I cant believe I forgot to review this place. My mechanic told me I needed a catalytic converter and then informed me that he doesnt install them. The feeling of having to find a business and hope they are trustworthy gives me anxiety so I wasnt ecstatic. I made one phone call and a woman answered who asked me 5 questions about the vehicle. With the answers she immediately gave me a dollar amount. I thought it sounded fair so I asked when they could do the work? She replied tomorrow at 930. I showed up at 935 to a crowd. I knew I got there last so I was expecting a long wait. A min after I arrived a young woman appeared ready to handle business. She locked eyes with a customer in the crowd and made her way towards them. Got some info and she turned to me. Id like to think its because we found each other attractive but maybe I just found her attractive. I digress. I said, I spoke to a girl yesterday about my van and instantly she remembered the conversation, asked where it was parked, took my keys and moved on to the next customer. After she checked everyone in she shifted to directing the mechanics to their work. I waited for a slow moment to give her my phone number so she could call when it was finished or to see if I was available to take her out because she seemed progressive. When the time came, she informed me my van would be ready within 45 min and asked if I could wait. Obvi she was treating this like a Tango. As we took turns leading, now it was back on me to ask for her phone number. Long story short, I was informed the broken honeycomb had made its way up the muffler and it would need to be replaced as well. I was immediately give a price to which I agreed and told it would be an additional 10 min. My van was ready within 60 seconds of the original estimate plus 10 min and the prices I was given included tax. All this to say, I choked and drove away without giving any hope to my mother that I will ever have a girlfriend. Wait, this is Missed Connections right?

Writing a review under my wife’s account. Took my Mercedes E320 to 43s brakes and mufflers today 11/12/2020 when my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Jennifer and the entire team was very professional, but also extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond with their service. Their prices are fair and made sure my car was safe and reliable again to transport my family around. Thank you guys! Would not hesitate to bring my car back to them!

Good prices but the shop doesnt open on time. As per its schedule on Google. They supposedly take appointments but then its first come first serve. They close way before the closing time stated on Google. I rather pay the extra $20 and go to a different place. Rather than deal with the back and forth. But if you dont mind wasting half your day waiting, then this spot is for you. But Ill take a pass.

Went to get my catalytic converters replaced. The lady there was very nice and professional. The mechanic does REALLY good work. They got me in same day and was done 2 hours later. They really hooked me up! The welds on the pipes were awesome! Very good quality, I will be back for a new exaust system.

Ive always been worried about oddball shops near my neighborhood. I plugged a tire at a tire shop in this small auto outlet and saw this shop and decided to try them for two cars I own.AMAZING PRICES AND SERVICE. The young lady and who I believe is her husband/boyfriend are awesome people and give solid advice + pricing. I never got quality work done with such a fair price. I will be going back a third and fourth time to complete my custom exhaust systems.-Happy GTI Owner

Went there with little to no idea what I really wanted to do on my car, but knew how I wanted it to sound. Anthony was there helping me figure out what I wanted and helped me find a nice magnaflow exhaust that sounds EXACTLY how I wanted the car to sound! My cars a V8 so I know it can get pretty loud but I was trying to go for a deeper tone so Anthony pointed me in the right direction. Lalo was the mechanic there and did an excellent job with the cuts and positioning of the exhaust so the car looks just as good as it sounds! They also sell exhaust tips as well as mufflers so you can customize it to match your cars colors! Definitely recommend them to anyone knows what they want or doesnt know entirely!

Thank you 43s for providing me with great service and pricing. I did my catalytic converter on my GMC since I had failed smog. Took it to get retested and sure enough I passed with no problems.

I had my front and rear brake pads done at 43s. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were very informative and friendly. Will make this shop for all my car needs.

I went to Jiffy Lube and they tried to charge me $65 for a light bulb change that they said would take half an hour. I came to Mufflers and they did it in 5 minutes for $20. Honest hard working people here!

Honest and reliable service. Great Shop. The true test of shop is how they treat you when they mess up. They installed a catalytic converter with the wrong family number that caused problem at the smog station. When I brought it back they replaced it was the same friendly and quick service, and did so for free. I highly recommend this shop.

Muffler installer older guy did a poor job installing my catalytic converter! He broke the breather tube on catalytic converter and did not weld the crack nor did he check for vacuum leaks on his welding..he also had a poor attitude when I caught him installing the catalytic converter upside down...will never give this place my business again!

I had my challenger done here a resonator deletion and was satisfied with the work they did, less than an hour service. Only complain is, that its pretty tight in the parking area.

Very bad experience from the start they damage my truck and it was a simple job broking exhaut bolt after repair they damage my air bag and left me with a miss fire new plugs and wires and they damaged them left my plugs and wires loose and probably over heated my heads from there welding never go there again customer service sucks get a work order first in detailed and price.they also damaged my steering column and trim.
