Ive been to a nail salon only four times in my life total, spaced out across 15 years. Thats because every single one was a disappointment, *except* for Lifetime Nails. A nail salon with fully functioning, nice massage chairs? Check. A place where the nail techs properly sanitize? Check. A place where the nail techs are genuinely kind? Check. Transparency about prices and the services? Also check. Bonus: its been a week and my nails are still perfect. No chipping! For the first time in my life, I will actually go back to a nail salon happily!

I came in without an appointment, but they were able to work on me right away and were happy to help. I had a photo of the nail art I wanted so I did have to work with three different nail techs to get it all done, due to ability, but it all worked out. Everything turned out beautifully and I am very happy with my service and ending result.

I like it so much, they are very professional and the massage chairs make it feel very relaxed. I sugest to call to make an appointment as it seems that is always busy. No complaints this time.

The gal that gave me the pedi did a great job. I havent come here for over a year because I was tired of being yelled at....what you need? Pick your color. So embarrassing to walk in the door and get yelled at from wherever in the store. And the expectation that I will yell answers back. I will not. I wouldnt have even come back today, but the salon I was at was booked out. Please stop yelling at your customers.

Had an appointment for 11 for a mani/pedi. The girl was very nice and took her time. They do try to upsell you on stuff but I’m glad she did on the gel manicure I love it. She was so kind to give me a free brow wax since I did go ahead with gel manicure and pedicure.

Yikes. Came in to get my gel manicure removed and a simple regular manicure and pedicure. The entire time I was in the seat getting the pedicure, the manicurist was talking to her coworker, looking at me, and giggling. When she trimmed my cuticles, she sliced my toes AND my fingers to the point that I was bleeding on most of them. Will definitely not return.

When you do get service its good, but most the times they make you wait forever even if you call ahead. Not going back there after they made me wait 45 minutes the last time just to tell me to come back later. Junk!!! Plenty of nails places around.

I’ve been to this place a few times. Every time I’ve gone there the cleaning of the utensils and buffers has always been an issue. I just moved to Plymouth so I’ve been scoping out new places. I’ve tried giving this place a couple chances and today was the last day. I walked out of the store with almost every cuticle bleeding and my nails just looking ruff. Not only that but the same attachments and buffers she used she put right back in the box to use again on the next customer. Which are NOW tainted with my blood. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 5 years and some occasions a cuticle may bleed...but not almost every finger. My nails and skin are crusty and swollen by how rough she was while doing my nails. I don’t know that lady’s name but all I know this company will no longer have my service. Worst nails job I have ever had since having my nails done.

I love the pineapple pedicure but I’m tired of their customer service. I had my first pedicure in a year due to covid and even though I explained that the tech told me repeatedly how bad my feet were for all to hear. It’s hard enough to go out in public as a disabled person without being embarrassed too. Despite the fact I made an appointment during my service my tech was switched with no explanation. I did a full set. Five were extremely crooked. Extremely. Three cuticles were bleeding. They were different sizes and shapes and lengths. I still left a nice tip but I won’t go back someplace that makes me feel bad and gives less than quality services. Farewell pineapple pedicure! I’ve already found a new place.

I felt like both of my services were rushed. If they would stop taking so many walk-ins, and stick to the appts and only take walk ins when u have the time to spend on the client- that would make everything so much better. I didn’t feel like they cared about my services- very rushed- taking phone call after phone call and helping other customers while in the middle of my services. Plus, I politely asked about a diff color on part of my nails and the lady said very loudly in front of everyone- well that’s what u wanted- it’s not my fault. That was inappropriate and ultimately they have lost my business. Maybe they were having a bad day, but unfortunately I won’t go back.

This is by far the best place to get a pedicure and wax. Always excellent customer service and reasonably priced. Maria and Heather are fantastic.

I am very happy with this place. It is my second time here and both times were great. Jackie and another woman helped me this time and both were wonderful. I really appreciate Jackie as she made some good suggestions to help with my manicure goals and what I want my nails to look like. I will be back again.

