Came to this repair shop for the first time & Muhammad is the nices guy ever . Don’t even know me & gave me credit . Super cool guy & best auto shop 💯

I had an appointment at another shop, but when I got there they told me that doing an AC check/recharge could take all day. That I would have to leave me car there on the *chance* that their technician would have time to check it today. That’s when I called Muhammad at Purrpect Auto and he said he could fit me in TODAY, when no other shop could. It took exactly how long he said it would and was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the whole experience. Now my AC is “blowing icicles” as technician said!

They told $69 for a diagnosis. They then called and said that it would be $219 because they have to still tear down more things to find the problem.. After a week they called to say that it was fuel pump hose was cracked. Then said I needed a engine flush because there was a lot of sludge. I tried to call back to cancel the engine flush but they would not answer the phone. I rushed down there to stop the engine flush but the manager said that they already added the chemicals. I ended paying $640for a cracked hose, engine flush and radiator flush. When I got home I checked the radiator, and there was a whole lot of sludge. I doubt if they even did an engine flush. I was overcharged and ripped off!

The employees are very nice, and their prices are good and fair. I would recommend anyone looking for a mechanical needs!😊

All i can say is i called to ask about a smog check 40$ reasonable price when speaking to Muhammad, later on in the day got there at about 5:20 Ive gotten smog done at other places and at most your looking at 25-30 min tops, he then tells me that he will not be able to do the smog because its takes to long and proceeds to ask me to come back tomorrow, he then says to wait and talks to his technician and he claims they did not have the part to do the smog check. . . All i said was ok and leftAgain 3 stars because he pretty much turned me away when he had more than enough time to take care of the smog but not 1 star because of pricing

They had my car for 6 days, charged me $2,869 (1,600 on parts and 1,070 in labor), and returned it to me with the check engine light on saying it was misfiring(didnt even leave the parking lot yet). The work was replacing spark plugs,ignition coils($150 per coil [with a hitachi coil being $89 at max price]), and general gaskets. All of it was approximately a 50% or more markup for parts. I thought they just didnt clear the light so I took it on a drive(for less than 20 miles and I ended up stalling on the freeway. I took it back under warranty and got charged another 600 and they kept it for 3 days(3days to replace 3 ignition coils that are upfront and take about 15 minutes to replace). I was even on the phone with them and overheard the mechanic say the car was done and the guy on the phone shushed the mechanic and told me it was going to be ready anytime soon. They keep the car for some unknown reason. Im pretty sure for personal use. All of the work could have been completed in a day or two. To give you an idea of how much I was overcharged, I was charged $380 for 2 VVT solenoids NOT INCLUDING LABOR. Look it up anywhere but you can get 2 solenoids for $100 and thats at max price. They take about 30-60 minutes to replace if you dont know what youre doing. The owner than replies to all negative reviews saying that they are false. I can assure you they are not. I will try to pose pictures of the receipts. My advice is to pay any amount to get your car towed from this place. They have someone that works for a towing company to bring the car to this place. Thats how I got stuck with it in the first place. My last complaint is that they dont even give you new parts. Its parts from a junkyard but you pay for them as if they were new. UPDATE: I was charged for an oil change but they didnt put in new oil. They put in very old oil, Im talking already black. I know when I went in my oil was clean cause I checked it beforehand and I make it a point to get oil changes early since my car is older. Its going to take me several oil changes to get their bad oil out of my car.

I brought in my girlfriends car for an oil change. Muhammed then asked me if I would like my brakes inspected and I agreed. I stepped out of the waiting area to take a call, he then approached my girlfriend when I was not there and told her to replace the brakes or would most likely have an accident, that it was extremely dangerous to keep driving with those brakes. I told him they where not that old and they were not even rubbing on the wear indicator. I told him no even though he was very persistent. We drove to San Diego 2 more times then had the brakes replaced somewhere else and there was almost 1/4 left on the pad. Muhammed is your typical unethical business owner that instills fear in his customers so they will take the bait. He tried to scare my girlfriend in to purchasing brakes when they were not immediately needed. I know about cars and knew he was lying and he will never see another penny from me. Stay away from this place!!!

I took my car in for an oil change. Mohammed was very helpful and kind. He took care of my car and I was happy with the service. I had a really good experience and will return in the future to get other services for my car done here. I highly recommend this place!

I feel compelled to warn others, just in case this sounds suspicious to you.My son is 23 years old and knows nothing about cars. He knows how to drive a car and thats about it. He drives a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer that is in great shape. He asked my advise, because his brakes were squeaking.I informed him that having his breaks changed wouldnt be too expensive, unless there was damage to his rotors. To make a long story short, my son made this establishement aware that he knew nothing about cars.This brake job cost me ONE THOUSAND AND EIGHTY NINE DOLLARS...yes, $1089.00.I live in Utah and was unable to confront the shop and was at their mercy.Be aware...do your homework.KARMA WILL GET YOU PURRFECT AUTO.

