Wonderful staff and service! I had the powder dip nails that lasted for weeks! Would recommend to anyone!

Typical salon. Best to connect with a technician who does your nails the way you like and stick with that person. Making appointments helps but is mythical if you have to sit and wait 20 to 30 minutes past your appt time.

I have always received great service here. The staff is friendly. I have been going here for years now and will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. They have great business hours. I use to get gel but I was told by another customer to switch to powder, they last longer and are better for you, I now only get powder.

For being first time customer I am not pleased with my service. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I had appointment they were still running behind. All they care about is money. They asking for more money for a tip. (I gave them cash tip). Definitely watch your bank account. I will not visit this nails salon ever again!!

I drive an hour to go here! Lilly is who I like to see. They have a menu with a variety of scents, massages, care for your feet(pictured) They actually massage your legs and feet for several minutes with pressure and focus on pressure points vs some places of 1 minutes of touching your feet/legs. I love that they converse with you as well!Hands down, best place! I made an appointment because I drive an hour but walk ins are welcome too!

I love going to Lifetime Nails & Spa for pedicures, because they do such a great job and spend a lot of time massaging your feet and legs--which is so relaxing and wonderful! However, even though I always make an appointment, I often have to wait 20-30 minutes. This is frustrating, since I feel they should honor appointment times as best as possible. I make an effort to arrive on time, and it would be appreciated if they, in turn, made an effort to minimize wait times for those with appointments.

Sofia is the BEST Ever Nail Tech! Ive been seeing her now for a couple of years & when I book my appointment she is On-Time, Professional, Courteous and does a Fantastic job on my nails (cuticles, polish, shape etc.) and my pedicures are so Relaxing-she has strong hands for my leg massage:) @ times I end up falling a sleep during them or just uber relaxed. The salon is Clean, Relaxing and again one of the BEST in the twin cities! I do Encourage all to make an appointment especially on the weekends since they get so busy: ) Also speak up if you are not happy with something they always try to accommodate you with any Issues you may have. Ive noticed some bad comments & I think personally a closed mouth doesnt get fed, so please communicate respectfully:)

Ive made appointments to get my nails done here a couple of times. The first time they were over 30mins late for my appointment and had me switch between 3 different people. This last appointment I had was right at open and they didnt have anyone who could do my nails in, even though I had an appointment. They said she would be there in 4 or 5 minutes but 20 minutes later and she still hadnt shown up. They didnt try to call her and see where she was or if she was even coming in but just kept saying she would be there in a couple minutes. Over 30 minutes after my appointment time again and she still wasnt there. I had to leave as no one knew where she was or if she was coming in but made no attempt to try and contact her eithe .

Awesome gel manicure. Lovely atmosphere. Walked in a on a weekday and there was no wait. Mani lasted 2 1/2 weeks. Great color selection. Average price for a gel manicure.

Nice ambiance. The music was relaxing. The service was great! The pedi was amazing, I got the paraffin wax and hot stones. Loved it 💕

My mother and I used to go to this place all the time and loved it. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience yesterday. I had a full set done and I felt incredibly rushed. The woman, her name is Heather, who did my nails made almost all of my nails bleed. I was in pain the entire time. She was way too rough. This has never happened to me there before. My mother had a full set on one hand and only gel-painted on the other. She is disabled due to a stroke, in which she cannot use one side of her body, thats why she only had a full set done on one hand. Shes been to this salon with me a million times and never had an issue. She had her nails done this time with Amy and it was awful. When Amy found out that she had to do my disabled moms hands, she literally threw a fit to her coworkers and threw a towel. She acted like it wasnt possible when my mom has been there so many times, having this same exact thing done by other people. We were very thrown back. We should have walked out then, but we stuck through it. Amy rushed my moms hands. Luckily they turned out but it was a very unpleasant experience. I couldt believe she didnt want to do my moms nails because of her state shes in. It felt like discrimination to me. I heard the girl who was doing my nails tell her youll be okay Amy, this and that. Im not here to bash anyone, I simply want to warn people because I dont want this to happen to anyone else. Im sorry Lifetime Nails & Spa, but youve lost our business. Very, VERY disappointed and upset.

My best friend and I went here on a Sunday. Did a walk in and had to wait 15-20 minutes, which wasnt bad. Went next door and got coffee and then picked out our nail colors. I had to wait a little while my best friends pedicure got started but that didnt bother me, especially with the massage chairs they have. Staff was pleasant, the place looked nice and clean. However, we were both disappointed to find that our heels were rough, not smooth when we went to put our socks and shoes back on. Now, we just did a regular pedicure ($27) but we still expected that our feet would be smooth after... the leg massages felt great though and they did a good job painting the nails.

Its not customer oriented. My nails ached for 2 days after I got them done. I think the girl that did my nails filed them down too much. When I was in the store waiting, I couldnt find the prices of the services they offered so I had to Google the place and find their website to try to find their prices. My appointment felt rushed after I waited for half an hour (when I came into the store I was told it would be a 10 minute wait.) Overall, I will not be visiting this nail salon again.

Do not go here if you want quality. I was extremely disappointed in my experience. The person who did my nails was not professional and quite rude. She did a very poor job on my pedicure. I cant believe how bad the service and the quality was.

Lilly gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. Cant wait to come back.

I have been going to this salon for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. I do brow waxing, gel manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend this salon.

My mom has been to this place two times. The first time she went an hour before they closed. The manicure was very nice, but while she had her hand in the hand dryer, they turned the lights off. There were still 10 minutes before they closed!!The second time, they cut her cuticle so bad she started bleeding. Her hand still hasnt healed after two weeks due to her diabetes.

I wouldn’t get my eyebrows done her ever again! First and last time. That’s what I get for not going to my regular lady. They’re money hungry, they don’t care if their customers are satisfied or not. I really hate my eyebrows, I rather a blind person do them. Never again. *** Z E R O S T A R****

Great experience! The lady that did my nails was very accommodating and sweet. She cut and shaped my nails properly. Couldnt be happier with the results!

They’re extremely rude and it seems like every time I say something, they get frustrated and talk to their other co-workers cause I don’t speak their language. They say walk-ins are welcome but are so abrupt about it, and even with appts, I had to sit for another 25 mins. Highly don’t recommend this place. They want to rush every customer, I’ve come here 3-4 times but every time it’s the same thing.

This place is fantastic! Fair prices, great service and clean interior! Make sure to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment.

Two gel mani/pedis in a row have cracked and peeled within days. The most recent I tried to have fixed before I flew out of town and they could not accommodate. I will not be returning.

My typical spot was full so I headed across the street to Lifetime. I actually ended up liking my acrylic shape/ paint job more than I do at my regular spot. Prices are a bit high but if youre with the right technician its worth it

I hate when they tell me 15 minutes and it turns into over an hour of waiting. Cannot stand people that don’t respect my time and wish they were just honest.
