Was there at 820 was told a hour and half wait I said ok Ill come back in a hour he said ok we will be able to help you then should have more workers came back was told another hour and half because they have a car but if I come back might be another 2 hours no quarentee we can give a oil change because the car that is there is getting all kinds of work so come 11 now no oil change had to go somewhere else whole morning wasted

Went in no wait, no hassle. Welcomed in. I have returned to this location numerous times. I requested an oil change. It was recommended that I would need a engine flush. The manager David was on duty. I really trust this guy, he takes great care to keep me posted on services needed. Quick fast and great care was given to my baby (Chevy 2007 HHR) They don’t make this model anymore. He knows how much I depend on it to keep me moving in life. So Thank you David and Team Jiffy Lube.

1. I have patronized this business at least 15 times, for various vehicles. In addition to a oil change, they have always checkd orher fluid levels, various filters, and cleaned the windows. The service is why I come here. I can get an oil change anywhere.2. Yesterday, the windows were not cleaned. I asked the manager why. He said that because of the pandemic, they didn’t clean my windows. That is a totally unacceptable answer, and I told him so.3. He did offer to clean my windows, but I’d already waited long enough. If Jiffy Lube wants my continued business, they’ll need to be consistent with their product and service. Remember, I can get an oil change anywhere.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube Alhambra for years so I know what services I get and what I pay.Two Saturdays ago I went to the Jiffy Lube Pomona Location for a last minute oil change on my way to the desert.I asked for a Full sythentic oil change and the minimum amount of coolant needed to get back on the road, specifically explaining I did NOT need a whole coolant service.I was told it would take 20 minutes..So the manager rushes off and Im waiting for an HOUR or MORE. Finally I asked one of the two employees there, Hey when will you be done, I was told 20 min.A zombie-like employee comes out and says, oh youre done.I get my itemized receipt and I have been charged for the Full Sythentic Oil change AND an entire radiator package I DID NOT ASK FOR OR NEED OR CONSENT TO. There was zero communication about the second service package.I asked to speak to the manager, and the employee, who I learn is the assistant manager, young kid, says Oh, he left.I am explaining to him how negligent this has all been and instead of correcting it, the best he could do was %30 off.So now I am over an hour off schedule and nearly $300 deep.This is the worst experience I have ever had, usually I trust Jiffy Lube and in Alhambra they were always sure to apply my student discount.The worst part is, I was THE ONLY CAR THERE on a Saturday morning the entire time this is happening, so its not even like they were busy. The manager literally chose to disregard what I asked for / failed to communicate the requested services to his employees, and left. Then the assistant manager insisted he did not have permission to void or correct the transaction.I will be posting this to every Yelp/Review site as well as contacting the regional manager until I receive a FULL refund for the time lost and the UTTER DISRESPECT.

His excellent customer service keep us returning all 3 of our vehicles to be serviced at Jiffy Lube on the regular. The lobby is always nice and clean, the coffee is Bomb(great). And the bathroom is very clean, David takes pride in Jiffy Lube team and their work. If your looking for an HONEST place, to take your vehicle Jiffy Lube on Garey in Pomona is the right place, and ask for David. Even the bay(working area is tidy.) Keep up the good work. Shout out. I would give you guys a 10 star rating but since it dont go that high I give 5

Stopped here to get my oil changed and a brake light was out, the person helped me didnt know if they changed light bulbs and had to look for his manager to ask which took forever. When he came back he said they do but not my vehicle, they had a few people that worked there but were just hanging around doing nothing and only one customer. I didnt get my oil changed a would not come back to this place again. Poor customer service and no knowledge of the services they provide. 👎

They gave me a much higher price then the last time, and I was getting less service. They also only accept cash.. went elsewhere.

I thought it would be busy, so I got there a few minutes before they opened, and I pulled right in and I was out by 8:20. Super fast, really nice guys. I will be back here for my next Oil Change.

This is my go-to place for oils changes. The guys here are all very polite & efficient. They make suggestions/observations, but are never pushy with add-ons. I usually call ahead to check wait times before I go & Im always in & out in about 30 mins.

Just went to Oil Can Henrys for the second time since moving here. Both times I had a fantastic experience. The guys there are amazingly nice and professional. Grade A. Also they had my car on record and knew what had been done last time I was there. I love it! What a pleasant experience.

If i could give the place less stars today, i would.came in to drop my car off for a simple oil change at 430. I didnt get serviced by anyone until 4:59.The workers are paid for this half hour that i was waiting, but Im not.Wasted my time for a simple drop off.30 minutes of waiting just to sign a paper that takes less than a minute.I had went in the lobby and stood in line behind another lady as i was next. The worker at the computer told me to take a seat and wait till after hes done with her and he would check me in.After he finished with her he never took me and went instead to a other customer that had his car there already and decided instead of checking me in To instead finish up with him.I had to bother another worker just to have someone help me.The process of actually finally being helped was less than 3 minutes as it was just the estimate form with a signature.Ive been a customer before and did not have any bad experiences until now.If you want to waste time and have your ride back home wait 30 minutes for you just to drop your car off for a basic oil change then come here.This place really needs to consider hiring a person and creating a new position that strictly only handles checking customers in as well as payments So that this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon at around 4:45, keep in mind they close at 5. Angel greeted me very kindly. I simply instructed him on what type of oil and service I preferred. 5:05 Im paying for my services and out the door. As hes showing me my oil level he informs me that if my oil is low within my 3000 miles of service that I can hassle free bring it back and theyll top up to 2 qts. at no cost! I found that awesome... Ive been to this Jiffy Lube numerous times and nobody had informed me on this feature. Thank You Angel and Company for your prompt excellent service!

