I am extremely lucky to choose Kerr Dental. After requesting an appointment online Ive got it within one hour and for the next day(!). Thats phenomenal!My first visit supposed to be a consultation and later a scheduled appointment for further treatment. But instead I received full service as if I am already long time permanent patient. Thats unbelievable!The stuff, receptionist, assistant, doctor are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thats marvelous! :)

Offices are located in the village marketplace at Pine hills in Plymouth where we recently moved to.Became a new patient here after moving to the area. My first visit was for an emergency tooth repair before I even had my very first scheduled patient visit! This is the most state of the art dentist office I have ever been to. They have 10 patient rooms and a large staff.Dr. Candace Wolkowicz took care of me but I am sure the entire staff are great. Looking forward to having them take care of my dental needs for a long time.Ron.

I arrived at Kerr Dental as a new patient for an evaluation, with an infected back molar that needed to be extracted, and a lot of anxiety. Dr. Nguyen was assigned to my case and he (and my hygienist!) were outstanding. He detailed each procedure/ risk and answered all my questions. Although a tricky procedure, he removed my infected back molar without incident. Dr Nguyen and my hygienist made my first visit stress free and are major assets to the Kerr Dental Team!

Very thorough first appointment. Took full X-ray array and head scan. Checked gum loss and addressed questionable areas with hi tech methods, not much “scraping”. Numbed the gums in the problem areas and were friendly and pleasant throughout the process.

This was my first visit here. I found the office to be very professional. My hygienist explained everything very clearly before doing anything! I was extremely impressed!

This is not the real Kerr dental anymore. This practice has been bought by a corporation who doesn’t care about their clients like Kerr dental use too. And they didn’t tell any clients about the change. They destroyed my tooth from trying to do a simple procedure that I had done in the past there with Dr.Lutz before he left. Then they tell me there is nothin they can do about it and I’m stuck with a broken tooth. One dentist there even told me they should never have attempted to fix it in the first place after seeing 3 different Drs on 3 different visits which I thought was really weird also. I prefer a dentist I can trust that will actually care about each specific patient they see like Dr. Lutz. I have been calling them asking for a refund for the failed procedure and they won’t even return my calls.Luckily I found Dr.Lutz working in a nearby office. He fixed the tooth they ruined perfectly on the same day I saw him and it was even less expensive!! I will continue to drive a little farther to see him instead of returning to “Kerr Dental” and risking my teeth while not knowing what dentist I will see and paying higher prices.BE CAREFUL!!!

I needed substantial gum grafting over the course of two surgeries, and couldnt be happier with the results from Dr Stepho and team at Kerr Dental. Not only was there no pain during or after either procedure (which I still find remarkable after everything I read about gum grafting), Dr. Stepho was friendly, informative, and very professional. The end results alone speak for themselves. If youre looking for a periodontist who cares for her patients and performs quality work, I cant recommend Dr. Stepho enough.

They were able to fit me in for my exam, xrays and cleaning all in one day; Dr. Wolkowicz and her assistant, Catherine, made me feel very welcome, at ease, and in good hands. My hygienist, Meghan, did such a great job and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. So glad to be at patient at Kerr Dental!

Great experience for my first visit. I explained in advance via email what my issues were that needed addressing and how much of a baby I am! They were great. They clearly read my email and were prepared for my visit. They have all the latest technology which was comforting to know they invest in their practice. All the people I interacted with were more than kind and understanding. Our go forward plan was explained to me and I set up my follow up appointment from the chair. Overall a great experience which will keep this big baby calm on my next visit.

Would not recommend for advanced procedures. The billing communication and organization is a disaster. You might pay $5K and then be told it was really $9K. After calling and emailing, two months later you receive an explanation that they anticipated insurance covering procedures that they did not....and the person you are speaking to seems annoyed with YOU about the miscommunication. Also, since when is there ever and out of pocket cost for a regularly scheduled cleaning? At Kerr Dental expect a $35 upcharge. I am calling my insurance company and the MA dental board regarding their billing costs.

He was generally concerned when I told him on my first visit about my phobia. He has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. My appointment was for evaluation of using Invisalign to straighten out my teeth. After a thorough exam and detailed explanation the dentist recommended an orthodontist band the use of traditional braces. She shared for my situation this would definitely be the preferred solution. Obviously I preferred the Invisalign solution because it is almost undetectable but with all the potential drawbacks it does not make sense. It is very reassuring that I was not told to just move forward with this solution so they would basically make the sale. I was treated as a valuable patient and provided with the best solution, even though it is with another dental office. Certainly builds my trust and confidence with Kerr Dental. Also their staff is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Ive recently started going here for my dental needs. My first appointment was a VERY thorough X-Ray session that captured every angle and a full mouth scan. Then they took detailed measurements. The dentist took time to examine every single tooth and find locations most at risk for disease. I feel very confident in their technique and detail.Also! With Covid, they have been immaculate in their sterile approach. They also adhere strictly to CDC guide lines and are constantly updating their procedure as new information is learned about the virus.

