The service is slow had to remind the man what kind of oil i needed atleast 3to 4 times watched the guy working on another car water down antifreeze and put it into a man car i will not be recommending this place as i was not even ask if they could reset my service light. Then when recieved the reciept they called my wife a mr .

Drove up to for the service, people were friendly and the work they did was efficient. However, I was quoted a price of $62 and at the end they wanted to charge me $90. The same would cost me less than $40 at Tuffys. After expressing my dismay at the overprice for a simple oil change they took 10% off which still resulted in an over charge. What is more frustrating is that you drive into the bay, you stay in your vehicle, they begin work and then quote the price. I felt stuck with continuing the service which I felt was overpriced at $62. They tried to explain that the $90 was for other costs plus an extra quart of oil. Excuse me, $28 for an extra quart of oil and hidden fees besides sales tax!?!? They never explained that the price was “up to five quarts”. They need to make their quote and then stick with it and if there is a price change they need to explain that BEFORE continuing with the service. Terribly dishonest. Go to this place with your eyes open and know what you are being charged (in total) before you drive into the bay.

Excellent, person under vehicle shout out things like drain plug tight. Person on top also communicated by saying like oil cap tight. Made me fell like they make sure its done right.

These guys are very helpful. They do not take advantage of people. Ive taken my car there several times and they always do a great job. They have an air conditioned waiting area with tv and lots of magazines. Water dispenser in the waiting area as well. I highly recommend tims mobile oil!

Hands down this is the best place for an oil change!!!!! Tim and Jimmy are the best they both are fast and super friendly!!!!! I have been to Walmart for oil changes and you have to wait hours just for a ten minute job. But when you come here to Tims mobile lube express you and in and out. Very clean and nice you can wait inside or outside. Also they are very honest and respectful!!!!! Just love them!!!!

Great service...they always check a cars fluids and tire air pressure with an oil change. Service guys always friendly. They are more expensive than the guy a couple of doors down but I get in and out much quicker and their dependable attention to my cars routine maintenance is worth the extra cost to me.

By far the best customer service experience I have had at any shop. I wish I would of known about this place before today living so close. I have always taken my car to Honda for everything big and little. Honestly I didnt think I could feel comfortable taking my car anywhere else, but I had a bad experience the last time I went to Honda to change my oil so I decided to go to Tims Mobile Lube Express. SO GLAD I DID ☺️Tim and his crew were professional fast and courteous and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I also like that you can see them work on the car through the window. James went above and beyond to ensure my oil change was done correctly. He went out of his way to get the oil I needed (0w20) and he still kept the price fair enough. I would return and recommend.

Awful I will never return and no one else ever should go there period!!!! I received no receipt and then talked down to when I said I didnt receive one. The technician had very shifty eyes and seemed incredibly untrustworthy I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

I am changing it to 1 star now. A year ago I gave it 5 stars for the upfront and not pushy service. I always got my oil changed here because of that. I am guessing that the owner changed. Now they try to upsell you and get extra things like any other place. Sigh...it went from the standard $50-$60 to around $80-$90. ☹☹☹

Fast, reliable and courteous service. There is never a wait when I go for service. They do exactly what I need and don’t make me feel pressured to do anything additional. Their prices are cheaper or right in line with other service centers.
