This was my last time here as of today!!!!! These women unorganized….I came in 6/9/2021 and was never so ticked off in my life! I spent all day in this shop, spent my money, and got harassed bout the rest of the money I owe like I was going to walk out without payment!!!!! I had to leave an ID or something they can hold so I was sure to come back with payment! I was told their card reader only limits up to $50 and so I had to pay $50 by card and take the rest off at the atm! I ask them how much total so I can take it off in one Wap….once done with my services, I was then told $40 more! Is this making sense? $92 + $40….I don’t mind paying but it’s the principle, be upfront and say how much total!!!!!! They aren’t the only ones in America trying to eat and feed our families, but don’t try to rob people who spend daily with y’all!!!!!!!! Won’t ever come back……

I got a pedicure, lashes and eye brows done. The staff is friendly and my feet feels incredible. Ive been getting a lot compliments on my eye brows. Definitely recommend.

The price board is there for no real reason. They make their own prices...

PricesThe prices change just about everytime I go there. Gel will be $30 one week and $35 the next. Even if your getting a fill on gel its still the same price as if your getting a full set which is ridiculous. Eyebrows and wax went up. They have a pricing board but when they tell you your price it differs about $5...besides the prices I never had an issue with them being rude.

They tried to charge me $40 for a fill with gel polish. That would be $25 any where else. So I got a fill with normal polish for $20. Why is there a $20 difference? My nails were so basic. And Johnny has a horrible attitude. They act like youre bothering them or they dont like doing their job. I will not be going back.

They do good nails they move very slow and when you call them and ask if theres a wait they will lie to you and make you come and wait some of the staff like the women very lazy

I love there manicure and pedicure but the eyelash girl need to quit. I got my lash and eyebrows done she messed up both of them literally when I got home the lashes just fell right off my face.

I love how they do my nails. But for not being in a rich neighborhood they sure do charge a lot. Every time I get a gel fill the price changes. 30 or 35... other then that they are one of the best in the area.

So the service is ok but when it was time to pay, she stated they don’t accept card payments on Fridays and Saturdays. There was so sign to inform customers ahead of time. Atmosphere a bit messy!

Came in on Monday to get a fill with gel. Woke up Tuesday to the color chipping away. Either the polish was not gel or the uv light machine only dries itLol. Every time I give anyone other than Leon or Johnny a shot, I get screwed in the process. I will not be returning unless every other nail salon is closed for business in the tri county area.

I’d honestly avoid this place unless you really need a quick mani. They’re super friendly and somewhat cleaner than other places I’ve been, but they’re rough and drilled my previously strong natural nails til they were weak and easily bendable. They use low grit files that fray natural nails, are sloppy with the polish, and I chipped the next day. A few days later one of my nails broke as well. Didn’t love it, won’t be back, but they could be worse.

Not sure where to start. I’ve been toThis salon a few times it’s hard to get an apt and always a wait on the weekends like a normal salon (not the problem I promise ). Last week today will be exactly 7days I came into to get a full set I got the younger man in the second row. I told him how I wanted my nails cut and paint style .he started my nails, didn’t do anything to my nature nails or cuticles just drilled the nail a little bit for the Bond. Non of the nails where the same length, shape, or thickness . I pointed it out( which causes me a lot of anxiety ) and ask if he didn’t mind to try and get them the same . He tried . On to the paint He wasn’t sure what cat I was do the lady behind him came over to help, mind you this is a 10$ up charge and after she was done I didn’t have car eye nails just a sparkly blue over black and a mild line in the middle of a few nails . He then goes to do the top coat which was either old or just damaged, after he did the second nail I said something again at this point I’m holding back tears ; a nail apt that should be 1 hour max (it’s gel polish ) is going up an 1 1/2 hours and I have to go home and get ready for work at this point . He now grabs another top coat does the rest of the nails and when finish realizes it’s still messed up and told me that he hast to start all over and grab the Drill, I pulled my hand away and said I couldn’t I’m sorry so he just filed the top coat off and and did again and I left still tipping 15$, paying total of 70$. I come back and today which is only seven days later because yesterday I came in to schedule an appointment with the gentleman in the first row who has originally done my nails and I have been in love with them . I come in seven minutes late and I have tried calling before hand a couple times prior to this appointment and the phones never answer so I didn’t call ahead that was my fault but as I walk in he is already started somebody’s nails I was only seven minutes late I sat there for a few minutes and when he did look up to me I said can we please reschedule my appointment when you get a chance it was for 9 o’clock today he said yes I only weigh and I interrupted him and I said sir I’m only 7 minutes late he said he only waits 5minuted but again no way he was already started on the woman’s hands, nevertheless after that it did upset me very much so I said you never mind no thank you and I will never be coming back to this nail salon again .

