I like everything about this gym. I moved to Plymouth 8 years ago. I needed a gym membership with a pool. Plymouth Fitness has a salt water pool. I had a free personal trainer to help me to learn what I needed in the excercise room. He made a schedule for me. I like the enthusiasm of the water aerobics instructors. Later, I brought my 3 years old Great Grandson swimming. I taught him to swim . He is included in my membership price. The staff are friendly. Paul, the manager, greets me every time I go to the gym. I feel better just walking into the gym. I know I am doing the best I can do for a 79 year old senior.

Clean equipment, friendly staff, fair pricing, and lots else to offer. I have been to places with more to offer but at a much higher cost. Would highly recommend this gym!

Plymouth fitness is one of the better gyms in the area its class schedule is much better than any other gym in the area also it is very clean and the weights are pretty new I highly recommend Plymouth fitness if youre looking to get back in shape or just looking to relieve stress by working out at a good local place!

Great gym and facilities. Racquetball courts are sweet. But its too expensive.

Walked in and directly said I plan on signing up Id like a day pass first, Paul proceeded to verbally assault me in front of other gym goers, calling me a liar and that the system says Id been there once 3 YEARS AGO while on military leave, when I tried to explain he cut me off yelling $20 or walk out the door never experienced such a lack of professionalism in my life, extremely emotional very fast, not everyones cut out to run the desk at a gym.