The owner is good. The service was good. But this last week I called an associate answered and was very rude.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Mohammed is extremely unethical and dishonest. It is difficult to determine the percentage of each but the combination of incompetence &/or dishonesty would rate at around 90%. I am sure Mohammed will state that no customer has received service under this name & thus it is intended for a different business, however, this isnt the case. I am using a pseudonym for liability reasons. The faulty workmanship &/or incompetence of this shop potentially put my life in danger. I will never take any vehicle to this business again & highly recommend you do the same.

I always have a good experience here. They have good mechanics that diagnose your car. They know everyone is on a budget and will give you a good price and tell you what you should do now and what you can do in the future to keep your car working well. Nice people. Took my truck in for a oil service because my Nissan dealership was close. They told me all kind of stuff that needed fixing. In my head Im like how the dealership never mentioned this to me. Just be careful refuse all extra work. They trying to make a quick buck. I Look at my cabin air filter they are fine.

I took my wifes car in because the brakes were squeaking. The mechanic told me that one of the drum brakes was leaking and that the other one would be leaking soon so, I should do a complete job for $500. Luckily I didnt have the money at the time. I took it to my mechanic in Arcadia and he told me that the brakes were only dirty and a little worn. He cleaned them out and sanded them a little and charged me $40! He also told me that both dust caps were dented.Purrfect Auto Service is history. Ill never go there again.

This place is expensive the dude came back with different prices and I feel like Im getting taken for last time I come here the sign says lifetime warranty dude told me its only good for a year

Tried charging me $70 for an oil change because my car isn’t American, like if it was somehow harder to change the oil on a fiat. Also was going to take several hours because it was busy. I’ll just keep going to big name places that get done in 15 minutes.

Went to get a 4-wheel alignment from a coupon. But guess what, because my car is a four-wheel, itll cost extra. Ahh, the fine print. Make sure you read their coupons carefully. You come in for something, it ends up being something else.

Muhammad provided excellent service! Went over and beyond couldn’t ask for better customer service. I brought my car in for a tune up and oil change the price was great, checked motor mounts, breaks for free really excellent service can’t go wrong here.

I initially came in for an oil change and they discovered some problems with my car. Of course I was worried but they showed me what was wrong and what could be done and made the whole process very easy!! The prices are better than any place Ive been to. Mohammed and his staff are honest and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for your car needs. 10/10

When I bring my car for oil change, they said the oil pan was broken and insisted to repair it. They did not change oil unless I agree to fix oil pan for $299. After escaping from them I brought my car to my reliable mechanics. Then off course oil pan had no problem and I finished oil change there. Purrfect Auto Service was just a scam. They tried to steal my money. Anyway I wasted time there.

Good experience for my 1st time at Perrfect auto. Went in for a wheel alignment and was in-and-out like in 40 minutes. Told me that I will need my tirods replaced but did not hold me hostage. I have had coupons to go to this particular shop but way below the coupon in the fine print is says on certain cars. well some of my other cars fell under that category so I never took them . very happy today with my stay and the speed

If you dont know much about cars dont worry! These guys are super helpful. They offer a wide variety of services and a fair price. Steve was very fair and very helpful in explaining the issue I was having with the transmission and brakes. Got the car all fixed up and back with a day. Very happy with the service!

I was looking for a mechanic I could call mine and I found him, Mohammad! Hes honest, fast and reasonably priced. I was in need of a minor break job, took my car in yesterday @ 4pm and he had it done in an hour, no appointment was needed. Hes been servicing my car for the last year and I am confident there is no one better. Now when someone asks me if I know a good mechanic, I will recommend Purrfect Auto because they are great!

Like many of the other reviews, The pricing changed by $15.00 when I got there, and they tried to talk me into getting additional work. I would not recommend them. I should have checked there reviews before purchasing the Groupon.

I came to get a tune up and Jesse was most kind to me. Very helpful as well as informative. Muhaamad topped off the oil and my coolant free of charge. Any repairs needed they come highly recommended by me. Located 621 E. Arrow hwy Pomona. 🙌😍✌

Unfortunately, this guy tried to rip me off and lied to me. I went in knowing that I just needed a A/C drain/refill. I know this because I changed out my own A/C condenser, plugged all my leaks, filled my own A/C with a simple do it yourself kit, and ran the car like that for a while. my A/C was working at a moderate level for weeks. I wanted the professional drain and refill for my piece of mind. I show up and he tries to tell me that he wants to put a dye that will run in my system for a couple days and it will illuminate under inferred if I have a leak. that was $59. Just out of curiosity I asked how much the sum would be approximately when all said and done. each Lb of freon was around $59 bucks also. My car uses nearly 2 Lbs so all in all I was quoted about $179 before taxes. I told him it was unnecessary and that I just needed a refill. looks at my car, comes back and says my compressor is not engaging so he cant charge it and further more my A/C fan is not working. BULLSHIT!!! I personally knew both those things worked just fine. right there I summed the auto mechanic to be a crook. I asked them to leave it alone. They charged me $20 bucks for diagnostic. They didnt even attempt to listen to my evidence or troubleshoot. Never going back to this place and they demonstrated that they cannot be trusted. A lesson learned for $20 bucks isnt bad. stay away unless you like to waste your hard earned money. Go to Patricks auto in the corner of Town ave and Foothill Blvd for an honest service. Patrick did what I asked, charged me $90 and shocker, my A/C is working fine.

