OK just got off the phone with this gentleman. I told him the actual issue with my vehicle he then told me to look up the code online because a lot of Ford vehicles are throwing the same code. Right off bat that that’s immediately a red flag 🚩. Be careful.

Called a day before I came in. The next day (Saturday) something came up and I was able to come by 40 minutes before he closed to have my A/C system looked at. He said, What time is it?...Ill be closing soon, did you just wake up? Points out where my A/C compressor is like I dont know where it is. Hooks up his gauges, the refrigerant level is low, tells me to come back when it blows warm. Real helpful...
