that so he start asking me questions if i did any suspension work in this 5 mnts test drive!!! or if i hit a curb so i said nothen he pulled my car back on the rack and did it again and wrote on the paper the 6 months warranty is gone just by him not doing his job right the first time and not testing it before giving it to me.that makes me angry will never give him my business again.

This place is a scam and will damage your vehicle!I brought my truck in to alignment world at the discretion of another mechanic who couldnt figure out what was wrong with it after replacing a wheel bearing. I told them three times I didnt come there for an alignment and asked if they could check out whats wrong with the truck. He proceeded to tell me this is how they test whats wrong with the truck as he put the calibration equipment on the wheels. He got under there and used a impact hammer on my sway bar till it wouldnt hammer anymore. Once he got it off the rack he tried charging me for an alignment. Without addressing the problem I came in there for at all, no test ride, nothing. Im taking it to Les Schwabs as it now drives worse. I will let you know what they say.

Pulled in and serviced my truck right away very friendly staff and great prices!

Had to change breaks and do disc re-surfacing 3 weeks ago. They got me in with no problem, despite other customers, recommended which breaks to get and which store to go to. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. AutoZone sold me wrong set of breaks, which we found out when the car was already up in the air. They called the store and arranged for them to deliver the right product. Most importantly, they have the best prices. Id pay few hundred bucks more for the same service, had I gone to the car dealer.

Ive gone to this shop a few times and like that its drop-in, no appointment needed. Usually it takes about 15-20 minutes for the alignment work. Car drives straight and I have never had issues after the service is completed. I usually rotate my own tires and tire wear always looks even on this car. Pretty economical price for an alignment.

They cant do older vehicles after they said that they could...No stars... -5 stars...

Its first come first service place. But if you get there early your in and out very fast. I have taken 5 cars there. If he see something very bad he tells right away. So you fix it first. Really good service. I had got an alignment at a chain store thats closing that left my steering off center and could not fix, after 2 visits. One visit to the alignment world with recommendation from my dealer, they fixed the toe which was off, and centered the steering on my volvo. Best of all, took them less than 10 minutes. Service is worth way more than they are charging($40). And comes with a 6 month warranty. Fantastic!!!Only challenge can be understanding the accent, but the great service makes up for it. Highly recommend.

Alignment is best price in town. Pete has a lot of knowledge in what his doing when it comes alignment. Customer service is on point and he always has the best price. Alignment world is the only place I trust to do my alignment on my tacoma.

Very fast service. I wish they aligned my back wheels even though they were barely in the safe margins. I wouldnt recommend using their bathroom... but hey $40 for an alignment compared to $100 at schwabs? Ill take it!

Lack of professional communication. Definitely needs a new building. No explanation of if my alignment was even off in the first place but will gladly take your money. My truck drove better before I brought it here. Cheap Price = Cheap Service.

No problems, for alignment done, told me my front strut was needing replaced, didnt try to push me into having them do it. Also got my snow tires put on. 65$ for all. Fast and cheap! Also got a print out of the alignment before and after and we watched all the work done. Egor was good!

Fast and super service they able able to get me in same day without an appointment. I need an alignment on my car. They were also able to get it done in under half an hour he gave me the report before and after my car drives straight now.

Been there 3 times, no luck of making my wheels go strait... Now i understand that real wheel alignment takes more than 5 min. just a toe adjustment, as that is all they know how to do.... When it comes to caster or camber, those guys simply got no expirience in that area and they need to learn how to do it and not spend money just for expensive Hunter equipment ... Had to take to other shop and they did it, even that it took them almost 3 hours, but it was worth it. I give 2 stars only for low price that they charge compare to other places.

Had a small engine tire that I needed put on that day. They stayed past closing to fix it and didnt even charge me! They saved my butt. I cannot thank them enough!! Extremely friendly service. Took them a while to get it on as the tire I had wasnt exactly the same as the one before and they are set up to do car tires...not small random tires. They did multiple things to get it on and didnt give up till they got it. I would highly recommend their service as they are friendly and do whatever they can to solve a problem. Thanks so much guys! I always go here for alignment. The service may be slow, depending on how busy they are. So you may have to wait a while before anyone talks to you(hence one star less). Everything else is great and I would not go anywhere else.

No problems at all! For $40 they did the alignment right and got the car out fast in under 15 minutes. In case anyones wondering, I am good with cars and know how alignments work- I watched the tech (the owner, Peter) do the work and he did it right. He even test drove the car afterward. No shop Ive ever been to has done that! I dont know why the negative reviews? No issues whatsoever and Im pleased with the work.

Went in to get a basic alignment done at the local honda dealer, they couldnt adjust my front camber out, and we got quoted over $450 to get a new strut swapped out, to get it back into spec. We decided to take it into alignment world, they got it all done and back into factory specs for $60. We are very happy with the price, honesty and service. Thanks

Not a good place to go, they did the alignment in 5 minuts, really? Charged $60 and my car is pulling to the left I went back to redo the alignment waited in line for a long time, they were pulling the cars in that came after me, they dont even pay attention at you, so I just left, bed customer service ! never going back. Now I need to pay a diferent shop again to redo the alignment.

Had my 2014 Toyota Tacoma aligned here and I trust them more than I would a certified dealer because they do the job and no strings attached and dont they add a bunch of B.S.Straight to the point, pricing well below other competitors, and would put 6 stars but only goes to 5!

Bad service. I will not be going back to this place again. I used to take my vehicles here to get alignment done, this was the last time. Apparently they hired a new guy and he had grease/motor oil all over his hands and he was touching the car door and steering wheel. I spent the rest of the day cleaning my car. He didnt pay attention to what he was doing. he was texting during the whole process even when he took the car out to drive. I support local small businesses but this one is not worth it. Time to find someone else.

Got a alighnment done they did a decent job next day let my gf drive the truck and whe i got back in it i crawled under and they left things loose under there! I called them brought it back and they fixed it and did the alighnment over again but dude if that part let go it could have killed me my gf or the kid. Would have lost steering! Sheesh guys get with it!

STAY AWAY, SAVE THE EXTRA MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! Utterly poor service, unprofessional, and quite rude! i called beforehand to reserve a spot for a simple wheel alignment and balance after they tell me that i can come and get it done i show up to find 2 cars in front of me. Now i understand the first come first serve rule so i didnt bother, they told me to come back in an hour so i did! before i left the shop i asked to reserve myself a spot in line the man assured me he would! i come back only to 2 more cars ahead (im on my lunch break at work) they make me wait another 30 minutes, after i wait they FINALLY put my car in front of the garage then not only was i in shock of whats about to happen they make me move my car again to have some guy who apparently reserved a spot for alignment. I advise anyone to save the extra cash and go else where!The only reason i came here was the good reviews, im here to share my very rude experience with them!Just so the owners know who this is im the guy with the blue Subaru that stopped by 3 times? you know the one who you ignored while talking to your co-workers for 1 1/2 hours.Hopefully people will get a better experience than I, hopefully they can make a better first impression next time.Thank you for reading this.