I go to Jackie (store manager) every time to get my nails done. She is helpful, quick and one of the best techs there. The pictures are my nails even a week after they were done. Best to make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome too. 5/5

First time customer, I went the last hour before closing. Very welcoming and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Ruby was happy to take me for a manicure set, she was very patient and attentive to what Ive asked and did an AMAZING job. Highly recommend.

I would go as far as to say this is the worst nail place I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails (I think her name was Peggy?) was so rude and would literally ignore me when I tried talking to her, it was very uncomfortable. She also rushed and was very rough, and the end product was less than satisfactory and overpriced. I made an appointment and they didn’t take me til like 40 minutes later. And to top it off, the place was not clean at all. I watched her put tools back without cleaning them. Don’t go here, try Nails and Company.

I got a dip done on my nails the lady was very rude. She did a horrible job nails came out bumpy she didnt clean them up left junk that was ground off under the nails. Didnt get the color I picked. Left the tips rough over all will never go to this place again. Im 60 years old been getting my nails done for years and this was the worst.

Every time Ive been there with an appointment Ive had to wait for at least 30 minutes after the appointment time for someone to even acknowledge I was there. With a group, everyone was started on time but I was ignored. Why make an appointment if they dont adhere to it. Why go there at all?

Lifetime Nails is the only place I trust with my nails! The staff is great, it is very clean and the best massage chairs when you get a pedi! I moved recently and tried to find something closer to home and after 6-7 other salons there was nothing that compared!

Prices are high & not transparent, my nail tech did not talk to me (& was actually pretty rude when I asked questions as someone who had never gotten acrylics before), the nails were poorly painted & not pushed to the edges. Two stars because my pedicure was well done & the salon was very clean. Went to Daisy Nails in Crystal to get them filled/redone & highly recommend them instead!

I have been here a many times, sometimes depending on who you get depends on how well your service is honestly, so good luck coming here and getting unlucky like me. Yesterday I did a walk-in for a pedicure. The lady that gave me my pedicure never mentioned her name, didn’t even tell me when she was done, she just walked off and started on a new person. Didn’t ask how I liked it. What customer service is this?! I wanted all white gel. When I got home, I got a closer look and the paint job was disgusting, cubical was horribly trimmed and she didn’t even do a good foot scrub. I still feel calluses. I’m very disappointed & done giving this place chances. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

I was very disappointed in the end. When I started with them I asked for coffin shape nails and I got them. Now, two fills later, I no longer have coffin shaped nails. My nails are straight and squared. Disappointed, I tip well too!

They don’t care about their black costumerI went there to do my eyebrows and was sitting over there for over 15mn and nobody ever asked me why was there until a white lady enter and they all rushed on her to ask her what she wanted, after they served her and than they turned to me and asked what do you want? I drive an hour to go here! Lilly is who I like to see. They have a menu with a variety of scents, massages, care for your feet(pictured) They actually massage your legs and feet for several minutes with pressure and focus on pressure points vs some places of 1 minutes of touching your feet/legs. I love that they converse with you as well!Hands down, best place! I made an appointment because I drive an hour but walk ins are welcome too!

They were very inviting and accommodated my entire party of 8. My daughter is 4 and they took really good care of her during her mani and pedi. Quick service and the customers are awesome as well.

Went in for a walk in pedicure on a busy Friday and had a great experience. I had to wait a little bit since it was so busy, but they had me sit and soak my feet while I waited and were really kind to offer me a drink. My pedicure was really good and so relaxing! I plan on going again.

OMG! I cannot say enough amazing things about Jackie! Every single great thing posted here about her is true. Shes incredible. I moved here 3 years ago and have been searching for the nail person who just gets it. Jackie is it. I brought her an absolute disaster of work performed at a different salon which basically caused her to have to remove my whole set of gel nails. After some discussion, we decided I should give the dip nails a try. They look incredible! I am beyond thrilled with them. You can tell that Jackie has been at this a long time simply by the way she handles her tools. Shes a true pro! Will definitely be back!

