Within 10 minutes another friendly representative called and set me up for a same day appointment at 8 am!!! Not only was the company very responsive, they were also very professional, kind, and reliable! Jacob (my technician) was absolutely amazing, on time, knowledgeable, and completed the AC repair in no time! I had a good heating & air conditioning company, but they do not want to come out for preseason air conditioning & heating checkups. Tried Sub-Cooled because of the excellent Google reviews. They took an appointment for an air conditioning preseason checkup. The price was reasonable and they showed up on time. They are now my new heating & air conditioning repair service.

Called for A/C issues, house was up over 80 degrees with 4 little kids. They got there before the appointment time and had everything fixed and working quickly. Very professional and Josh was amazing.

This place is amazing. The worked with me on financing options and made sure I was happy with what we agreed upon. The service was prompt and orderly. I had a new ac unit and furnace put in. They removed the old everything and made sure it was up and running before they left. About a week after installation there was a really hot day and the line froze up. I assumed it was just overworked so I turned it off and didnt need it for a few days. It got warm out again so I turned it back on and it wasnt quite right. I called and spoke with Josh. It was 3:50 and he came right over to see if he could get it running. Unfortunately it wasnt an easily identifiable problem. He was back bright and early the next day. Turns out theres a small leak from the manufacturer. He fixed it no questions asked. I 100% recommend these guys for all your hvac needs.

Our ancient furnace finally crapped out. Unfortunately, the neighborhood HVAC guy passed away years ago, so I searched around and gave Sub-Cooled a call. The service tech was prompt, very professional, and wore a mask. He did a thorough inspection, made some calls, and came back with multiple options.He returned a few days later to install the new furnace, and both installers were again prompt and professional. Very polite and answered all of my questions thoroughly. And lets not forget Christy at the office. Her cheerful and friendly manner certainly helps take some of the sting out of a several thousand dollar replacement.We will use again for future HVAC needs.

My experience with sub-cooled llc was amazing since my first phone call for a consultation. The lady I spoke with on the phone, who I assume was the lady I spoke with throughout the entire process was pleasant, polite and professional. Josh came out for a consultation, gave us a quote but not once was he pushing the sale. We decided to go with sub-cooled and had our AC unit and furnace installed a couple of days later. My ac quit working late Saturday night. I checked out available repair services locally on line and decided to call Sub-Cooled ealy Sunday morning. About 9:00 am I received a call from Josh . I want to be fair to the company and leave a rating on service however I’m confused when a business has a phone answering service who is supposed to take the customer’s info and when the service address info gathering comes up, the call service person informs me that my address is outside of the service area. I checked the address that was located on their website, and they are 9 minutes away from me. Hmmm...I would love to have the opportunity to discuss further.

My furnace was leaking water. The technician only did a service call because the A/C coil had already thawed and the floor was dry when he arrived. He was very friendly and came by a lot earlier than planned (called first to see if that was OK). He was in and out in no time. If there are any issues in the next 30 days, hell revisit for free. I recommend calling them!

Amazing company. Josh was my technician. Came out and knew exactly the problem. Replaced the condensate pump and even replaced the overly excessive drain work whoever had previously put in there. Pump is running much quieter (practically silent) than the previous one and the drain line looks super clean and simple. Great company and very very fair prices. Our air went out on one of the hottest days this last summer. We called Josh and he was out shortly after. He had many other customers to satisfy due to the dreadful heat that day and still found time to fit us in. He was polite, honest, and straight forward. Sub-cooled is a really good company and its worth the call . Josh is a really nice and polite person. He is straight forward about anything that has to be done. If he notice any cracks he will show you and also show you from inside the furnace. He will take his time and show you where the cracks are with a special camera so you can see for yourself. Ive heard many horror stories about HVAC companies trying to rip you off and it has left me very skeptical. I can assure anyone reading this, this is NOT that type of company. Response time was very fast and they were even able to move my appointment up to accommodate my work schedule. The guys came out and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and no nonsense. Gave me great advice and broke down my options (even for a potential future repair). And of course, they fixed the problem! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Fast and Efficient! What more could you ask for. We woke up to a cold house. Being new to the area and not really knowing who to call we took a stab in the dark and called Josh from Sub-Cooled. I wish there were more than 5 stars, these guys are great! From their fantastic customer service to the professionalism, friendliness, and care of their technicians. I wish I would have called these guys years ago for all the service and repair to my furnace. Christy, in the office, was so friemdly and responsive. They installed a whole house humidifier and were quick, clean and courteous. As soon as the technicians walked in my front door they covered their boots in order to keep my floor clean. They did the job and then Josh took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know to operate and maintain the humidifier. If you need any HVAC maintenance, repair, or installation needs do not hesitate to call them!

Josh called me back with 7 minutes. He came right over to repair my furnace. He did a check of the complete furnace to make sure there wasnt anything else wrong. He explained everything to me and was very reasonable in his price.

I came across Josh at Sub-Cooled by accident. I was calling around to find an electrician for an unrelated job. After Josh explained that they don’t do electrical but do install furnaces I just so happened to have been in the need for that too. So he promptly came out to give me an estimate. He so impressed me that I did not bother even get any other bids. In just a few days I now have a 95% efficient furnace in my home ready to take on anything winter can throw at us. He followed up with all the necessary paperwork to qualify for a NIPSCO rebate (filled out I might add). Brand new Ac had its fan spinning and was recently charged but didnt produce any cold air.Issues he figured out and fixed in a short amount of time that this other company caused: leaks at every welded joint internal and external, incorrectly sized internal piston, incorrect wiring to the thermostat. Fixed all issues and helped diagnose the main issue for failure that was caused before I had him come out (compressor failed in a.c. unit do to either a vacuum or blockage created by prev company).He was right on time and easy to work with. Definitely showed his wits because this situation was very intricate and a mess until he got here. I highly recommend subcooled
