Linda was awesome!! This was my first time at Elegant Nails and I got a regular pedicure and dip nails, and I’m very happy with how my nails turned out. Best nail place so far! I always get gel mani & pedi by Nina at Elegant Nails (she is the best there) and it looks like my nails and not fake. Previous places I tried didnt satisfy me - my nails looked fake (like acrylic ones) and when I came across Elegant Nails (out of convenience because I stayed in a hotel close by), I felt like I won in the lotto! They are fast, efficient anf always make sure the customer leaves happy. Even took care of a busted nail right away without charging me. I would always recommend this place!

After coming here for about three years now all of a sudden Tom is being so rude to me.My experience today was horrible i’ve done nothing but bring many clients as long as tip while only being an 18 year old who pays for her own things.The entire time he had attitude towards me pushing my hand back every time i had to put it in the LED light. Horrible way to treat a loyal client who has never been rude. Very disappointed. Don’t come here he said it himself he’s to old for this stuff he might as well quit.

Tomle is very disrespectful and unprofessional, I spend well over a hundred dollars in services every appointment, there was a misunderstanding about the nail service I wanted instead of him accommodating me because I’m the customer, he was upset with me, I walked out I refuse to give someone like him my money!!!!

My wife had her nails done by a guy here at elegant nails he was extremely rude the whole time he applied a white type of French tip how ever the white got messed and left circles that you could see through she thought they was not right she went home and examined them and they was really messed up !!! So we went back to the salon to correct it the guy starts to get loud and tells her never to come back again as if it was her fault!!! Another lady who works there came outside and looked out the nails and agreed that they did not come out right and offered to correct them she was a nice lady and she tried to do what was right and I appreciate that that but the whole time she was doin the nails this guy mouth would not shut up who would of thought a fake tough guy who does nails keep repeating don’t come back don’t come back So unprofessional he had nothing to worry about we never plan on walking In this salon ever again

I have been going there for 17 years when Rosie had it, and I continue to go there, I went today, the lady whom I have never seen there, all are new people, I got a pedicure, she cut my nails to short, did a terrible job, and I picked out a color.... she chose a different color.... I have to tell you how shocked I was, never has anyone just did something like that, I was speechless, I just sat there, I’m not like that at all, but I didn’t want to be a “Jaren”. But I did not tip her, and I will never go back after 17 years...

Tina did my nails. She was recommended to me. I found her quick and competent. She did a great job on my nails and the pedicure. Im from NY and normally go to Elizabeth Arden for my gel nails. I was a little unsure but the recommendation was high. I was very pleased and will go again while Im down here.

I called this place at 7pm on a Friday because I saw their awesome work on their Instagram page. The nail tech stated that they close at 7:30 but we will wait on me to arrive. That was the first plus. I was treated like royalty when I arrived and the techs catered to my every last min request. I highly recommend this salon as they have are taking great precautions during COVID-19 and have amazing customer service. Good antibacterial soap at the wash station and hand sanitizer at every chair. Thank you Elegant nails for a wonderful experience. I’ll most definitely be back

Horrible place the technician hurt me twice with the machine while doing my nails. I told him the first time and still keep going. I try to speak with the manager he came with the slickest idea about policy no return money. he didn’t even listen to nothing I have to say. Be very mindful that a place will understand the customer specially if I been there for years. I don’t think it should me your best option to go to this horrible place.

I love this place! Rose built a great business and has an amazing team running it. They always make sure I am happy and immediately make corrections when necessary. Nail salons are a dime a dozen but Elegant Nails is at the top of my list!

I have been coming here for years and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. And they always give the best massages! Ive been to plenty of other nail salons an no others compare to the time they take for the massage as well as the mani/pedi. You always leave feeling you got your moneys worth.

I went here for the first time today for a fill in & a pedicure. I’ll start with the good. The pedicure was AMAZING. The lady’s name was fuong. She took her time with my toes and she had to have spent AT LEAST 10-12 minutes massaging each foot & leg. Some nail techs will massage for 4 minutes (two minutes each foot) and be done. It was so relaxing.The lady who did my nails however. Was in such a rush. I think she had an appointment or something after me. But the acrylic on my nails are LUMPY AF. And the polish is too thin. I was scared to ask for another coat since I had already switched colors (after she painted one nail). She told me not to change my mind again. She also didn’t let me wash my hands after she finished the filing and buffering part like usual and she was talking on the phone when she first came to sit down. Didn’t say hi or anything.The manager seemed to be doing a good job getting people seated quickly tho. So that’s a plus.

