I have been going here ever since I moved to the area (with a one-year hiatus due to COVID, but that was a personal choice). Every time I come here, I dont need to wait long. My nails always look beautiful and the staff is friendly, language barrier aside. This is a family business and I enjoy that I am able to support them.
A very quiet environments however I believe its because 98% of the employees do not speak English. No radio just TV with no sound stuck on a channel I wish I hadnt seen. LOL a little pricey but they do the job 110%
Took longer than I wanted to be in there. I have my own nail tech in LaPorte but shes 2 weeks out and I needed my nails removed. Doubt that I will be back here again.
She didn’t even measure the nail. They where left crooked and lopsided. I was in a hurry at the time so I didn’t look at them well or have time to mention anything before I left. Soon after leaving I noticed the acrylic part of the nail was slanted upwards and catching on things. Poor quality work. If you’re going to work in a place where you’re meant to make people feel good about themselves maybe don’t rush your work and then charge $45 more just to fix two nails. Literally the acrylic doesn’t even fit the natural nail, and it’s slanted upward. I most certainly didn’t cause that.
I tried so hard to enjoy my 1st experience at nail fever. Yet the more time I look at my nails, the more disappointed and upset I feel.My friend and I decided to get some cute nails and were excited to help my nail biting habit. We walked in and were seated very quickly, not just that but the costumer service seemed very friendly. Well as I sat getting my nails done my manicurist continued to get out of her seat and walk away to do other things. (Not focused on my nails at all). At first I wasnt upset due to her being busy, but at one point I almost waited 10 minutes by myself not knowing where she disappeared too. After my nails were finally finished I walked away with a crooked nail, almost all my nails being different lengths, and uneven coats of paint. It looks almost as if I went home and did them myself :(
I’ve been living in Plymouth for almost 2 yrs. there are very few nails places and Neal fever is closest to me. I leave disappointed every time I go there. The ppl are very friendly so I keep giving them a 2cd chance. But every time my nails look horrible. $80 down the drain. I wish I could post a pic. My tie nails are especially bad. I have polish on my fingers. Very sloppy
Edit/update: After getting the gems reinstalled, more gems fell off the 2nd week of paying for a $75 full set. If the quality was better, it would be worth that price, but now Im considering going to another business because this is too pricey to put your sets if its going to fall apart or the gel starts chipping. I only paid $55 at the L.A Nails in Portage Indiana for the same design, so Ill probably go back there; because whether they rush or not, they drive on quality of their customers nails and dont have ridiculous prices for poor nails.--> ●Some gems fell off my nails and they fixed it free of charge. I used to go to this place in Portage that charge me to have them fix their mistakes, so its good to find a business thst doesnt do that. Very attentive to their clients and know how to multitask. Hard workers!
Went the other day for a 4:30 appointment didnt start till 5, she asked what i wanted nd i told her glitter on the middle finger ! nd a design on my ring! (she didnt do either) the girl got annoyed nd sighed because i wanted regular instead of gel!! didnt even do my nails how i asked left with my nails crooked nd all different shapes! all my nails look different from one another, left with glue all over hands ! NEVER going again ! she finished my nails in 30 mins ! fastest ive ever had my nails done ! WORST salon !
Really good at what they do! Prices are also good.
Came here to get a full set. They were pretty good. The wait was an hour, but in all fairness they only had two techs working and it was the day before Christmas eve and therefore they were busy. The woman applied the nails, then I was sent to the man who shaped and filed them, then back to the woman who painted them. That seemed like a flawed system but not a big deal. The nails, however, look amazing. They charged an additional $5 for the matte top coat, which no other salon in Plymouth has done to me yet, so that seemed odd. But, I messed up my nail trying to put it under the drying table and they fixed it for me so that was nice of them. They had to stay about an hour and 15 mins past close just to finish my nails, which was nice of them.
One of the best nail shops in town, they do very good work on feet!!!
I absolutely love this place. My nails always look like the pictures I show them or how I want them! Ive been going here for a year now and will not being changing that anytime soon!
Very nice people. End result was very satisfying.
Pricing was fair, couple of my acrylics fell off within 2 days
I wanted to like this place. Its clean, decorated nicely and theres almost no wait. But the full set I got here was awful. I showed a picture of a full set Id had before that I liked (from another nail salon.) And told him in detail what I wanted. He Completely butchered it. Never going back. The pic on the right is from another salon that I showed that I wanted, pic on the left is what they left me with. Just not good. Very poor quality here.
Overall I really love this place. I do get nervous when it’s busy because your work might get rushed. And the last time I went in it was very busy. I needed a gel fill and a pedicure. Badly. So I risked it. I’m so glad I did. I didn’t catch the names of either women who did my nails, but they both did an excellent job. My big toenail fell off recently and the nail that had been growing underneath needed some serious work. She cleaned it up gently and made it beautiful! (My family refused to look at it before this salon trip.) The woman who did my manicure has worked on me before - she always does an excellent job. I know that my being there kept her way past closing time. But I never felt rushed or like a burden. She worked diligently and did a beautiful job. I am SO grateful for that visit. I really needed the special treatment.
