I absolutely LOVED my experience! My nails came out better than the reference photo I came in with and everyone at the wedding I attended that weekend was envious! The staff was friendly and helpful. I have recommended Nailed It to many people and will definitely be back myself.

Took my daughter and next day, 2 nails came off. Went back got it on again in different colors. Same thing each day except the last 2 we went back to fix that 2nd day went green. Vacation with messed up nail job that did not last up to 3 days🙄😒😤😠. Zero stars because 1 star is too good.

I have been a customer of Nailed It since it opened. The staff has always been polite and professional and their services are top notch! They are always accommodating with appointments and walk ins. Last week while I was there they were short handed and were very busy. When customers walked in without an appointment they were simply told they couldn’t be seen and the owners apologized profusely. No one wants to turn customers away. Even though a few people were waiting past their scheduled appointment times no one was complaining, at least not that I heard. The phone was ringing off the hook and the two owners were trying their best to remain calm and keep everyone happy. One woman having a pedicure apparently was not happy with waiting and called on the phone to complain while in the pedicure chair. I’m sure this caused the staff to become even more stressed! It was so unnecessary. I urge you to give Nailed It a try if you haven’t already. They are wonderful and go out of their way to make their customers happy!

Well they certainly NAILED IT !with a nice clean space !!!and decor not overdone and not junkie - lovely soothing colors of white pale pink and grays with a few tasteful inspirational messages near the sink area- all presenting a peaceful environment - everyone there who works there is quiet and not talking giving a spa feel- and thankfully there is no loud music or TVs blasting!Regarding the service, Lily is wonderful and gave me my first manicure and pedicure here and did a wonderful job- very detailed, so considerate and polite and gave a good massage of hands, feet and legs!Nails shaped nicely and evenly and polished well!Will certainly be returning for these services.Best of PLYMOUTH, MA and convenient to BID Hospital for nurses getting off duty and wanting a quality pampering of hands and feet after a strong work day!

Wow, this was the best mani/pedi we have ever had. The salon is spacious, well decorated, the staff is professional and very nice. Highly recommend this business.

Lily and Tram, thank you for opening a salon so great as nailed it! Easily the best nail salon in plymouth by far! I recently switched nailed salons and I am SO glad I did! As soon as you walk into the door you feel a sense of relaxation, cleanliness and a great vibe. I have seen 3 different nail techs and each time they prove to have the skills of the industry!! Staff is engaging and welcoming. I was one of the last appointments of the night and I did not feel rushed. Lily even offered a glass of champagne 🍾  which I gladly accepted!Thank you for making my nails feel fab!!! I will keep coming and recommending Nailed it! To anyone!!!!

So… I just brought two 11 year old girls to have their nails painted, basic manicure…..$30 for each girl! I will not be returning here. Every other local place is $15-$20 maximum but I wanted to give this place a try. Obviously, I should have asked before hand, but I never thought any place would charge $30 to literally paint a little girls nails.

I came here with my daughter and niece for manicures and pedicures. I spent $300. Which was expected but unfortunately two of my nails started to peel off within three days and all of the polish faded as well. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the environment was clean but the overall quality of the product was a huge disappointment. I will not be returning

The only nail place in or around Plymouth I will go to! I have tried just about every nail salon in the area, and this is by far the best. I would recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. The owner is so kind and everyone who works there is great. Also very clean!

I have been going here since it opened and I have gone to several of the nail techs. They have all been good! This is the first salon where I don’t really care who does my nails because they always look nice!

This is the results of my French pedicure... horrific. they usually do a decent job but recently service has gone down. calluses not removed properly, had a horrible experience with my most recent dip powder manicure. I make appointments ahead of time and am always waiting, sometimes 30 minutes.

Incredibly disappointed. Loved this place when they first opened but my last 2 visits weren’t good. I felt so rushed the entire time and my nails came out very uneven. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Ive been getting dip manicures for years. The one that I received here was very low quality. I left with the color all over the skin of my fingers and the powder not filed on my nails. Within a week 3 of my nails had chipped. Got them redone after only 2 weeks and were peeling off.I was very disappointed that requesting basic nail art was hard to come by.

I’ve been coming here since shortly after the salon opened. They have always done a great job on my nails and feet! Very relaxing atmosphere. I always feel welcomed. Would highly recommend Nailed It for your needs.

Over the last 9 years think I have tried every nail salon in Plymouth . No need to go any where else.Listens to how I want the dip to be thin as it is, helps match color for nails and toes and is very efficient.,I use Amy I started with her and never looked back. She reprints nailed it very well

My friend and I just visited Nailed It for the first time and I feel confident that this is Plymouth’s best nail salon. The aesthetics are gorgeous—beautiful, modern decor, spacious, and elegant. You definitely feel like you’re having an upscale experience. The Dip nail colors and other nail options are displayed on little “nail trees”. SO much easier than sorting through a ring of colors. I’ve never seen one and it was a true game changer. Gentle Spa music plays but there are also TV’s which my friend and I really appreciated. The staff is professional, kind, and extremely talented. My dip manicure was fabulous, Lily the gorgeous and sweet co-owner, did my nails and they look amazing! My hands overall were transformed & she took extra careful attention to details—my cuticles are revived. My friend got the full nailed it pedicure and was equally thrilled with the outcome. This will definitely be our summer salon of choice (we’re seasonal, but honestly may drive down an hour just to get them down here once or twice before summer). Thank you so much for an incredible experience! Highly recommend this salon.

Super clean and spaces and plexi- protective glass in Covid :) felt totally safe! They are super nice and my nails and toes look fantastic!!!

I’m pleased every time I’ve visited Nailed It. First off it’s beautiful and impeccably clean. The atmosphere is comfy w soft music in background and tv if you choose to watch which I do. The staff is friendly and service is great.. my nails.. the most important part are always perfect. Happy to find this new salon I recommend you try it.. call ahead if time is a issue I always do!!

Such a nice salon. Coming from NYC where nail salons are extremely competitive and now living in sleepy Duxbury, I was having a hard time finding a good salon in the area. This place is super clean and everyone there is professional and friendly. Judy did my nails and she clearly knows what she’s doing. Worth the 15 minute drive, I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful salon, very professional, and the quality of the products they use is super. Very skilled and gentle, my nails look and last better when I go here compared to any others in town I’ve tried. Highly recommend.