I went in because my place is closed on Sunday. I got the new guy who was very nice but it took him three and a half hours to do my manicure and pedicure. All the while apologizing for how long I had to wait. The job he did was only passable. They also charged more than my regular place. Will not go back

I have been going to elegant nails for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience or been yelled at or disrespected by any person in this business. I just had my nails done yesterday and have a partial cast on my right hand and B, the gentleman who owns the store and sits by the front was more than gentle with my hand. Anyone who has had an issue has brought it on themselves when you go in here you get a service and they expect their services to be paid for, people who do this also need to be tipped cordingley they work hard for their money keeping her hands in our feet presentable. If people are so unhappy here they dont need to come back there are nail stores on every corner but if you want a friendly atmosphere and friendly technician this is the place.

If i could give this nail salon no stars i would. i have been here twice in the past two weeks. first time for a fill i left with uneven nails and they all lifted off in a week. So today i went back (with no nails on at all) and asked for a full set with gel coffin style. i was told it would be $36. by the time i was done i had Chiclet gum nails it was awful they charged me $41. I told them i was not happy and that this was not coffin at all. they didnt try to fix them or anything. they took my money and starred at me like i had 5 heads. I asked the owner you really think this is quality work? he said yes looks great. Needless to say i left unhappy yet again an went to Walmart to get a nail file. I sat at work for an hour and half filing my nails to make them some what presentable. i will NEVER recommend anyone to this salon. i work a few stores down and i will make sure EVERYONE steers clear of this salon.

Great they do exactly what you want

Rose, the owner, apparently secretly sold over a year ago, stayed on as an employee, then took off without notice. The place is not the same, and the service has deteriorated, while prices have increased. . After 15 years of loyalty, I do not appreciate being told Rose is on extended vacation( for four months now). That is not the truth. One of the workers told me the truth. I will now go to the shop much closer to home.

The First time I went there the girl did a fabulous job on my nails. Today I went back, omg my nails look awful, she tried to fix it but just made it worse. I got to a point just leave it and I walked out. Well I guess it depends who you have, but I guess I am looking for a different place from now on

I have been going to Elegant Nails every two weeks for the past 10 years and never ONCE had a negative experience while Rose was the owner. About a year ago, the ownership changed and one of the longtime employees became the manager. Since then, I have witnessed other longtime customers (one of 15+ years) be verbally assaulted by him, myself included. Ive seen several ladies leave near tears after being so disrespected by him. Its unfortunate for the employees who are all great at what they do and so friendly. After one particularly foul experience with him, I swore off this place, but had to go back in for a last minute pedicure. I popped in and got lucky to sit with one of my favorite techs. But true to form, the manager (I wish I knew his name but he always sits by the door) started screaming at me for not paying the last time I was in, which was totally untrue. What really happened: he blew me off for an appointment Id made that morning and that he himself had confirmed when I came in. When it came time for the appointment, my girl pulled me aside and told me he had double booked and she didnt have time for me. I would have been TOTALLY fine with it (things happen!), but when I walked back toward his desk to ask about it, he told me he had never spoken with me or had me on the schedule. It was so outrageous, it was almost laughable. Anyway, today he crossed a line by literally screaming at me to the dismay of myself and the other clients. I paid Sam for my pedicure (hes awesome), tipped him $20, and advised I would be calling the BBB. Ladies and guys, enter at your own risk. I hate to leave such a scathing review because I adored Rose so much, but enough is enough.

