I am especially pleased to offer this 5 star Google review, not because everything went perfectly, but because Central telephone was not willing to permit marginal phone service as acceptable. In fact they worked hard for several weeks to help us overcome an internet issue, not even related to their service, that seemed, to the naked eye, insurmountable. We had gotten to a place where we thought that perhaps the phone service we were requesting at our Mora location, was unattainable but no sooner did I suggest that, they dug in their heels deeper and worked even harder to make us happy. Ultimately they prevailed.I would recommend them to anyone (and have...even to our church) as they never quit until the customer is satisfied. What more could you want from a Phone company. It was like Guaranteed Satisfaction.Thank you especially to Bryan and Nye for their never say die attitude.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Central Telephone. Our family owned, local business chose to update our phone system and internet to fiber optic. From the moment Bob Lyke walked through our door to sell us their system and service, the team at Central Telephone was there every step of the way, walking us through all of the necessary logistics. They also helped us translate and wade through a lot of the industry jargon and inefficiencies we received from the major carrier installing the fiber optic itself.The staff at Central Telephone was always standing by and ready to answer all of our questions as well as provide the level of guidance needed when it came to programming our system and setting accurate expectations on timing. Carey and Laurie were rock stars and worked a sense of urgency as well as a detail oriented focus that any business would want when trying to finish a project of this size. Their field tech Keith was also a total wizard who brought a level of confidence to the technical side of the installation that was appreciated especially given how old the system was which we were replacing.I would highly recommend Central Telephone to any business looking to update/upgrade/manage their phone system/service. The staff at Central Telephone provided us with our second phone and internet system as our business has grown the past 13 years. They are truly there best in the area!!

We had our phone system go down on a Thursday and there was nothing we could do to fix it. I had spoken to Central Telephone in 2016 and had liked what I heard but was not ready to purchase a new system at that time. When I called Central Telephone and spoke to Nye, he stated that he could have a system put together and they could have it installed the next day. The technicians came in and installed the system and it has worked great. If you are thinking about a new telephone system, definitely consider this company.

We just purchased a new phone system from them. Carey our sales rep was awesome in answering all of our questions and finding the best phone setup for us, without pushing what we didnt want or need. Installation and training went well & we are satisfied customers!

Central Telephone Sales and Service has helped us on numerous occasions. They are very capable and easy to talk with. They are the experts and can understand my laymans questions and needs. Additionally, they volunteer ways to save and suggest ways to help us with peripheral needs and other problems. I am extremely impressed with the whole gang.
