We are a current customer with Boost Mobile. After a month long issue, multiple phone calls and a trip to another Boost Mobile location we finally received fantastic customer service. Andrew at this Plymouth store went over and beyond to make sure he was going to fix the problem.Thank you Andrew!Boost Mobile, please take care of your good employees. This man deserves a raise!!

Phones are disappointing, but the guy who works there is awesome. He is very professional and helpful and knowledgeable.

Finally got my screen protector I appreciate then play they have here he does a good job one reason I love three stars instead of 5 its because Boost Mobile since taking over bye T-Mobile the service has been less than stellar most of the Stars have given for the one individual at the store the seems to care heres hoping to improved customer service I will update a review as things improve or dont one footnote they might consider giving this employee someone to help him so people do not have to wait or he does not have to multitask in order to help the customers

The employee here at boost, Andrew, was exceptionally well in helping us with our problem. After spending the past 2 days on the phone with boost mobile and not getting anywhere except laughed at and hung up on multiple times, multiple trips 40 minutes away from home to get the same results in which was nothing, Andrew had it figured out within 30 seconds of explaining our problem. He jumped right on the phone told boost tech the problem and had us out the door. Boost was close to losing our business and the owner of dish should look into his so called over the phone customer service and fix the problems. I spent countless hours and called customer care 13 times in the past 2 days. Andrew thank you for the service . We do appreciate you.

Love going to this boost store. I went in about a week ago so my daughter could get her phone activated. And Andy was so helpful. He even helped with a few questions I had about my phone. I live about an hour away and still make the drive to this store when I need help. Andy is so helpful and is so patient even with the silly questions. Highly recommend!!!

The young man who works here is amazing. He has fixed ever issue I have brought to him. Am pretty tech savvy but some things I take into him. My only complaint is there is only one of him and sometimes a wait.

Been back 2 times to get the right case for my phone but guy who took care of me wasnt there and now Im worrying even more

Associate is the best multi-tasker in the area. Hes very informative as well as helpful and is the only staff ever there it seems. Store is well stocked with the latest phones and accessories.

When you finally get fed up with being robbed and abused by verizon, give it a try. We have had Boost for 3 or 4 years now. Best move you could make with cell service. Straight forward pricing that blows verizon and att away and no contract. My family has far more service than we ever had with verizon. 4 of us we had 3 dumb phones and 1 smart phone that had 2gigs data AND we all had to share 700 minutes. Overages every month. With boost, we all have smart phones (free with the switch) and unlimited high speed, 30 gig hotspot, unlimited everything else, HD streaming. All this is nearly half what verizon was charging me.

I cant stand the service of boost mobile.. It is awful!!!! I was told that i was eligible for a cell phone upgrade and i waited a few months then when in and they wont give me an upgrade... I have had numerous problems.. Im going back to at&t or going with Verizon..