Very courteous. Yes, they offer add on sales, but the tech wasnt pushy. My most recent visit was completed in a reasonable amount of time, about 30 minutes. However, when theyre busy, I have had to wait about 2 hours. But theres a Farmer Boys restaurant a short block away with good food and free WiFi.Their waiting area is small, as most of them are, and theres seating outside in the shade.One bad thing about sitting inside: The air flow goes from the bathroom into the small waiting room. They should change the direction of air flow. Meanwhile, there is outside seating.

Awful service. It was so bad, that I broke down on my way to the beach because they knocked loose a hose. The people who repaired my car said, “whoever is taking care of your car is not doing their job”. It cost me to repair my car and had to stay in a hotel in Santa Barbara$$$. I wasn’t happy!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Angel specifically has the worst customer service ever. Rude, disrespectful, and doesn’t know how to communicate thoroughly. Didn’t even greet us or say hi when we first pulled up. My mother simply came here for a oil change and not only did angel give horrible customer service, he also had us wait an hour to get the oil change done just for him to inform my mom the wrong pricing due to the type of oil my mothers car takes. Another employee told my mother her car could take conventional when she called prior to showing up when it really needed synthetic. Only reason my mother came was because they told her specifically the pricing of the oil change over the phone for her car was only $26.99 but wanted to charge her $92 for synthetic once she got there. There was no manager on duty so they “said” they called Jose the manager who confirmed her car could take conventional and when they finally took her car in they proceeded to tell my mother it was recommended synthetic and would need her to sign a waiver if she decided to take conventional, so she declined. Overall, Angel wasted my mother’s time when she could’ve taken her business elsewhere.

BY FAR THE WORST jiffy lube I have ever been to, they made me wait more than an hour and then lied to me saying my filter cap wasnt going to come off and told me that I should come back tomorrow after I had waited more than an hour it was very obvious to see that they did not want to change it because the place was closing soon and they charged me $11 to top off my oil even though I had waited for 1 and 1/2 hour! DO NOT GO to this jiffy lube.

I went here to get an estimate for a light bulb change. On the phone they told me itd be $20 but when I came in person, they mention some random mumbo jumbo and say that itll add up to $65. I decided to get a second opinion and I went to the Mufflers and Brakes place on Holt Ave. They did it in literally 5 minutes and charged a solid $20. No excuses, no taking time, no exaggerations about the work they had to do. That whole center that Mufflers is in seems good. No big franchises there and they seem like hard working honest people. Dont go to Jiffys.

Extremely disappointed. Second time Ive had a bad experience at this location. First time was for taking 2 hours to change my oil when there were only 2 cars ahead of me! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because its close to my home and Ive used JL for years in Albuquerque. Today I went in for a Vehicle Inspection for a rideshare service and asked if they would top off my oil...I still have 1500 miles left til my net oil service and the associate said hed have to charge me because it was over the 3,000 miles! Ive been a long time customer and have had my oil topped off several times and NEVER has anyone charged me even when I was past the 5k limit. The associate suggested I check my own vehicle for the items on the Inspection list myself first because if it failed they still have to charge for the inspection. First of all, the Rideshare company is paying for the inspection, Secondly, thats what JL is getting paid to do. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Customer Beware!

Sell services not recommended by manufacturer then do not perform the service as for my opinion chains like this have always given the industry a bad name surprised this business model has survived I guess by selling air. It happened to me before I worked in the industry. Happened to me as a youngster when I was working in a different industry!

They do not honor Groupon prices. Falsely advertised 29.00 oil change but when I arrived the attendant said they increased their rate by four dollars yesterday. They lied. Groupon still has the 29.00 price on their site. Do not do business with this location.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I took my car in to this JIFFY LUBE for regular oil change, they charged me $110. I figured for that much that my car would be serviced properly. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! After 3 months my car started to make a ticking noise. I found out after I took it to my mechanic that these guys put in the WRONG oil type and didnt change the oil filter. These guys are incompetent and rip off artist. DO NOT take your car here. Go to the dealer or to a shop you trust instead. They will take your money and do a shoddy work or not do anything at all.

Horrible experience... Never ever will return here.... Took my car for oil change and the guy says the belts from power steering and alternator had major cracks that if one of those would snap off it would completely shut the car down... So for my and my childrens safety I went ahead and gave the ok for them to change them.... Half an hour after driving out of there my car starts making this squeak noise every time I would turn a block or move the steering wheel not only that when I turn it on the next morning it made this loud squeak noise which it had never done before... I take it back to what I thought maybe it needed some adjustments and the guy tells me that my power steering pump had failed... Honestly I felt so bad and feel I was ripped off and now my car is damaged all of a sudden and the guy says it was just coincidence that it happened that very day 30 minutes after....NEVER EVER LET THEM CHANGE NOTHING ON YOUR CAR... NOW I BELIEVE JIFFY LUBE ARE NOTHING BUT THIEFS!!!!
