I was looking forward to working with Crete. She did the initial assessment and the first visit she asked if I was vaccinated. I said no and she said she wasn’t going to work with me. Sent me a bill after that! Very unprofessional and discriminating.

Crete doesnt keep decent record of anything you tell her or pay her. Blank sheets of printer paper in unmarked manilla folders are her records. She messed up one bill, said it was corrected, billed me twice, said she corrected it again, then sent another with similar billing errors but higher prices. Later she asked me for receipts for cash payments I made to her more than a year prior!At one point I requested a basic, simple, verification of counseling(not an evaluation of anything), instead she wrote a book. I questioned it and she gave me some crock about her ethics and why she needed to include my life story with choices I made over 10 years ago!! When I handed the verifying letter off, the receiver of the letter looked it over and looked me dead in the eye and said Does this woman understand the definition of HIPAA?! I paid for that letter upfront and Crete tried charging me for it two more times after I had already paid for it!!!!Meetings started with the same repeat as she searched for what she thought she wrote and said last week. Then she slipped a few times and discussed other patients and their problems with me, with no regards for HIPAA. Save your time and money. My only positive takeaway from her was learning how to meditate.

I have been to multiple counselors, Crete is the first to make me feel Comfortable. I am more myself than I have been for awhile and I thank Crete for helping me get there. I highly recommend her to anyone.

TERRIBLE counselor, if you can call her that. She was rude and judgmental. I would NOT recommend her to anyone!
