We had an emergency repair on our top oven and RSK were able to send a tech out within a few hours. He was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly and got us operating in time for service. Easily one of the best equipment repair/maintenance experiences weve had. Highly recommend!

We have a Kenmore Pro and its very difficult to repair and restaurant grade. 3 companies attempted to repair my fridge and just walked away. Victor at RSK was the only one confident enough to repair my fridge and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Victor and his team.

We’ve used RSK for a variety of projects, large and small, from mini split installs to appliance repairs and full house electrical remodels. Victor and his team have done an excellent job on all of them and always seem to have great guys doing the work!

Called them to repair my commercial oven. A line got kinked and flame was coming out of the wrong spot. The morning after the repair I turned on the oven (first use) and flame was still coming out where it shouldnt.I called them back to complete the unfinished repair. They returned the next day and it took 15 minutes to wrap things up. The repair man then explained that I owed him for his services, to which I didnt understand because Id already paid them the day before and they didnt finish the job properly. Not only did they charge me again, but they rounded up to an hour even though it took less than 15 minutes. I shouldnt have been charged for the 2nd trip in the first place.After the repair guy left I fired up the grill and guess what?... Flame was still coming out where it shouldnt.I spoke with another service repair company afterwards and they explained that it was ridiculous for them to charge me for the full hour, and to not at least stay and test things thoroughly was unacceptable.Almost 8 months later, completely out of the blue, I get a call from them saying that I still owe them for an open invoice. Not only did I pay them in full for both trips out, to this day the original issue I called them for continues. I cant begin to stress my frustration and discontent for this business

Called the company and was able to schedule repair services on the same day. The technician was well experienced and was able to fix everything in a short period.

Talked my manager into paying an extra half hour based on the invoice and said they would refund it back and never did after several calls. Shady in my opinion, Im giving up but will let others know.

What a joke! I drove all the way over from hood river after telling the idiot what time I would be there and they were closed! Called and the other idiot said it would be an hr before he could meet me! I have a mad 2 year old and wife now!! Never again!!
