It had been a while since I had gone to the dentist, and I knew it was going to be bad news. Dr. Patel didn’t sugar-coat things and was very clear about what steps he recommended. I appreciated his honesty.

I took my son to this dentist for a cleaning. The doctor was super professional, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it so my son would not be scared. He then showed me and explained to me in simple terms what he saw with my son’s cross bite, and referred us to an orthodontist. I was surprised at the level of professionalism at the office because when I think of this type of dental establishment I don’t think high quality. But I was pleasantly surprised.

Dr.Patel at Dr. Dental is amazing he was so informative about what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover and put in the proper referrals… Ge did a total of 4 crowns, fillings and next is a deep cleaning… I highly recommend going there.. I have been a patient at this location of Dr. Dental for several years and each visit I have received professional care. My five star review today is reflective of my most recent appointment, which was above average. The dental hygienist, Jenny, was personable, warm, thorough, knowledgable, and took the time to explain each stage of my cleaning. Dr. Patel was kind and professional. He noticed I had a cavity and was able to perform a cavity filling on the spot so that I didnt have to come back another time. I like the staff here, and I hope that Dr. Dental as a corporation values its employees to prevent staff turnover so I can keep seeing the same staff each time.

Excellent staff who take the time to pay attention to the patient. As a medically fragile person, I felt so safe and in good hands. My dentist is knowledgeable and up to date. Also, it happens to be a pleasant experience there — which was a nice surprise to me.

I’ve always had such terrible experiences ever since I was a kid with the dentist so my dental anxiety is REAL. I was so nervous for my appt today. First of all, Kayla is so extremely nice. She answered the phone both times I called and she is so sweet! The Dentist, Dr. Patel, literally took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me. Didn’t make me feel like he was in a rush or didn’t care. I could tell he genuinely cared that I understood while he was explaining everything.BUT my whole experience was made by Jenny! I told her a little about how I avoid the dentist because they scare me (lol) and she made me feel SO comfortable! She walked me through everything she was doing the whole entire time. She checked up on me a million times (which I loved) and her whole room was pink! Come on! She was so so so kind and sweet and didn’t make me feel like I was a bad person for avoiding the dentist hahaha.I highly recommend this place!! Ask for Jenny!!

Personable and helpful front desk staff. Resolved a billing inquiry immediately and made sure my insurance info was up to date and would cover my visit.My hygienist Jenny was friendly, fun and informative. She let me know what she was doing and why. I just loved her energy.Dr. Patel was warm, friendly and professional as always. Very helpful with creating a next steps care plan that works for me without any pressure.The only half star I would give is on the lobby tv channel selection... not a big fan of garbage daytime tv. But hey the news isnt much better these days so Im not sure Ive got a better suggestion other than to shut it off.

Dentist there are great also the person who preps you is great as well. Some areas that could be improved are, the decor but doesnt affect my teeth so I dont care, and some of their employees pick up the phone saying hello which is confusing because it should be answered something like doctor dental how can I help you when its just answered saying hello I feel like Ive called the wrong number. As for waiting times three times Ive been there Ive gotten right in one time there was an almost hour wait but Im assuming that was just an ill scheduled day and seems to not be a habit of theirs since the last three has been right in. Again though I will say most importantly the dentists are great I think there is only two that work there one I see and one my boyfriend sees and we are both really happy with them.

I was very appreciative that they were able to help me immediately on my very 1st visit due to the pain that I was in with cracked tooth. I am Due to covert they were very very helpful and they also make sure that everybody was safe him with social distancing during the visits making sure that there werent too many people in a small area. The facility is very clean; the receptionist dentist are very courteous and empathetic to each persons individual situation. On the majority of appointments; I had never waited long to be seen.

Dr. Patel and his assistant Ashley are excellent. The front desk staff are great as well. I have recommended Dr. Patel to family and friends.

Dr. Dental has been a very positive experience for me for a few years. The dentists do superior work and inform you what they are doing every step of the procedure you are having. I can’t say enough about the hygienists, assistants and the office workers. They are professional, personable and make your dental visit very pleasant.

I was an emergency visit and I didn’t have to wait long !! and the workers there were all so friendly and helpful . It was over all a great visit .

If you have dental anxiety this isnt the place to go. I couldnt tolerate the xray machine so he referred me to a specialist. Didnt even explain.much. i had to find out information of what i needed elsewhere. Dr.dental didnt want to deal with me so he says he thinks someone else would do a better job. thanks to him im still in pain and on top of that i got an infection form his dental instruments..( most likely an allergy). He did give me antibiotics and the office ladies were very nice and quick to respond to emails. Easy to schedule an appointment online and easy to cancel.

First time visit today since moving to Massachusetts. Dr. Patel was extremely nice and patient with both my girls, taking time to explain good dental care and walking them through what he was doing. Staff was professional and friendly. I’m glad we located this place!