Always have a good experience at Lifetime Nails. I usually get in right away, and the location is clean. The pedicures are always great. Jackie always does my nails and she does an amazing job. Im really rough on my hands and my nails never break when she does them. Shes fast and has some creative ideas to make my nails fun and unique. I always get compliments on my nails.

First walked in, got greeted and picked out my colors... pedicure was great, but it came time for paying and they didnt even appreciate my tip I gave them. They didnt expect tips on the credit card(if they did I wouldve gave more) and the only cash I had was 3 dollars... wish I wouldve gave zero because when I gave them the tip, they didnt say anything and ran off to her next appointment. People need to start being thankful for what they get no matter how much it is...

I stopped by the Vicksburg location on a whim on my way home from work after a stressful day. Sofia took great care of me! I started with a gel manicure and she was meticulous with the cuticle clipper to make everything look just perfect. The hand/arm massage was unexpected and amazing! We then moved to a pedicure and, again, I was amazed at the massage! I was in Vegas a couple weeks ago and put on many miles in sandals, so my feet were rough. They feel so wonderful right now. I cant forget to mention the prices - this was 2/3 the amount that I paid at a place three weeks ago, and I preferred Lifetime! Ill definitely be going back!

I’ve had a bad experience with this place about a year ago when I went to get a pedicure and the nail tech dug so deep into my toe that I started bleeding. I’ve read reviews stating the same thing but I disregarded it. I’m all for giving people a second chance so I tried them again because they are so close to my house. When I walked in to verify prices, both the manager and the employee tried to overcharge me. I read the pricing and called to verify and it was definitely less than what they offered me. Then they offered me a “discounted” rate which was the correct rate. I assume they thought I don’t get my nails done therefore unaware of prices. They claimed their rates are higher because they use better quality powder but my nail broke three days later. I went in to fix it and the girl puts on the wrong color! I asked to go look at the correct color and she asked me to stay seated. They TELL YOU what you want rather than LISTEN when you tell THEM what YOU want (since you’re the one paying). I brushed it off because this will be the last time I EVER enter this salon. The only positive thing about my experience was the nail tech I had was friendly. I don’t care how pricey salons may be as long as I’m getting my money’s worth and this place does not meet that standard. I’m sure many read reviews in hopes of finding a great nail salon. I highly recommend Nail’s Touch in Brooklyn Park. Worth the 15 minute drive!Double check the prices and make sure they are not overcharging you if you decide to go anyways! But I recommend you don’t.

Got my gel nails done and it peeld off in less than a week. Usually this Gel should last 2 weeks to a month. Not worth money.

Fabulous. They remodelled and have a new menu of luscious mani/pedis that include soothing massages! They are always friendly. And the place is spotless!! Love!!

I have been going there for years and am pleased with the work because the staff is just great. They always make you feel welcome. During busy times of the day which are typically weekends and after 5pm on week days, it makes most sense to make an appointment.

Got my nails done here twice both times I was here over 2hrs! It don’t take that long to do dip on nails if you know what you’re doing. The first time I asked for an ombré nail dip, was told that they could do it and spent an hour having it taken off and fixed because it looked a mess. The lady was very apologetic as she thought she could produce the work but no bueno. I tried again here recently only to have a similar experience. Spent more time on my nails trying to correct their own mistake. I had dip polish that she put a clear coat gel on as an alternative because the dip polish didn’t look good (all white nails should be easy, right). Anyway as I sit here three days later the clear coat gel polish that i asked her to not put over the dip is chipping. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice that’s on me. It won’t happen again. Don’t waste your time here if you want exclusive professional looking nails. I’m still looking for one here in the Plymouth area....it’s a struggle.

This place is the best! Ive been here countless times over the last few years. Jackie is the bombbbbb. Every time I see her I show her a picture and she does it and makes it look even better. She usually can always fit me in right away or Ill make an appt and get in quick. Ive never been disappointed when shes done my nails. Ive had other people there do my nails like Tom and he theyve turned out great too. Maybe give this place another try if you rated it under 5 stars. Prices are reasonable.

