Went into store and had several employees including the supervisor helping me. they treated me like a real person instead of trying to sell me everything in the store. they had me laughing and made sure to do whatever they could to make my trip as quick and easy as possible. this will be my new att store

Kyle was super knowledgeable and gave me a ton of good information on how to switch my plans. He didn’t try to sell me on anything, he just laid each plans benefits and pricing out and talked me through the process of how to switch while getting the best discount. 100% recommend this store.

I managed to kill another phone and went to the Plymouth store. Jake is the bomb! He managed to get all my things transferred with a little help from Trisha. Jake has an Apple, Trisha has Samsung so between both I have EVERYTHING so excited. Highly recommend them for service. THANK YOU!!!

One person who worked there wasnt wearing a mask when I walked in. She had to walk across the store to grab one. I did not catch her name but she was very dismissive and rude. I wont go back.

Came in to upgrade a phone and the representative Niko and his manager Patricia were amazing in helping us upgrade both phones on the account and putting my sister on as well as lowering our bill to get us the best deals possible!

Tricia Eric and Austin were extremely helpful in getting me a lower bill all the while getting a new phone and unlimited data. This will now be my only choice for att locations

Went to this store when it first opened today, trish Gilmore was very unpleasant and didn’t even offer to help us saying in a snippy tone that there was a half hour wait ...I’m in retail and management this is not appropriate behavior I feel horrible for the gentleman who has to deal with her . As we were leaving she encouraged us not to comeback .
