Tim did a SPECTACULAR job on my nails. I called 4 different places who couldnt take me after 7pm when I needed and Tim was yesterdays hero! Thank you! The staff was super sweet and personable as well and the wonderful women who did my feet did great!

I came here to get a soak off of the acrylic I had on before. The woman that helped me was so rough. Instead of getting a soak off she drilled down the acrylic and used a tool that looked like an ice pick to dig underneath the acrylic and pry it off my nail. It was truly painful no remorse. She asked me if I wanted an overlay, I said no. So she pretty much sped up the process barely buffed my nail beds and told me to wash my hands and walked off. Cheap nail salon like these that act like youre a hand and not a person is bad business Period!!! Never again!!!

I got a gel manicure that lasted 3 whole days before the gel started to lift and one came completely off. I went in to complain and they did try to fix it but here we are 5 days later and I now have 3 bare nails and more still lifting. Terrible quality. Nice people but Im very unhappy to have wasted my time and money.

Eye brow lady is amazing. Literally turned me from the yeti to a woman. Was recommened this place from two coworkers and will be going back.

They rushed through my nails and it definitely showed in quality. My nails are bubbly and my best friend came with me and her nails chipped they same day.

They always go a great job! I am moving 30 mins away but i will still make the trip.to see them!

I love 💕 this place! Tim and Cindy are awesome I’ve never had a bad experience. She’s the only person i let touch my eyebrows and lashes. My lashes always last 2 weeks and could go longer if i let them 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 great comfortable affordable nail spa 🥰🥰🥰

I dont know why I even came back to this store. The wife is a b*#%. Messed up my eyebrows rushing because they do not know anything about customer service!! I will not go back to this place!! Everybody is a number to them its all about how many body they can get in for the day!!

This is the only place my Mom and I go to do our nails and eyebrows. Their pedicures are so good and the family that owns the business are all so kind and lovable! We bring everyone that visits because not only is it the perfect spot for affordable pampering, but it’s also a joy just to be there with the staff. I’d encourage anyone to go here!

I got only color as the manicure equipment was dirty and roast... I cannot believe this place is in business. I spoke to the manicurist and also to the manager... but based on attitude, I doubt that they will do something about... be aware!

Horrible customer service. Been going to this place for years and Cindy and Tim have disgusting personalities. Even their kids hate them. I don’t think it gets much worse than that. They are cheap but the price matches their service. Would never go back there again.

Victor is really good. My nails look fresh, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The shop is comfortable to ne in and the prices are reasonable.

I have been coming to Diamond Nails for YEARS, since their daughter Mai was doing my nails. Once theyre daughter moved away, I still continued to go to Diamond Nails and started to go to Tim and I was faithfully going every two weeks. But I started to notice Tim started doing the job for the money and not for quality. So I moved away and started going to Lovely Nails in Lauderdale Lakes.. Once in a while Id still go back to Diamond Nails to support but the last time I went was UNACCEPTABLE. The wife, did my toes and walked away to leave me to put on my shoes myself and when my toes smudged, she had an attitude and redid my toe with straight aggression.. again walked away AGAIN and left me to put on my shoes again. Very rude and disrespectful and when I told the owner, he acted like he didnt give a damn, so that was my LAST time giving Tim and his business a DOLLAR. Learn how to treat your customers.

Did my eyebrows, the shape was nice and everything i forgot the lady’s name but she should’ve payed more attention to my brows because one of them is thicker than the other and i’m pretty dissapointed

Extremely terrible customer service. The man in the front is rude and gives no care about his customers. One of the nail technicians insulted my nails in order to convince me longer nails will look better on me. I sucked it up and just paid the extra for it. During the whole process he was really rough with my nails and my pinky was bleeding after. They are careless with the cuticle machine. That night my pinky nail broke and I went back to ask them to repair it. When I got there I asked if they repair and the front guy just said yeah and told me to wait 40 mins. He finally fixed my nail (terrible job and doesn’t match the other pinky). During the process I told him to be less rough because my other pinky bled from how carelessly they used the machine. He laughed it off and said now I have two painful pinky’s. During this whole time not once did he mention it’s $3 to fix one nail. Had he told me from the beginning I wouldn’t have even bothered. I asked him why he didn’t tell me earlier before starting and he got all angry. I told him he needs to give better customer service so in response he said “get out we don’t need customer like you”. I didn’t raise my voice nor did I do anything for him to talk to me that rudely. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’ve never seen a nastier attitude towards a customer.

WORST PLACE EVER AND THEY ARE REALLY RUDE THERE THE LADY PUT ME ON SOME LASHES THEN SOON AS I GOT HOME LAYED DOWN AND WOKE UP THE WHOLE LASH WAS LIFTING ON BOTH SIDES. THEN WHEN I WENT BACK SHE SAID I HAD TO PAY TO GET THE LASH PUT BACK ON