NEGATIVE STARS!!I requested a mani/pedi and the gentleman that did my pedicure did a fine job. I was then shuffled on to someone else for my manicure, after someone walked in and requested the man that was doing my pedicure. I then tell the gal my request of SHORT pink/white ombre. Well apparently when you request an ombre you dont get a full manicure as she just started right in with the acrylic. My finger tips still white the entire time from the gel soak off. She didnt clean my cuticles at all nor did she make them short as I requested. She did not put lotion at the end or anything! I went in first thing in the morning and the kicker is I could barely touch my finger tips to ANYTHING as they hurt so bad from her drilling the nail bed so much along with three cut cuticles that drew blood!! I wish I would have went back but my fingers hurt too bad.Another thing, the way that the owner, Jackie, was talking to her client made me feel embarrassed for her. Honestly, I cannot believe that this is repeat customer of hers. I even looked over at the customer and she was in disbelief at how the owner was talking to her. Very condescending. Maybe after that visit- she will rethink where she gets her nails at. I know I will NEVER be back and wish I had not tipped them.

Its been awhile since I got my last waxing done. So I was driving around and I found this place. Stepped in here and the salon is very clean from head to toe. The everyone greeted me and the staff looked really friendly. I told one of the lady that I came in to get my waxing done and she got someone to walk me into the back to get ready. It didnt take long, some other lady came in and started to wax both my arms, legs and back. She was very gentle with me and she didnt rush through it. She would wait in between till I was ready and continue. After she was done, I started feeling my arms, legs and back and it was really smooth. She did a amazing job, didnt miss a single hair on me. Will definitely come back here again to get my waxing done!

Deserves 0 stars. I got my brows done here a few months ago and a day later I had a rash under one of my brows. And it turned into an open wound. I was so confused because I’ve been to this place multiple times before and loved how my brows turned out. I tied to call them and tell them what happened they weren’t understanding my concerns and so I ended up reporting them to the better business bureau. I hope they’ve fixed their sanitization.

I have been coming here every month for over a year now, since moving back to Plymouth, and could not say better things about this salon. I usually walk in without an appointment due to my work schedule and Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes, (even though they are usually very busy). The staff is very friendly and always very accommodating! The salon is small but has a great open layout, recently revamped, and always very clean! Ive had manis and pedis from just about every employee and every one has done a great job and really focus on details. Whether it be a great leg and foot massage during a pedi or the polish color, length, cut and shape of my nails, they are all amazing!!!Today I had Jackie and she did a great job and was so sweet. I had a stressful week at work and she made me feel right at home and totally relaxed. I will continue to go to Lifetime, love this salon and their staff. I cant say enough about how kind and genuinely caring every one is that Ive met that works here!!!

This is my go to nail place. Its very quite, unlike other nail salons where they yell at each other all the time. Staff is super friendly. Never had a bad pedi or fill. Ask for Kim or Jackie. This is a hidden gem of a nail salon. Prices are in line with what you pay for other asian nail salons in Minneapolis.

I recently got my nails done at Lifetime Nails & Spa just a few days ago. I was actually quite impressed. The best nail salon I have been to. I made an appointment, and a young woman did my nails. Immediately, as soon as I sat down, she asked me if I wanted anything to drink. Then she began to do my nails. She was super friendly, and did great work. I do not think my nails have been this amazing looking in such a long time. Solar fill with gold backfill powder was suitable with my fingernails and it was only 25$. She did a great job i like the color not too glittery, happy me! Compared to my previous nail salon, where most of their nail techs rushed through their clients and you would end up leaving with jacked up, uneven, poorly done nails. That did not happen on my first visit to Lifetime Nails & Spa. I would definitely come back!

The actual pedicure was great unfortunately my friend had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. This would be understandable if we were walk-in’s but we made an appointment. I really wish these salons would stop overbooking themselves. As if that wasn’t enough, once my service was over, the woman that performed me pedicure walked me over to the drying station and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to “pay now.” As if I was going to run out on the bill, smh. She then proceeded to hover over me while I signed the receipt to see if I was going to tip. Tipping after that HORRIBLE customer service/racial profiling is quite laughable. Needles to say I DON’T recommend this place(especially if you’re African-American). I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I was there few times and I was not happy how they did my nails. It seemed to me that not very good experienced people work there. They try to do work as fast as they can and at the end they don’t do a good job. They cut my finger once and over all my nails were not cleaned perfectly.

