Don’t go here! Was the worst!!! Paid for deluxe pedicure my feet look the same as when I got there! Got a full set and I couldn’t even let them finish they were so horrible. All different lengths and shapes ! Then I said I wanted long and they gave me short. It was just all a mess .

Second time getting the dip powder and my nails look fat and chunky. Nice staff and beautiful location but over priced for what they did.

Just got home from L’ACQUA and I am never going to a different nail spa for my feet. Before going, I looked through the reviews and decided to make an appointment with Kevin. Kevin is literally amazing. I am prone to ingrown nails and he did his magic. I no longer feel pain in both of my big toes. He is not lying when he says that he’s the toe doctor! Kevin is super sweet and makes small talk with you. He doesn’t want his client to be scared of him and wants them to be comfortable. Like someone mentioned, he really is a perfectionist when it comes to toes. If you get a chance, make an appointment with him! He even does designs and dwhich is a great bonus! Thank you again Kevin and L’ACQUA Nail Spa, I’ll see you again in 2 weeks.

Everyone was very nice there. The lady ended up using regular polish instead of the gel so we had to completely start over (I actually didnt like the color anyway so I was able to pick one I like better!) I think she felt terrible and she kind of tried to rush through the 2nd time. They still came out okay, better than the first color for sure. Ill definitely be back again

Very clean very nice staff. Unfortunately the technician cut me while working on my cuticles and it kept bleeding.... In addition to the pain. It was an accident and she was very apologetic. But there was no discount or anything offered. In my opinion, when something like that happens, there should be something done to make it right, and encourage customers to come back and give them another shot. Apologies are nice and all, but why am I paying full price for botched service? I wasn’t even offered a band-aid. Again, nice people but they need to do better.

I went here to get nexgen done. I have come here before but used to only go to Cindy and never had a problem. I decided to go back here after a while and had a different girl. and these are the WORST nails I have ever had in my entire life. They are super thick and lumpy, none of them are the same shape. The tips dont blend with the natural nail. Overall just very ugly nails!!! I recommend taking your business somewhere else! Not only were they horrible but i was charged $43!!!!

I went to this place for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and the pedicure was fine. But the gel manicure was done horrible. The nail tech left all my nails uneven. I requested it to be “coffin shape” and they look slanted from one side. On my right ring finger my nail looks circular. All nails are uneven from one another. Its really disappointing I have to leave the state for a couple of days and was hoping to leave my nails all done and pretty, and now I have to go back to my regular nail salon to get this redone.

The atmosphere is wonderful..I didnt have time to get my pedicure so Ill be back to try them out. But as far as the fill in, it was wonderful.

The nail tech was polite and she did a great job doing a fill on someone else work. She gave me exactly what I wanted. 💜💜

The very best manicure I’ve ever had! The nail technician took no short cuts. I am particular about my nails but Idy did a wonderful job! The best part is the salon is taking COVID precautions seriously. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

(Update from my last review: Their sanitation standards since COVIDs inception have raised the bar; they even sell face shields! Highly impressed!) Very clean, affordable, and accommodating. I usually get the exfoliating pedicure. Their massage chairs are some of the best. They never force up charges. Definitely coming back; its the best nail salon in this area!

Update 10/10/2020Still the place to go and ultra safe since COVID. Dragged my husband for a jelly pedicure and techs wouldn’t allow him to sit next to me out of precaution. Best place around.Plexiglass surrounds the manicure area and they are very well organized.Update 2/2019Kept going back. Service has definitely improved and so have all the technicians.Gel dips at L’acqua are much more durable than others I have had. They never crack, even with long nails, and stay very shiny.——Pedicure is always good. Had a less than desirable acrylic fill. Shape was ok, but the technician did not take the acrylic or the polish to the cuticle. It looks like 5 days of growth. Front desk asked me three times if I had paid the right amount, but never asked me if I was satisfied with the service. I prefer the Plantation location, even I have to wait longer.

Moved from NY to Pompano a few months back. Found this nail salon loved it but the prices are a little bit too much. I just recently got a filling gel polish and my eyebrows done and they charged me $81. They should definitely be more detailed in pricing

I have been going here since November now and I love it.It is a bit pricier than other places in fort laud.... but you get what you pay for. I always go to Singhai ...she is absolutely amazing. Everyone here is honestly so friendly and nice.Never a bad experience.

This salon is 5 star. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. My exclusive go to nail tech is Fanny. She is meticulous when doing a pedi. The prices are somewhat high but worth it for the excellent service. Treat yourself and make an appointment.

Great spot, super close to where I live and Holly and Nancy did a great job! Place is beautiful and clean and staff is efficient and friendly. I walked in and explained I cracked my nail under my dip polish and Nancy took care of it, no problem! Thank you, Lacqua and thank you ladies - keep up the good work!

This is a clean, esthetically pleasant salon. A new package of instruments is opened for each customer as well as a new plastic piece is put into the basin. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they are open on Sunday. I will be returning to this salon for my pedicures. Nancy is excellent with ingrown toenails. I am pain free for the first time in years. She is meticulous.