The dental hygienists are thorough in the cleaning and careful with the tools. Until I began my visits to Kerr, I dreaded having x-rays as I have an exceptionally sensitive jaw that often was scraped during the process. Here they are always very careful to place the x-rays in my mouth in a way that does not touch the bones on the inside of my jaw. No scrapes; no cankers!

The overall care at Kerr Dental is superb. My dentist always gives an adequate explanation of the recommended procedure, and ample time is allowed for questions. Fees are presented up front and they seem in line with other practices. The hygienists are very well qualified and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. In my opinion it’s excellent office for all of your dental needs.

My experience with Kerr dental has been exceptional. I had not been to the dentist for over ten years before my first visit. To be honest, I was very anxious as I had cracked a tooth and had several cavities. They made the whole process of taking care of my problems smooth and took away a lot of the stress and anxiety. Now my teeth are in great shape, and there were no issues when I had my last cleaning. The whole staff is great, and would highly recommend to friends, family, and whoever doesn’t enjoy visiting the dentist!

This was my first visit to the office. The office is very neat, clean and modern. There wasnt a wait for my 9am appointment. They were actually waiting on me to complete my paperwork. Patti, my dental hygienist, came out to the waiting room and introduced herself, with a smile and a handshake, very reassuring for a nervous patient. Patti was amazing. She was very accommodating, and thorough. I saw Dentist Candace Walkowicz after my cleaning and she was very friendly, informative, and explained everything. The assistants were very pleasant too. The Front desk staff are professional & welcoming. My only comment would be that I assumed my next appointment would be booked with Patti, and it wasnt. I called and made the change when I realized it wasnt, once I was home. Perhaps just asking the patient who they would like to see would be helpful. Overall it was a great experience, and my fear of going to the dentist is lessened!

My first visit to Kerr dental was A very comfortable experience. The doctor send associates were personable and thorough. They took their time and did not Pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to do. They were professional and gave me excellent care. I felt like I was in good hands.

The staff at Kerr Dental Associates provide efficient, competent service. My dental hygienist, Marina, explained everything in great detail. With a mirror she took the time to show me areas of my teeth that I had been missing while brushing. I had no idea! No hygienist has ever provided this much detail. She had a light touch in cleaning and I never felt uncomfortable. Dr. Olafson came in and performed a quick examination. Fantastic, professional customer service!

Ive been using Dr Kerr & Dr Lutz for more than 15 years now. I highly recommend them for any dental needs. I do regular cleanings, whitening, a couple fillings over the years and 1 broken tooth. The staff is top notch and always a pleasure. Stay local and skip the chains!

Cant say enough good things about my experience. I had complicated dental problems with many different possible solutions, so consulted with several different dentists to work out the best plan. Kerr Dental practitioners (dentists, hygienists and financial specialists) brought me in for multiple consults, took many photos and x-rays, researched all the various options, and finally recommended a treatment and financial plan that fit my goals for full restoration. They did all this at no charge (unlike other dentists who charged me $400 just for an initial consult), and the recommended plan was half the cost of other dentists I visited. Dr. Lutz, who is doing the actual restoration, coordinated with my periodontist to make the treatment process as smooth as possible. Now in the middle of the process I am equally pleased with Dr. Lutzs work and the results he has achieved, not to mention his professionalism and fun personality. I am thrilled to smile again without being self-conscious, and highly recommend Kerr Dental for any dental work you may need!

My appointment was great. The waiting room is comfortable and without a loud TV blaring. Alexi gave me a great cleaning, and I almost fell asleep. I do not like going to the dentist and as a result, I often prolong time between visits. I also have very sensitive teeth, which makes it an uncomfortable experience for me. I found Kerr Dental online and made an appointment. They are located in the Pine Hills in Plymouth. The office is warm and pleasant, as are the staff behind the front desk. I had a new hygienist today who was very good at making me feel at ease and did a great job cleaning my teeth- and there was no sensitivity! I was thrilled with my visit. She reviewed my records and told of a tooth that may need a filling replaced. When the dentist came in he looked at the tooth carefully and said its still in good shape, that they would monitor it, and at this time it does not need to be replaced! Again- thrilled. Also - I am always taken on time for my appointments - no wasting time waiting! Thank your Kerr Dental!

I highly recommend Kerr Dental Associates. I have had Crowns, fillings, teeth whitening, and cleanings since I became a patient three years ago. All the work that has been done is top quality. One recent experience was a the replacement of a small filling in a front bottom tooth (# 28). The dentist spent extra time to get the filling perfect in terms of matching the color, having it blend in, not having any rough spots and the result is a filling that is invisible to the eye. I am very pleased with Kerr Dental. They also accept my Delta Dental insurance.

Long time customer. Had a thorough cleaning and oral checkup. Office staff very professional and thorough. Super clean, state of the art facility. I love that you can get a custom made permanent crown in one visit. They use a 3D scanner to scan your tooth and create your crown. They custom fabricate it while you are sitting in the chair and install that day.