After reading the reviews I went in and the reviews were right, they don’t have prices listed inside which I don’t like but i think that might be because they are remodeling in there it’s pretty and clean, i looked at the prices online and it says it’s 40 for dip manicure, she told me it would be 45 I didn’t protest that it was 5 more than the website said, she asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed I don’t like when they try to upsell you, you can clearly see my brows are well groomed and don’t need a wax. After she was done with my nails she told me she was giving me a discount and only gonna charge me 40. Same thing other people have said they pretend like they are giving you a discount when it’s really just the actual price lol. She did an ok job on the nails they were a little thick. I had three small cuts that were bleeding when I left.

Then when I got my bill and questioned it they became very rude and snotty. i was very nice about all of it. Never raised my voice and when It was explained to me in ENGLISH I apologied and paid the extra 20 bucks. What would have been nice if they would explained to me before I got the little flower on my big toe that it was going to be an extra 5 bucks for me and my daughter.We will not be returning and I would recommend you speak a little louder so people can understand and stop speaking Chinese. Its very rude as Im sure the B was talking about me after I POLITELY questioned my bill.

Prices are not as listed. Paid about 10 to 15 dollars over the price each time. Its a very clean place however and I did like my acrylics done. I probably will not go back tough.

I went here this morning to get my eyebrows waxed. This would be my 4th time getting waxed at this nail salon bc I’ve always left happy with the results. Today was definitely my last time coming here. The young woman who did my eyebrows decided to put the wax on both eyebrows first and then put the pull strips on last. In my experience, you’re supposed to put wax on then put the pull strip on directly after the wax. I’m assuming whoever did my brows this morning was not licensed bc this young lady tore off a layer of my skin. I’m still in pain, and my skin is very red and tender. It even started to blister. When I left the shop everything looked fine, I assumed the redness would quickly go away like it usually does, but when I got home I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry. Do not get your eyebrows done here, I would hate for this to happen to anyone. And I will be stepping in this nail salon in a few hours to speak with whoever’s in charge and get my money back. I am so disappointed..

I went to this location for the first time today. It was pretty busy when I went in for a walk in. Picked out my color and after about 5-10mins of waiting I got seated. Then, waiting another 15min or so for someone and check up on me. The lady had the water pretty cold for my pedicure at first and another lady came and fixed that issue for me. Overall experience the service was alright the nail lady offered water to this customer next to me and Ive been waiting longer and did not get offered water but the quality they put in I would say it was very good for how busy they were. Usually most places Ive been would rush through my nails and move onto the next customer. But, sadly my nails (gel) has already chipped a bit on one of my fingers and it hasnt even been 24hrs.

I usually go to this salon for my no chip and pedicure. Recently I stopped going and dont think I will return. The ventilation of salon is horrible. Every time I walked into the salon, I was breathing in strong chemical fumes. I started getting nauseous and lightheaded. The only thing they did was opening the doors to air it out. Mind you it is still winter, so all the air flows inside making the salon really cold. Seeing that they are not willing to fix this ventilation problem for the safety of the customers and the employees, I will not return.

This place is just okay. The main nail girl argues with you tells you what she thinks is better instead of listening to what you want. I wanted a simple nail design and she complained the whole time. Made me uncomfortable and angry. Told me I need to send her a picture before hand ( Ive never had anyone tell me this for a simple marble design..Never) 15 dollars for gel nail polish and then they charge 5 to remove it. Thats 20 extra dollars. Ive never paid more then 10. If you dont want gel polish The main nail ladie gets an attitude. She is not the owner but acts as if she is. To many bad experiences. I wont be back. FYI the rude nail technician name was Jackie.

I love coming to Lifetime Nails! Its my favorite place for a mani or pedi. Very sweet and knowledgable staff. Efficient and friendly. Always a great experience!
