Terrible place to go. Very rude people who will throw stuff at your car for no reason. They changed my tires and didn’t tighten my lug nuts all the way and my tires flew off on the interstate. Very unprofessional business

Took my Challenger in for an alignment & oil change, I also told them about my engine light that would come on ever so often & go off, they were able to do all the things to fix all the things for a great price! Very pleased & will definitely be back!

Son had his clutch replaced in his car. Hes been driving a standard for many years and got several years from his last clutch. They claimed they put a new one in, though we were never shown the old one, and now two months later they say his clutch is shot and they need another 1000 dollars to put another one in. And oh yeah....sorry no warranty. They didnt even bother to try and resolve the issue. Stay away from this place

Brought my 2002 Chrysler Sebring convertible into this facility via a tow truck. Was having trouble starting and running. They diagnosed it as a bad in tank fuel pump. The price they quoted me for the fuel pump was almost $200 higher than the Kelley blue book recommendation for such a service. So I had it towed to nicks auto in Northport. They diagnosed it and said it was not a fuel pump but a bad computer. They replaced the computer for less than half of what I was quoted here.Let the buyer beware!

Will never take any vehicle in to them again. I took my Camry because it was hesitating. They said that a ignition coil and pigtail needed replacing. Total of $230 for parts and $90 for labor. Then they called and said needed a valve cover replaced another $200. Went to pick it up drove good at first then went back to doing it again. Took it back in there . This time they tell me the other 3 ignition coils and pigtails need replacing for another $425.00. They said that they can the parts cheaper this time because it will be after market price. My question is why that wasnt done the first time. It was obvious after they showed me how they looked that all of them should have done. I guess because I am a woman. I go home and look up the parts. I can get a set of four ignition coils and pigtails and wire harness for 100.00. Believe I got hosed. Having someone else do it 100.00 worth of parts and a hour of labor...total of $200.00. At least this time it will be done correctly and I wont feel like I got ripped off.

This place is family-owned. It was recommended by a neighbor as a place where you can get honest prices and solid service. Ive had really good treatment here. However, they are not open on the weekend.

I left my car there for about a week so I could get all the money together so I could get it fixed. I paid $400 to get it back with more problems then I brought it in with. Unfortunately at that point my car was considered unfixable and I had to scrap it. I was able to get $260 back AFTER they took their parts off. It was really annoying how they took my money and then told me after that it wasn’t worth fixing. Won’t be recommending.

Went in for alignment... nope...went elsewhere, spent 300 bucks on parts and a new front end, brought it back... they were unable to align it... 3 visits.... still is way worse than when I brought it in... very unhappy.... when I checked their work... they didnt even tighten the nuts... tanks 4 nothing

I went there because my car brakes were a little low. Ask them if they could check it out. They did and told me my brakes were good. Flushed out my brake fluid put new one in. Charge me little over $16. They could have told me I needed shoes routers or many other things, but they didnt. Very honest place, will frequent it often, when I need car repairs.

Called them in the morning and got the tires delivered and installed same day. Decent price too, they beat out the online vendors.They get five stars for easy ordering, friendly attitude, starting work right away and completing the service all while my daughter was napping in the back seat. They changed the tires and didnt even wake her!I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service.Theyve earned a repeat customer.

Had a last minute issue, and the team helped out to get everything fixed quickly, and with friendly service!

So if want to pay almost $1,000 for a water pump on a 1990 country squire ltd. with a 5.0 liter engine then this is the place to go.. $292.11 for a water pump replacement. But if they happen to brake the bolts (mounting bolts) then they have to order a kit which cost $246.93And then dont forget it is going to take six hours and thats $100 an hour. so yeah i suggest if your a female just right off the bat have a male call and deal because I had a buddy call saying he needed a water pump replacement on a 88 crown Victoria 5.0 liter engine (the same exact engine literally) and he will walk out paying 386.93 no surprise fees.... So all I have to say to kind mechanic it is 2018 and some women do know a few things about cars and even if I àm not able to replace the part my self I at least know when I am getting jerked around!!I left that shop went to Dennis off of Paulson $421.00 and the man has stage 3 cancer and still did me a solid on not charging me because of my gender and said if he were to brake the bolts it was on him and his fee would cover it that is why he AND MOST mechanics charge somuch for the labor per hour for unseen problems like that!!!!!!

Unsatisfied from the quote to the work. It was a motor regulator for the window I was told one price & would be ready in an hour. When I drop off the car am told it would be half hour longer & more $. Of course I argue about this but leave it; I need it done I try to kill time at the grocery store & call them to see if its ready after an hour and a half only to be told it will be longer they are just putting the part in. Two hours later I go to pick up the car & the window is scratched. They bring the car up with the window down so I would not see it. Will not be back.Do not like doing business this way.

Had an oil change done. They said I desperately needed brakes. I took it to three different places.....my car did NOT need brakes! I do not like when places try and take advantage of me just because I walk in alone. Not a good thing 😓
