It’s so awesome!

An exceptional place to practice hot yoga. Took my first several classes there before I moved out of the area. The owners are awesome! They really go out of there way to make you feel welcome.

Lots of natural wood inside, beautiful bathroom, and even a shower! Cute little studio that is managed by a nice couple. No bad vibes. Just not sure how they clean floors bc it’s that rubber style of floor. I noticed the last time the smell was very uncomfortable to work out in a pungent odor that was not just sweat! Possibly a few essential oil diffuser would be awesome to keep it smelling cleaner. If you want a quick and effective workout it’s an awesome place!

A completely different experience to the typical Yoga studio. The vibe is incredible and organic. Instructors are very welcoming and attentive. Prices are super accessible. Worth it!

If you are looking for a very positive, welcoming environment for a physical challenge, this is the place! Did not feel out of place in my own body and ability level. Very refreshing and very challenging workout!!!!

Absolutely beautiful studio! The heat in the room was perfect for Bikram and Graces class was amazing! A true delight to get my practice in while on vacation in such a great inviting space.

Grace and Dan, the owners, are incredibly welcoming. A great studio where one will be challenged regardless of having a regular practice or are new to yoga.

Seriously the most beautiful studio I’ve visited in a long time. Fantastic classes with the nicest owners! Very intense bikram classes, relaxing yin, and really effective inferno Pilates (my personal favorite).

Beautiful studio with beautiful people running it. I absolutely loved the class I took. Great Bikram Yoga experience. They offer Bikram Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yin Yoga and Belly Dancing at the moment, but I’m sure that more will come with time. Highly recommend!
