Fantastic care on my recent visit to Merit. Was able to get in the same day when I called about a tooth that was causing a lot of problem. Ended up getting a root canal, not a fun procedure, they took their time and patience with a very delicate hand.

We are pretty new to Portage, IN, and we were looking for a dental office for our family. It was my kids first time at the dentist, ages 4&6, and the staff at Merit were beyond phenomenal! Everything was clean and spacious, super friendly and smiley from beginning to end. The way they handled our children and how they spoke to them step by step before they did anything was awesome and reassuring for my kids. It was a great time! I definitely feel like I can trust them and I cant wait to go for my appointment. Nothing but amazing things to say about this Dental office. I will definitely be recommending anyone else who asks.ALSO they had bomb 90s-2000 music playing the whole time, so I was jammin!

I am a new patient at Merit Dental and beyond pleased with my experience! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I have several dental and health issues, and the staff spent over an hour with me during my initial consultation. After my exam and X-rays, I set up an appointment to have a specialized cleaning. My previous dentist outsourced that cleaning to a specialist. It is wonderful to know that the staff at Merit Dental can provide the care I need under one skilled dentist. Merit Dental’s prices are reasonable, and they offer special pricing for people that don’t have insurance. I received a free Oral B electric toothbrush, too! If you are looking for a dentist, schedule an appointment today! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Tammie for many years. She is very proficient in her knowledge of dental hygiene. She has an abundance of information on preventative care for my teeth. Tammie was outstanding with all the xrays && cleaning. The cleaning technique was so pain free, i couldnt believe it. Dr identified my priblems which are fixable, she was so personable & kind. they scheduled my treatments based on my availability. Also, I was given such an amazing discount on my first visit back. I have been to this office twice in the last 6 weeks. One visit was for a cleaning with Tammie. She was friendly and did a very good job. I was pleased with her work. When I get my teeth cleaned, I always feel sorry for that poor soul who is getting worked on with that high pitched drill. Well, last week I had my first filling in 15 years. It was actually pain free and also went very well. The dentist and her assistants worked as a coordinated team. Nice folks at this office. My wait time was 2 minutes.

We had our first visit to Merit Dental after switching offices. Tammy, our hygienist, was awesome. She really took time to explain things and my son said his teeth never felt so clean. So glad we found this office!

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experiences while going to Merit Dental. The team was great and did a great job keeping me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. Especially Jasmine!!! She took care of my younger daughter during her procedure and kept her calm as well!! She was awesome!!! I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just had another great experience at Merit Dental in portage. Every time I go I have always been treated with a lot of patience and care. They are very professional. Several times I have went and had great experiences with Jasmine. As a child I was always scared of going to the dentist. Jasmine and the rest of the staff have made me have a changed opinion of the profession.

My daughters and I have been going to Merit Dental for about 2 years now, and we have been very happy with their services. The staff is friendly, hygenists are thorough in their exams and cleaning (thank you Tammie), and Dr. Danielle is awesome. My girls love her. I highly recommend them.

I finally bit the bullet and stopped putting off going to have some much needed dental work done and I gotta say I love it here!I was nervous at first because it had been so long since my last dental visit and I hadnt been taking the best care of my teeth. The staff here are very patient, personable and non judgmental. Danielle, the dentist, and Tonia, the hygienist, walked me through everything that was being done and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time.The office is quiet and clean. Ive had four visits in the last two months and have never had to wait long in the reception room. Also, it wasnt too hard to schedule appointments that fit around my work and school schedule since they offer evening appointments on some days. I just wish that I found this place sooner!

Dr. Danielle and her team fixed 10 years of dental neglect due to lack of insurance. I needed a crown, 8 fillings and 2 wisdom teeth removed when I walked in. The icing on the cake is that I have TMJ and my jaw locks up. Sometimes I could only do 1 filling at a time. I had about 10 appointments in 7 months. They were patient and compassionate. Im so thankful for my dental health back!!

I have been going here for 10 years, but the new ownership put a stop to that. This was the worst experience at a dentist office I have ever had. I came in for three fillings. They sprayed me with water in the face not once but twice. Then had to redo each filling twice because the bonding agent want applied correctly. Really terrible!

Good service but if youre unable to pay your bill in full or fall behind, theyll have ne problem in sending it to collections. Plus if they say they are going to call and schedule a follow up appointment, dont believe, unless youre in good standing with them, ie your bill ois paid in full!

Over the years I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done from multiple dentists, but I can honestly say that I’ve never had more relaxed, painfree, and...dare I say...enjoyable visits than those I’ve had with Dr. Bube. You won’t find a sweeter dentist who really cares about her patients. She has a gift for dentistry and that makes my long commute to see her so incredibly worth it. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bube and how much she has helped me. To add to that, her entire office is just so pleasant - Tonia and Dar have both worked on my teeth and both wonderful experiences.

I made my first appointment as a new patient, I took the day off work to be there at 7am since their hours are not flexible at all; when I showed up they said I’m sorry but we changed your time and we cancel your appointment. We tried to call you but we couldn’t get in contact with you. I’ve never received a call and I lost a day of work due to their unorganized team. I will not recommend this place.