Lobby/seating is a little worse for wear but great fast service at a fair price. Communicated every step of the way and was out quickly. Will go back.

Came in with a coupon for oil change. Ended up paying $20 more because my Honda Civic apparently needs a different kind of oil then the one posted on the coupon. Then continuously tried to be swindled for more services.

Feel like we found our mechanic. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They did a great job on our SUV. So we took our car to them. Prices are fair, work is great, customer service is excellent.

Muhammad and his staff are absolute professionals. I told them I was offered a lower price somewhere else and he kindly matched it. He assured me that he wouldnt cut corners in servicing my car and he sure did as promised. They rotated my tires and gave me the extra oil that my Acura MDX required (synthetic oil) too! They topped all my fluids and got me out the door in a timely manner. What a terrific fine!!! Come check them out people. Youll get excellent service at an excellent price. The owner Mohammed, is as dishonest as an auto mechanic can be, trying to nickel and dime you to no end. I went there to redeem a groupon for a discounted oil change. First surprise is, the sign saying there is $3.50 transaction fee for all groupons. It was mentioned nowhere on groupon website. I thought I could take it up with groupon later but this time he told me my car doesn;t take conventional oil and it needs to be synthetic. I refused and siad it has been running on regular oil for the past 5 years he then went to sell me an inferior oil (5W-20W) instead of what was on the deal (5W-30W) for an elevated price.Never take your car to this place ever again.

We just moved here from the East coast and my car needed front wheel alignment after a long long drive. One day I got a discount coupon from this shop in the mail for alignment and I thought Id give a try. So I did and Mr. Muhammad the manager took care of me like I was a long time friend and customer. That makes me feel happy because I found a repair shop that cares about you not just your money. I mean I have been to many many car repair shops and not happy either with the work they did or with the staff. Two weeks later I had to bring my car back to him for another issue and he checked it for me and told me what the problem was. When I came to pick the car up and I was about to pay him for finding out or diagnosed the problem he said no charge. That was a big surprise to me. No other shops have ever diagnosed my car for free, this guy did. So I think Ive found a trust worthy car repair shop that is Purrfect car care in Pomona.

I desperately needed an oil change and could not go to my regular mechanic. So I decided to come to Purrfect Auto service. The customer service was great and the price for the oil change is much less compared to the place I always go. They also checked my brakes for me and helped me figure out why my check engine light is on. I will definitely be coming back for the rest of the repairs I need for my car. Owner is a crook. Went for an oil change, and he insisted I do 600dls worth of other urgent services. I agreed, and the next day my car had huge leak (never leaked before) and when I took it back, he insisted I needed 350dls more to fix his bad work... be careful with this guy!!

Nice people. Came in for an oil change. Typical upsell stuff, but they werent pushy about it. Quick and easy.Edit: Dropped it a star after a second visit. Another oil change. Still hard upsell, but it was on things that were already changed somewhat recently, so Im doubting they actually checked the car.

I bought a groupon that cost $35 that was associated with this facility. They said my vehicle did not qualify for it. I asked how much extra did I need to pay, the manager on Saturday(10/26) at 3:18pm said it would costs an extra $25! Of course I left and I am done with this facility.I read most of the Groupon customers reviews (3.4 is the review on Groupon). This place is horrible under its current management. Filled with mechanics that will lie to you to get extra money. No one go there,, until they change their attitude towards their customers.

So this was my first time coming here...They truly live up to their name..... Purrfect....they were very friendly and had great communication.... They kept me involved every step of the way....and they also finished in a timely manor.....the purrfect service .....Im coming here all the time

Car overheated when visiting family in the area right by this shop. Took it there and they got it taken care of for me. Since I was visiting from OC, he allowed me a loaner car to get home to my doggies so he could do a good job. So far, so good. 👍

I didnt have much to work with money wise. Mr. Mohammad and his men where more than willing to work with me. My car went in with terrible alignment and an incredibly noisy engine (I drive an Hhr). Fixed my breaks, rotors still only to name a few things all without breaking the bank. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Quite possibly the least expensive and quickest (if you catch them at the right time) oil change in this area of Pomona. And I checked.You know what? Only get oil changes here. Do NOT let them do any repairs, no matter how much they insist you need them. Every time I allowed them to fix something, Ive had an terrible experience. Never again.

Also showes you the bad parts before replacing them and when he finds something else wrong with your car he shows you and give you options if you want him to replace them.I can in to get an alignment and ended up needing to get my air filter changes, a new belt and struts.I didnt have to wait long, my price was guaranteed service was great. Buyer beware. They wanted to pull a bait and switch. I bought a $35 synthetic oil change on Groupon. When I got there they wanted to charge me an additional$30 . No where on the Groupon does it say I need a special filter. 😂😂😂 What a joke.
