I paid $50 dollars to get my nails and it wasnt even what I ask for, my cuticles was bleeding and Im in so much pain I cant even wash my hands without feeling pain, whats worse is he painted over my cuticles.The customer service wasnt the worse.

This is a wonderful place.I do my nails at lovely Nails since 2010. Tom is the best.

Pedicure was fine, but when it came to my full set the nail tech seemed to be either rushing or incompetent. She put the polish on way to thick and had to go back in several times to add more acrylic, refile crooked nails, etc. In the end I was left with polish bubbles. Oh, and one of my thumb nails is longer than the other!

They don’t even clean!!! I would give it zero if I could

Ive been coming here for years for my eyebrows but this might be the last time honestly. I got a Mani pedi and for $78 my Mani was BASIC. Gel polish didnt cover my whole nail, gel got onto my skin and instead of saying that he couldnt do the design I asked for, he gave me something else that made me look 12. When I went to pay with a card like I always do, I was asked if I can go to an ATM. Please do better.

I went for my eyebrows and ended up getting a full set as well, they did an amazing job. Far and away the best my nails have been done in a long long time. Definitely will be coming back!!

I work close to this nail salon. So I give it a try due to convenience. Normally I read the reviews before I go to a place that does business I also research the company first. I went to get Chrome Rose Gold on my Nails. It came out to be purple back. I will never go back to this salon as they dont know what they are doing

I will not be going back. If you dont mind them cleaning the tools they use on your feet in the same water they are pampering your feet in them this is definitely the place for you. If you want rough ineffective service this is also the place for you. If you dont mind them using the same towel they use for your feet and then use it also to clean the floor this face is definitely for you. AS FOR ME ITS A BIG FAT NO !

I never write reviews or even complain about my nails but today I’m LIVID $70 down the drain. The lady who did my nails rushed and just talked and watched videos. I’m not even going to exaggerate my experience today. I usually go to the owner but unfortunately today he suggested I go to this lady which I’m just so annoyed with. My nails are uneven, crooked, & lumpy like how is this even possible. She did my eyebrows and she made me bleed also rushed it. I’m not coming back here after today. So disappointed.

Horrible Service! If I could give no star I would, I usually don’t write reviews But When You Literally Don’t Get What you Paid For, Even after trying to make the nail technician fix his error then have to Pay 52$ ! For a refill and toes !!! Then it’s something you complain about . Nails trash, Toes trash, customer service trash . The same man did my toes and nails . He cut my toes down with out asking me, he made em uneven, he was rough as hell ! And he was as fast as the speed of light ! I came in at 2 and left at 2:45 🤷🏽‍♀️. He was pushy and basically forcing to get gel . As I’m sitting there, I started reading the signs “no refunds” “we have the right to receive service “ . Anyway the color I got was off white which is a very complicated color because of the way you have to stroke it & takes multiple coats and if you not a professional it won’t come out the way it’s supposed to, he kept rushing me to put my hands under the uv light, I put my hand in there and he would tell me all the way and then one of my fingers got messed up and as soon and I told him he said it’s okay I’m like 🧐. Then I realize the stroking on my nails was hideous so I said I wanna change the color and he replied “ I DONT HAVE TIME TO CHANGE THE COLOR “ I’m Like You Need To Fox It Then And He Just Added The Clear Coat And Told Me To Put It In The Dryer. Then He rush me to take em out and I said it’s not dry and he was like yes it is and when he was adding the gloss to make it shine and wiping the oil off he made a dent in it and just gave me back my hand and was like your done, so as I’m looking at the finish product I see the dent I’m like umm look and he just grabbed my hand Nd started taking off the polish and I was like I wanna change the color and he ignored me and told me I was done . And the manger The was cashing me out saw my nails and made a face 👀 . And I was like wow never again.

My Nails after 3 days . I just can beleive that I was charged $ 72 for that ! (Mani/ Pedi) ! Unfortunately I cant give you * half star* 😏

So I go over there last week to get my nails and to that I dont like going to this place I had that experience before sa decided to go because it was convenient for me. I ask for coffins. They dont look anywhere near what I asked for. Now its only been a week, one of my nails is lifting. I will no longer do business at this particular nail salon, just because Im experiencing the same thing twice at 2 different times. Im not even going over there for them to fix my nails, Im so frustrated that I will go out of my way. Took it better service. And to get what I liked. There are other salons that do way better jobs at cheaper prices. I advise anyone not to go to this nail salon... And I just want to mention to the owner when you get new customers, your goal is to make them happy, do what they like, so they can come back.. It seems to me the concept of this nesalon is, if you are a returning customer, you will get better service.

This place is horrible and they have changed since the last time I was there. Nail tech was rude and then they started speaking their language after I left the chair and the manager didn’t even correct her attitude. I can see why they were so empty when I walked in. Never going back.

Horrible. Was good until they started pacing back and forth at 6:45 carring the purse and keys and making me feel like I kept them open. Dont be open til 7 if you dont want customers till 7.

Horrible. They use an unkown brand of gel polish that doesnt even last 2 whole days on natural nails. Tom is extremely rude and dosrespectful to customers as well

I went to do my nails and my eyebrows, the youngest girl made me eyebrows in a very bad way when I finished I said thank you, kept looking bad, .... rushing the person who was doing my nails to finish standing in front to me with horrible attitude. I pay for the service not for a favor.

This people charged me 50 dollars for pink & white set that in 2 days started coming off when I went back they want me to charge me again they are thieves after 4 hours I was there getting my nails fixed the lady who fixed put my thumb crooked and refused to fix it free The whole time the lady was fixing my nails she had such a bad attitude such a stank face I will never do business with them again.

I got my eyebrows done there yesterday,the guy did it in 2 minutes,and burnt my skin so bad.It wasn’t the first time,the same thing happened when the girl did for me.

Best place to get a pedicure in town

Place was a typical nail salon. Nothing special. Nail tech was pushy trying to up sell after multiple refusals. She was very rough and aggressive with the cuticle cutters.
