I tried to cancel my service in April 20 when I moved my business. They said my contract went to July 20. So I paid until July, but then they kept charging me monthly & did not cancel my account after multiple conversations. It took MONTHS to resolve a simple issue, and I still havent received my refund check (of over $1k.) as of Feb. 2021, but its supposedly on the way... Maybe I am wrong, but it sure seemed like they were doing everything to prolong resolution rather than take care of business.

Trust the ZERO STAR RATING!! Tried to upgrade our service and it took them MONTHS just getting the process started and another two months before someone came out to put in new wiring. And the new service wasn’t even done setting up! Got fed up and so we switched to Comcast instead and things got done and set up within a week. Proceeded to cancel service with ALLSTREAM and I have to say, this was the hardest and most prolonged process I’ve seen in my entire life! After two calls to cancel service back in early January 2021, and I’m still being charged up to now! Called them and explained the situation and they still wont backdate the cancellation date to January, but said instead that they cancelled it today. What a ridiculous scam!Oh, and if your service break during business operation, you are in for some luck. You will 1) reach someone who can’t help you but will take down note of what happened or 2) you’ll leave a detailed message of what happened and be given a ticket number and someone will reach out in the next business day or so. And guess what? Your business stay down until then. Or sometimes it comes back on and then you’re in luck, so whoever that will reach back out to you in the next 48 hours doesn’t even matter anymore. This company is a joke. Save yourself the time and money and please choose another provider.

Zero Stars. Terrible Service, customer service is slow and not terribly helpful. Terrible Product, poor connection and would go down during our busy season. Terrible all around. Highly do not recommend them.
