The staff is very friendly, the gym is very clean. Im very impressed with the amount of exercise equipment that they have. The price for membership is great for the quality of the gym. Ive paid more for gym memberships that werent as good as this gym. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking to join a gym.

Help is there if you need it but noth the members and the staff let you do your own thing. It is scrupulously clean and the equipment is in great shape. I have yet to see any of it out of order in the 4 months Ive been a member.

Open past 700pm Saturday and Sunday would be perfect...then 5 star

This gym has shut their doors due to COVID, they have restricted their hours due to COVID, and allow monthly members to place membership on hold. As a gold annual member who joined in February and have underlying condition of asthma I cannot go there during this pandemic. They have had to change their promise to me because of the pandemic but refuse to credit me for the months I am unable to go because I paid in advance. How can they change their contract due to pandemic but I cannot? Unfair, unethical, and treated poorly. Plus you can’t travel now so no taking advantage of using other gyms which is part of the gold membership. I will not return to this company and will pursue action.

I really like Planet Fitness. I transferred my location from Brockton (Crescent St.) to Plymouth when I moved. The only thing I would like to see added is a ballet bar. It helps we seniors when stretching during warm up and cool down.

I like the 24/5 hours and very clean.

Overall, I enjoy this gym. My only qualm is the placement of the hip abduction and adduction machines. I feel consistently uncomfortable while using these machines because men have a tendency to stare. I’ve had to develop a system of waiting until there are no men in the direct area to feel comfortable enough to use these machines as they expose in between the legs. I went and spoke to management about this and suggested that they might be moved to another area that could provide a little more privacy. Nothing was done. I doubt I am the only woman who has experienced this. It would be a good idea to protect the experience of all gym patrons for this to be corrected. Otherwise, clean, friendly staff, and plenty of good machines.

Since my last review its changed. Everyone wearing masks, and friendly staff. Good place to workout.

They dont have hot water to wash your hands with. The water is cool you need hot water to kill bacteria especially with covid-19

Read the fine print. I recently signed up for a no commitment membership at the club, since I only needed a short term membership. When I went to cancel my membership, they told me I had signed up for a one year commitment. Fortunately I was able to talk to the manager, and he is committed to doing right by his customers! The facilities are nice, and the price is right. But I do recommend reading the contract that they send you by email after you sign up, just in case.

Went to this location for the first time yesterday. Really liked the gym but got major attitude from a girl at the desk. Talked to me like I was an idiot when I told her I didnt yet have my key fob and if she could look me up in the system. I wont put her name on here but PF needs to weed out employees that drive people away instead of warmly welcoming them and giving them a pleasant experience.

Clean, decent selection of machines. Only real complaint was it was warmer in there than if expected. I used a treadmill as opposed to walking outside in the heat, but it was warm enough to make it uncomfortable and difficult to work out as hard as I would have liked to.

Im a double below knee amputee, and navigating gyms is always difficult, nevermind trying to do cardio on treadmills, etc.To my pleasant surprise, try had a Hand Crank cardio machine to work your upper body when you cant work your lower body! I usually only ever saw these in Physical Therapy clinics and hospitals, definitely not in a chain gym.The atmosphere, equipment, and staff were beyond expectations. Everything was clean, easy to use and navigate, and the addition of the hand crank machine is the icing on the cake.Thank you for helping to make some with a severe disability feel welcome.

I hate working out but when I dont I come to planet fitness.

Was very crowded place when I went there in late afternoons. They call it a no judge atmosphere... true for the most part... but sometimes you hear girls working out there talking behind peoples backs, judging them and making fun of them. Usually clean place. Mens shower area needs some serious cleaning, reeks of foot fungus. Never used it because of that, but other gyms like Plymouth Fitness have same issues. Good value for what you pay for, just too many people if you dont like big crowds.

I really like planet fitness. I know a lot of people who dont, or dont want to admit that they do for some reason, but i do. Its clean, staff are friendly, it had everything you need to obtain your fitness goals, and you cant beat the price. This new planet fitness is open 24 hours, except on weekends when they close at 7pm. They even have these fantastic hydromassage beds that I absolutely LOVE!!! The equipment is new, they have lots of tvs to make your time go by quickly while you work out. Theres hardly ever a wait for any of the equipment, not a long one anyway, because there are so many machines, and youll find people of all shapes, ages, sizes and fitness levels there. Its a great, low cost option for getting or staying in shape.

One of the best PFs I have visited, and I travel all year. Staff was very welcoming to out of town guests, clean locker rooms and plenty of new equipment.

Friendly staff very helpful with info, hours are great before and after work, place is clean, like also Hanover, Weymouth both are kept up, see friendly faces, people acknowledge one another, you can see good cluster of people. Been to Brockton also equirements are good there also...but no door on the dressing room stalls last time went in the mens section to use the lockers

How can you be called the judgement free zone and right next to this you have a lunk alarm - a physical alarm they will set of if Planet Fitness JUDGES YOU and decides you are a lunk??.... OK we dont judge anyone, but if you grunt while you lift weights or you have fitness goals other than doing the elliptical for 30 minutes, then we are gonna judge you.This companys moto is so dumb and contradictory its humorous.

Good cheap gym that values their customers and thinks of them as humans.

The mats are disgusting and stink, the floor is much cleaner.

Getting back to the gym is not my idea of fun, but this particular Planet Fitness is relatively new and clean. Also as they advertise, no comments.

This planet fitness is huge! Plenty of machines so you dont have to wait, showers where very clean and the staff was friendly.

Best value for a no frills gym. Excellant cardio equipment and plenty of nautilus and free weights so you rarely have to wait. Facility is kept clean and the staff is friendly. A 1 yr. membership for $120.00 makes this a no brainer!

They recently lowered the weights on the 2 handed curl bars from a max of 100 lbs to 60 lbs.. They got in some new equipment and got rid of Bench press benches! A gym without a free weight bench press is a playground!
