Stopped in to get information on costs and if they were able to provide fitness training as I work well with.staff member explained the membership costs and training fees. was able to arrange the training that works best for melocation is staffed Monday through Thursday in the afternoons; members can access the location during the other hours 24/7 using a key card.there are monthly and yearly memberships (the difference is less than $20), joining fee, and a nominal cost for the key card.fairly decent sized; requires a vehicle, and could very well get busy during the day when PSU students return

Nice Quiet gym. Could have a few more treadmills, but still a nice place to work out in peace and quiet.

Only gym in Plymouth. Key card access is so annoying and getting into the building should be included with the monthly price at no extra cost to customers. The idea of having to return a key is overkill when you’re already paying $50 every month to go there. and this is the first gym I’ve seen do this (I will definitely not be going to a place like this again) They’re money hungry for sure.

Was looking for a place to lift since Im not on campus this semester. Thought this might be a good option until I read some reviews and asked around about this place. INSANE prices for just your basic little gym; heard really bad things about the owner too; STAY AWAY!!! :)

Ive been using the Campton facility for months and loved it. Its fully equipped and very well maintained. The place itself and all equipments are always kept clean. Also love the real 24/7 access. The owner Cara is always promptly responsive, too.

After reading these reviews, I have come to the conclusion I would never step near this gym. The owner has a reputation of being a mean/rude/horrible lady to her customers and I would personally never give her business. I was really looking forward to going to this gym, considering its the only one I could go too. But unfortunately, I would never give this lady my service and would never recommend this place to any of my colleagues.

Just joined. By far the cleanest gym I have ever been in!! The equipment is very well cared for. Im excited to be a part of this gym. The owner spent a lot of time going over everything since Im a newbie to the gym scene. Its nice to have a gym where the cancellation policy is easy and simple. Thank you Workout 24/7 Fitness Center!!!

This gym is a scam. Their prices are insane for the quality they present. They ask 50$ a month and 20$ for a one day pass. You are not able to bring in any guests whatsoever without paying this ridiculous price, which is unlike any other gym that I have been to. The gym is also tiny and lacks a lot of essential equipment. They do not have enough weights and the dumbbells they do have are also very limited. The owner, Cara is a very stingy and pretentious person, and is extremely disrespectful. Not all the employees are like that though. The black haired lady is super sweet but that seems to be the only good thing about this place. A lot of equipment I believe gets stolen because it goes missing, like the jump ropes and resistance bands, so you can never rely on this place to train the areas of your body you would like to train. They take advantage of people and horribly overcharge them because they are one of the only gyms in Plymouth but I hope that will change soon. I wish they had a page on Yelp so I could write another review there to prevent people from throwing away their money. I highly do not recommend unless you like burning money. This place should be called 1/10 Gym instead of 24/7 Gym.

The gym is awesome! I come and go every few months due to my work schedule. The owner is great and accommodating.The comment Dan Rice left is false. I don’t get charged during the months I’m not in the area. In fact, I know multiple people who do the same thing as me and as long as we return our key cards there is no charge. Perhaps you didn’t follow the rules and return your card, which they have every right to charge you then.

A very clean and well-run gym. The other gym members are courteous. The machines are always working. Great place to get a workout in before work.

Workout 24/7 is great Ive been going regularly for about a month now. The only thing i would like to see is showers so i could head to work right from there. Other than that very clean and not crowded and about the prices people are complaining about you get what you pay for.

Pain to navigate thru website for a day pass, if they even do day passes. Wanted something on the fly. Disappointed with the systems and procedures of this gym, would not recommend.

Pricey membership but the equipment is very clean and new editions all the time. This place becomes more popular every day.

I was looking for a gym in the area. Just by reading the responses from the owner I would never consider going to this gym. Very unprofessional and bad for business. Terrible way to promote your business. Wish I could give zero stars. If you are considering this gym just look at the reviews and how the owner responds.

Best gym in Plymouth. Very convenient and clean.

I have been a member for over a year. This is the best gym option in the area. It is clean and has sufficient cardio options. Free weights range up to 75lbs, there is a great cable machine system and Olympic plate selection. This gym is a great mix of sufficient lifting equipment and cardio. The workout space is large so you dont feel cramped. The owner and staff are pleasant. The clientel that use the gym are considerate and clean compared to other gyms I have gone to.

Good variety of equipment, spacious, and CLEAN! A great space for those of all fitness levels. Even when it is busier it doesnt feel overcrowded. Improvements and new equipment are added periodically. The other members are friendly too, and generally clean up after themselves. Right now the gym has plenty of free weights and machines, a variety of cardio equipment, and space for bodyweight & stretching exercises. Theres changing rooms, bathrooms, and space to store coats and bags temporarily. The only upgrades I would like to see are showers and maybe lockers. For me these are not dealbreakers since I typically work out after work, then shower at home, but it would be nice to have the option for a morning workout or if the power goes out at home. I havent tried the tanning so I cant comment on that. Overall I think Cara does a great job maintaining the facility and you can tell she takes pride in her gym. I have been a member here for a year and will continue to be for as long as Iive in the area.

Careful here. I cancelled my membership in September and continue to get billed four months later after multiple requests to the owner.