I did not like their service or their price.it is first time i go to a salon to get Manicure with dip color and they don’t tell you but if you ask for a dip mani they only do your color they do not soak your nail, remove cuticle or clean nails. They only file and do dip color. They never explained and this is the first time i have this type of issue. I was expecting a full dip mani and instead i got my nails file as short as he could put dio power very very thick which did not look nice.Also the guy doing my pedi. Rubbed my legs in a very estrange way, that i had to stop him several times it made me feel very uncomfortable.I would not recommend it and was a bad experiences for me. Never going back and I do not recommend it

Even since this new place has open and everything was neat and clean and i would definitely would recommend it to friends and family and when i my nails i did the dip powder and i also did the gel dip powder and fell completely satisfied with it and what i love of this place is that everyone is friendly and welcoming and they have beverages especially on hot weather. I can wait to do my pedicure there. Keep up the great work. One great and happy customer.

I recently came across this place after work one day. I love it! I have never been a repeat nail customer until now! Their services are completed well and at a very reasonable price! Their hours also make it easy to pop by after a long day of work!

Such a clean and friendly place! The manager Elle was very informative about my gel mani, educating me about how my cuticles and using a moisturizer. She did a great job on my hands. The shop was modern and sheek. Holly did my pedicure and kept me laughing. Very nice place to get away and get pampered! You will not be disappointed!

I was there on dec 21 which I told the tech the next day was my birthday. I was with my two daughters. I told the nail tech I how long I wanted and she said no. She did what she wanted. When she first sat down I showed her the color I wanted and said nothing that it cost 5 dollars more. The whole time she was doing my nails she kept hugging and puffing bc my 22 month old was crying n acting up. When it came to polish she said after she charged my card that it was another 5 bc the color I choose. Had to go pick out another color which she followed me n made me pick a random color.I’ve never felt so insulted and unhappy with my nails. After one week one nail popped off and within two weeks all the nails came off. Never again would I go back to this salon. I don’t care how nice it is inside. Never again.

I never leave reviews but this experience has left me very frustrated. I went to get my nails done. Within the same week - I went back two separate times after that to get my nails fixed because the nails kept cracking. They didn’t charge me to get them fixed, the nail tech said the type of dip powder I chose was not a good brand and the receptionist kept saying my nails were too thin (they seemed thick enough to me). The day after I went to get them fixed for the second time, three nails ended up cracking. I called the nail salon and just made an Appt to get a whole new set w/ a different nail tech because at this point, they worked on the same set 3x and it wasn’t working out. I’m frustrated that I needed to go back to the nail salon for the 4th time in less than 10 days. Today, I went to get my new set - the nail tech didn’t realize the color I chose was ombré (I didn’t want ombré) but she had did two coats by then and I was already the nail salon for two hours, so I agreed to let her do another color on top of that coat that wasn’t ombré. Because of the two different powders, my nails are extremely thick and the almond shape I wanted came out crooked on my whole left hand. They don’t look good at all. They agreed to give me 10% off (I felt insulted) they argued with me that it had been two week since the original set. I pulled up my bank statement to show them that it hadn’t even been 10 days and I’ve visited the salon 4 separate times within that time period. They called the owner and agreed to give me 30% off. I agreed to this because I don’t want to argue with a business but the fact that I paid over $100 within ten days for two sets of nails that were terrible makes me very upset. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the salon and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

I had an emergency one of my acrylic nails broke and my finger was in extreme pain. I called this salon and Elle answered and was willing to help me as long as I arrived thirty minutes before they close. I got there and I was taken care of right away. Elle was a great example of customer service! I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me, which included her staying after hours.Not to mention the salon is beautiful!

Another amazing dip manicure by Van! She always soaks off my previous set and does a fresh set in an hour or less! Ill never go anywhere else!

I moved to Pompano Beach a few months ago and have been searching for a new nail salon....you cant imagine how many salons try to put one of those gel lights on Nexgen (a huge no-no cuz it weakens the product), and I think I just found the new salon! Jennifer did the best job I have ever had! My nails look fabulous! Also, the hours of operation work for my schedule (some salons close so early). If only I could sip a glass of wine while I enjoy my spa time....thats a suggestion!So, its been a few months. I lost Jennifer....but now I have Vinny! Hes saved my feet. I used to be in so much pain all the time...until he told me I had ingrown toenails!!! Now when I start to have pain I go see Vinny! He cleans me up and makes me beautiful again! He also does an amazing job on my fingers. I cant rave enough about him! And I have to tell you that this beautiful, immaculate place took my suggestion!

Incredible work on pedicures and dip! Super clean and great quick service! Unfortunate the Gel manicure did not last long at all. Started to peel up within 5 days. Also the color was misrepresented on the sample . It was very see thru and the tech didn’t seem to care or offer to stop after a single nail was done.

Emma did my pedicure and left them flawless and I’m so picky when it comes to my feet & eyebrows! Sandy did my eyebrows (waxed) she also an expert at microbladding so if you’re worried about what your eyebrows will look like, you’re in the best of hands. Hands down, best nail salon ever. This place was good. I could tell the manager was trying hard to please the customers. But omg some of the employees are rude! The girl I got my nails done with was extremely impatient, huffing and puffing allll the time like she was doing me a favor, and my nails came out completely opposite of what I wanted. So sad because this weekend I have such a big event and I feel really conscious of how weird they look. Might have to pay someone else to fix but I’m never going back here...

My nail tech Cindy was so patient with my indecisiveness choosing a color (I have to have natural looking nails to work for Guerlain) She has 15 years of experience and did a perfect job on my gel nails and pedicure! The salon is beautiful and modern looking and all the staff is super friendly!! I finally decided on piña colada by DND !