Horrible wait 1 1/2 before pedicure began. I downgraded from deluxe to basic as the rest of my group was done. Then charged an extra $5 as the color I picked was a gel with no signage or indication. This place sucks . Never again
They done a wonderful job on my nails I love them I will go back to them
Got a French manicure and after 5 days it is still flawless! Went there with my daughter and we both had an excellent experience. We were walk-ins and it was very busy, but we didnt have to wait long. Staff was very courteous and professional, and the prices were reasonable. Well definitely be back!
Great staff and prices for their services
I’ll be back! Everyone is so friendly. It’s clean. And Andy did an amazing job on my nails.
Some Places need to know what appointments are. If you cant keep to appointments, dont take them and make it a walk-in place only. They did do a good job on my nails however.
You get fast friendly service!
They did such a good job! 🖤👻
Busy for Saturday as is to be expected, but they are efficient, and I was waited on in a timely manner. My nails came out super, I am very pleased, and the price was comparable to what I had been paying out of state where we had moved from to come to Indiana. I have found my new nail salon.
Always cordial and nice. Barely any wait. Love the atmosphere. Always do my designs flawless. Reasonably priced.
Ive usually had very good service here. I have arthritis in my hands and prefer to have one of the women do my nails, the men can be a little rough. Last time I had a young man who didnt know what I wanted and I had to forcefully ask him to stop what he was doing until someone could explain that I was getting a full set of gel nails. He asked if I wanted square or rounded. I told him rounded. I got square! But they were well done, so I just let it go. Making an appointment cuts down on waiting time, so I strongly suggest making one!
Clean, friendly. She took her time and did an amazing job. Got exactly what I wanted!
Very skilled staff. Rather impressed by their attention to detail.
As always they are great. I use a Walker and they are very helpful. Been going there for over 20 years.
I didnt hate it I just didnt care for it they werent friendly
The young man in there does a great job!
Friendly fast service. They do great work.
The nail tech I had was nice. I received a gift certificate I needed to use. I had never been to this salon before. Id always heard negative stories and have seen terrible nails that had been done here. I used my gc they talked me into gel nails which is more costly but I let her sell me on em. They were terrible! They were so hideously thick due to how many coats of polish she applied. I was actually embarrassed for people to see them. I couldnt do anything with how thick they were.
They always do a great job with my pedicures and my eyebrows when I get them done. The staff is also super helpful and friendly and get you done quickly even when they are super busy.
My favorite nail salon.
Wait is always long, they always take forever. I want consistency. No hello when I walked threw the doors. I was there 45 min before someone spoke to me and said 10 more min. Well another 39 min passed, and I just walked out.
They are the absolute BEST at what they do! Ive never had my nails done so well.
Clean friendly and my gel nails are beautiful! Went in on a Friday morning and no wait at all. Cant wait to go back.
They didnt do my feet right at all was not soft on bottom, nail polish on my toes, redid them and still didnt approve nail polish still cricked and on my toes! I will not go back there. The woman that was doing a very fast job not putting effort into it and was just rude!
3 different people worked on my daughters set of nails and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes, at all of the other nail salons I have taken her to a full set of acrylic nails took no more then 45 minutes this was ridiculous.
Granddaughters visit often to have their fingernails beautifully and quickly done. Next month theyll try the pedicures.
They always do a great i dont ever mind the wait
Very friendly. We went on a Saturday morning and they got us in pretty quickly
Not impressed...the lady was nice but there was so many layers of nail polish it literally took hours to dry and was still messed up! Ended up going to another nail salon to have it fixed.
The lady told me to make appt and i would have no wait...made appt for 430..its now almost 530....im still waiting...for a fill...
My question is that if its going to be open on memorable day??
We waited for more than an hour to just get started. The guy was in a big rush and did a horrible job. I also waited 30 minutes for the woman to paint my nails, the painting job was horrible and my nail isnt even painted all the way, and its already chipping off. (NOT VERY HAPPY)🙄
Nice people but rush when doing my nails for other people waiting
Excellent service....at least the day we went.
They did somewhat good, most of my acrylic nails aren’t the same length, some of them are thicker than others . they didn’t put enough nail polish . When applying the acrylic on my nails he had to start all over again . and started to hurt my skin
Great job on the the nails, friendly and competitively priced
My favourite place for nails!
Love this place excellent service
Walked in and they said it’d be a 30 minute wait. After an hour and a half wait I walked out
Fast and friendly! Great job!
Love Ivy and all her staff!
Very good place overall.
Ivy is amazing!
Busy, but great pedicure!
Got my nails done yesterday and they ended up cracking and breaking off so terrible service and they told us today over the phone no refund policy but there isnt a sign posted in the store so in essence will never go there again and would not recommend for anyone to go there
Great job!