This place is very dirty. As I was waiting, there was an old Doritos bag on one of the waiting chairs. There was a huge cockroach on the floor as well. Please take care to clean this place. It would be good to sweep the floor atleast once in a while. The huge cockroach made my skin crawl. This place has potential, but please just do basic cleaning.

Recommend an appointment with Natalie. Walk ins are very long especially for Natalie and on Fridays and Saturdays. She does great work. Very creative.

The owners Leon and Kim . Only care about making the next buck. I will say some of the workers are sincere, but Kim has a very nasty disposition about herself, I had been a customer for many years and it only got worse. if you sat in Leons chair he was very rushy especially when someone else came through the door. Everybody, five minute wait.Also they treat people with gift certificates differently as if they dont want to wait on them even though they have been paid in advance........

I absolutely hated it. My pedicure lady took 10 minutes to clean my feet and 30 to paint my nails. She didnt speak English therefore she wasnt understanding what i was telling her. The lady that did my hand was better but i wont come back since i didnt like the service.

The man with the tattoos did my nails and did a horrible job! Not even a week later and my nails started popping off! I honestly felt like he did it on purpose because I refused to use gel nail polish. He kept telling me no to any color that I chose if it wasnt gel of course. I kept asking how much more would it be and he wouldnt answer me. I wont be coming back.

HORRIBLE - Nail techs have no interest in nail health. Their only objective is getting as many people in and out as they can. Overall salon cleanliness is poor. Stay away!

My daughter had got her eyebrows and lashes done they were so so nice !!! Really but the fact that 2 weeks after she said it had crust at the top of the lash and every time she squeezed her eye it hurt so she took them off all of them I mean all of them came off it was so crazy !!!!! They did a nice job but after work omg it may take over 3 months for them to grow back !!!

I am writing this as I leave because I am so pissed at the service I was just received. The first time I went to nail fever was two weeks ago I was happy and pleased I got my eye brows waxed and tinted by Kim. I loved them so today I decided to go back. I walked in and I was asked what was I getting and I sit down but I forget to sign-in and by that time a couple people sign in before I could. So I sign-in and I wait. So I see my turn is up and I go sit and she goes and looks at the list and calls this lady and I was like I was here before her and she says her name first and I say okay fine and she goes through the list and says who should be going next and I see it’s not me but the person who she calls after knows I was there first so she tells Kim she is going to let this girl who has to go go first and then me. So I said I will be back because on Fridays and Saturdays they only take cash which I didn’t know. So I left to go to the bank. I come back it should be my turn, I sit in the chair Kim walks away and the lady doin someone else’s eyebrows asks me can she help me and I said I’m waiting for her to do my eyebrows and she says I can help you and Im like no I have been waiting for her and kim says unless you want to wait for me. I couldn’t believe her. I just had to walk out and say never mind.

Nothing at all. Very rushed service. If you want a great set of nails skip this place.

Was a customer for a very long time... Them being rude and not providing the services they are asked AND PAID to perform in a specific way (extra fees and all) is totally unacceptable... So rather than complain, Im venting and going elsewhere.

I went to qet my eye lashes done just the other day. And not even aye day later one of them falls off.. An wen i went bak for them to fix it. They tried to charge me aqain.. Like it was my fault the stupid thing fell off

Customer service is Horrible. Today’s experience reminded me why I stop going here years ago. Paid to get my lashes done and requested short individual and natural. I was dissatisfied with the results and requested a different kind. Kim took the originals off and asked me to wait to service me again, Then tried to charge me again for another service when I was not happy with the original. I requested a refund and was denied saying that my service were already rendered. This place is so unprofessional and money hungry it’s sad. Never again!
