I Love Rose Nails❣️ Ive been to Dozens of Nail salons and was never able to find a place where my acrilics didnt pop off three days after getting them on. Not only do they Stay on at Rose Nails but they stay pretty too! They have oodles of gel colors and designs, and even my new favorite, Gel Dipping. Super friendly staff who are equally talented as they are friendly. Oh yeah their pedicures are Fabulous too!

Loved Roses!!! Her husband took my appointment and priced everything out for me in advance. When I arrived the place was almost empty and they welcomed me warmly. One gentleman did my pedicure and was really good! I cut my toe this week and he paid special attention not to hurt me.Everyone was so nice and I really liked that they talked to me and didnt spend time speaking to only each other in another language. Then Roses husband did my full set. He recommended the white and pink when I described the look I was going for and since it was my first time he gave it to me at the normal rate not the pink and white rate.I LOVE my nails and would recommend this place to anyone & everyone!!! I will be going back again and again!

I went to get French nails. When I expressed that she is making them too short and the white gei is halfway down my cuticles. She scolded me and said in 3 weeks they will look nice. I said my dinner is tonight not in 3 weeks. Inn3 weeks I will need a fill until then it looks terrible

Manicure-pedicure from Rose was excellent and very affordable last night! She was friendly and personal, gently encouraged a discounted up-sell to gel manicure (no pressure at all) as Id never tried it before (frankly, never wear polish on my hands ever) and I love it! The atmosphere was clean and comfortable and no odor (Im sad the other reviewer experienced this). I will definitely be back!

Everyone is always friendly here and they can usually get walk ins quickly. They always do a great job on my nails. Its beautiful and clean inside. This is my favorite place to get my nails done!

One of the worst nail shops. Poor customer service. Rose the owner is not polite. She has a bad attitude. My liquid gel nails were so uneven. She will not listen when i tell her to file it down. What a waste of $107. Thanks to Google reviews... this helps other customers not to waste their time coming here.

NEVER GO HERE !! I went to get a full set and they were very rough with my nails and caused me to bleed .They looked pretty nice at first but after a few days the corners started to lift. I made an appointment to get them fixed and they told me to come 2 hours later and I still had to wait. Then they tried to tell me that it was my fault the nails were lifting and this doesn’t happen to anyone else.....Sure .They wouldn’t fix them and tried to make excuses and blame me .AWFUL customer service waste of $50

New to the area, I am seeking service close to home. Let’s start with I believe it is customary to give your name when providing a service. I was asked which pedicure I desired, he couldn’t tell me the difference other the price. The polish job is only fair. Let’s just say I was underwhelmed with the overall service. I will not be back.

I was recommended this place by family, so I went in excited to maybe have found a good salon. I went in on a Saturday as a walk in, and asked whether they could fit me in for a fill and repair from the last place I went to (if they couldnt fit me in, I would have, of course, understood). Rose (Im 99% certain it was the owner, as she was doing all the greetings and transactions) told me she could, and she finished up with her current manicure client and had me sit down.She proceeded to do a terrible, rushed job. She was distracted the entire time, looking around and talking to others or greeting people coming in (which is fine, but it was to the exclusion of me and the quality of her work-- she hardly looked as she was doing them, which was kind of scary?), said no more than a few words to me, then sort of blew off my requests to fix my nails. She made me feel like I was troubling her, and was someone to hurry and finish and send out the door.My nails had honestly never looked worse. They were very uneven and thick (she didnt bother to match them or make the tips look nice despite my urging), not only the (gel) polish, but the gel itself (which, by the way, is not an actual gel-- they say its a powder gel, but its just a form of acrylic that youre wasting your extra money on). Only a few days after, they were chipping around the fill area and the polish was coming off, which Id never had happen (especially so fast or to that extent) before. I wish Id taken a picture of them...I will never go back after that treatment, and I will certainly be dissuading others from going, and I will happily continue seeing my newfound, lovely nail lady in Wayzata.

They do a nice job...but never can get in for a fill grrr. now the nails are ruined and have to go else where and start over...thats cosy

They always do a very good job. My mother had been coming here for years and they will call in people if it is getting busy so you never have to wait long.

Very quiet, clean, and peaceful environment. I made an appointment an hour before I wanted to come in. The place was empty when I arrived (which I didnt mind!) I got both a gel mani and pedi. I was told it costs $74 which I think is a bit pricey. They gave me a student discount however. I love how my nails turned out.

I went for a pedicure and couldnt get a straight answer regarding price. Then the polish had bubbles and divots so she had to repaint. The gal got upset... not my fault. Had paint all over my skin when she was done. I wont be going back.