Terrible customer service. The owner didnt tell me he was short staffed and he made us wait almost an hour sitting in chairs waiting for someone to give a mani/pedi. He should have told us upfront that we would have to wait an hour. When I brought it up to him, he simply said sorry I am short staffed. That is insufficient and he wasted my time. I have been a customer here for a long time but this was unacceptable. Find a different place that has some respect for your time

Some of workers in this nail salon (well, most, if not all vietnamese nail salons) call you nasty names and make very despicable comments about you in front of you in Vietnamese if they think you cannot understand Vietnamese. No one in this nail salon knew how to do ombre style but one of them pretended to know how and started to work on me. It looked worse than my little nieces job so I asked her to just give me a regular manicure. She turned around and told her coworkers in Vietnamese that I changed my mind like I changed husbands. I had other similar experiences in all the nail salons I had been to in the past where I was called very nasty names right in front of me. They are not good representation of Vietnamese culture and people... please keep that in mind!

Not great. Got talked into a full set of gel manicure- ($40)- Awful, Thick, crooked huge chunky nails (Rosey) Said this would be a natural look... Color assortment for regular gel manicure is awful as well... I have tried to go here a few times because of location, and I just cant do it anymore. My Venetian Nail Spa blows them away.

The absolute worst experience ever! This place has gone from 5 stars when it was run by Rose to 1 star being run by the man who is there now. My daughter and I went for mani/pedi and walked out 1.5Hours later with only pedis and a broken bottle of gel top coat! They made us wait 25 minutes soaking our feet then asked us to dry our toes while waiting for someone to do our manis. The manicurist who finally took me was rolling her eyes, refusing to do my manicure after I told her I needed a gel top coat (that the other lady accidentally broke) and speaking in another language to the manager/owner. They lost my business for sure. So much for a relaxing mommy/daughter mani/pedi!!

Ive been going to this place for past 17 years and never had any problems when Rose was the owner but now since the new owner took place everything went down. In past year I went there 3 times, pre booked my appointment with Nina and I was not on the schedule. I just left salon with my name not being on the schedule yet again. I drive down from West Palm Beach just to have my nails done in my favorite salon with my favorite tech and left because they didnt put me on schedule again! I reserved my time 2 weeks ago and he offered someone else to do my nails. Hell to the No! If I want someone else to do my nails I would have them done in wpb and wouldnt drive 40 minutes. The new owner has no clue how to run this salon what can be seen by half empty salon on Saturday and in full season and all new staff since from the old staff its 1 or 2 people that stayed here . I wont be coming back ever again !!! Just waisted my time, gas and money for nothing.

The hairdresser Kevin is very talented. For hair wash and blowdry is a lottle expensive but it worth it.

Ive been going to this nail salon for over 5yrs. And I am now in total disguste with this place. 1 week ago i went in for my regular pink and white powder fills that I always do. My nail girl Kelly convinced me into getting pink N white gel. Said that it was so much better and that my nails wont lift and its so good blah blah blah. I asked her if my nails would look exactly the Same as I always get. She said Yes. Now I asked ger this 2 more times. She said yes yes yes. So I said fine ok I will try it. Well after the finished product THEY LOOKED NOTHING like my nails!!! . You can understand how upset and frustrated I am! I dont understand how this girl kelly who always does my nails would convince me to get that. I voiced my opinion to her BC now its almost 2hrs im there and I just wasted my time. She doesnt even apologize to me or show she cares. Mind u I am a customer for many many years. Of course the boss Rose was out of town. She would not allow me to be treated like that. He didnt even come over or say anything to me or apologize. 1 day after my appt alllll my nails chipped, lifted or broke. So clearly the gel sucks!! I made appt this past Friday after work to get my nails done the way I like them. I rushed through traffic to get there ontime. To have the guy in charge while Rose is out tell me in front of tons of customers. Kelly cant do your nails. She doesnt feel comfortable. I was like what??? Huh?? She doesnt feel comfortable?? Bc she convinced me to get something that turned out horrible??? And I just rushed to get here!!! You couldnt call me and tell me this over the phone?? Ive never felt so disrespected and embarrassed in my life. AGAIN this would not happen if Rose was there. You would think after a nail tecs mistake and being a loyal customer for almost 6 Years I would be treated differently. Just goes to show loyal customers DONT means anything to this place. Really sad and Shame on them and Kelly. Rude and disrespectful. I will not return here ever again. They also just lost all my family and friends buisness too! This site is making me give a star but they deserve a negative!!!