I would give zero stars if possible because this dental office is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL place of business, and I HIGHLY recommend NOT going here for any kind of dental work, especially when you are in pain. I suddenly got a severe abscess tooth infection 12 days ago and have been in excruciating pain each day since. I saw the dentist here 10 days ago and he could not even figure out which tooth was the infected one (thats a bad sign if a doctor cant figure out which tooth needs work, with an x-ray). So, he referred me to an endodontist whom I saw the next day, and this doctor was immediately able to tell within seconds which tooth needed a root canal. I made my root canal appt with this Dr. Dental dentist because he accepted my insurance, but despite my severe pain and upcoming vacation, he wouldnt fit me in until over a week later. Then, 6 days go by and I get a call from the rude receptionist saying they have to cancel my root canal that was scheduled the next day (she didnt give a reason why), and despite my begging and pleading to fit me in ASAP and at least give me antibiotics, she said they cant help me, and I would have to wait another 7 days for the root canal!! The receptionist was so incredibly rude, and both her and the dentist have zero empathy or care in the world for someone in excruciating pain. I was treated disgustingly, and clearly theyve never experienced such pain or are educated on the matter. I then called another dentist whom fit me in within hours, so its like night and day in terms of care and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office because you will not get the care you deserve as a human being. I am sure they will comment on my review with the same generic post about them caring and wanting to handle this offline with a call, but thats clearly not true because I just got off the phone with them begging for help and they refused / the receptionist said she doesnt have time to argue with me! Thats the kicker!

No one answers the phone for two days. Tells you to leave a message.no call back. I try calling all day long. Why would I want to go there. Nice staff but poorly trained. Now its been 4 days. I called and left a message that my insurance company was trying to get intouch with them. They would not call the insurance co back.

Dr. Desai, is so educated, skilled, kind, caring, and accommodating. He puts my anxiety at ease each and every appointment. My hygienist today cara was also very educated and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Desai if your looking for a dentist he’s the best in the business.

Best dental experience I have ever had!! I have been to many dentists over the years and I never felt comfortable or happy with the process. I always felt so anxious about the dentist and felt like my teeth would never be fixed. I have completed three appointments with Dr. Ahmed and I am beyond happy. He made me feel so safe, comfortable, and secure. I feel like my anxiety with the dentist is finally gone!! The manager, Angela, is so amazing and went above and beyond. She made me feel valued as a customer at Dr. Dental. She explained all financial options and helped me schedule my appointments around my work day! Ill start by saying the girls... receptionist, assistants are fantastic! This review should in no way reflect poorly on them!I went in 2 weeks ago for an emergency extraction. 1 tooth was loose but need 3 pulled. I am EXTREMELY Dentophobic! The dentist there was filling in for their regular dentist. He was awesome! Very gentle patient.. listened and seemed to care!I need a lot more work done. It takes a lot for me to get to an appointment if I have no one to bring me. I usually cancel. But I felt ok going to my cleaning and xrays this morning. Got there Assistant did xrays.. we talked... alls going fine.Well regardless dentist is back... I wont get into details but... He was absolutely HORRIBLE! I never even ended up getting a cleaning. He was rude, impatient, . Im 49 yrs old and he treated me like I was an arrogant teenager. He saw how upset I was getting but he just continued to go on and on... even AFTER We agreed he will NOT Be my dentist... he still went on... I said ok.. I get it youre not my dentist... just tell me where to go from here.. as I do need another extraction.. which.. btw.. he does NOT Do! He just wouldnt stop... it was the worst experience Ive EVER Had at a dentist... I was crying and starting to hyperventilate... Thank goodness for the girls... they were totally understanding and helpful... HE was rude till I walked out the door!!!!I think he just didnt want to work on my teeth...idk... but I CAN NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Not till they get a new dentist!!!!

I got there 5 mins after my appointment time. waited and waited finally when my turn came to be seen the receptionist said sorry we have no time after i made an appt!! They all are very rude ! Christina Siarra all of them no regards for the pain I was in. Please re consider this place . Very inhuman experience !!!to add more disturbing chain of events to it I went on line and was able to make an appt the same day when I went back to tell them they said I had to leave and they won’t see me otherwise they will call the police. i was appauled this was pure discrimination! i will be sure to place a complaint with BBB!So to update those the outcome I ended up being seen by anothet company not only they took me in they treated me with outmost compassion and I can’t be more thankful! I had an appointment for a week and I came there and they make some excuse there online appointments r screwed I talked to someone on the phone made an appointment and I got turned down an hour before my appointment I went early and there was another patient that his appointment got canceled for the 2 nd time in 2 weeks they dont know how to run a business I will not recommend this dentist to anyone and they have the nerve to send me a text saying I canceled my appointment I see insurance fraud all over this place

We came off of Martha’s Vineyard to see Dr. Ahmed. He was extremely professional, personable and very informative. He was ten times better than the previous dentist we had seen.

I love going here for my routine check up. everyone was so kind. The front desk was very helpful with insurance information. Also the dental assistants were very kind. Who ever manages this building is doing a great job! 5 stars!

Ashley was great! I was very nervous about getting my cavity filled and she was right by my side making sure I was okay. The dentist was very nice and professional, he explained everything before he did anything and while he was doing the procedure. He was very aware that I was nervous about the procedure, he kept checking to make sure I was okay and comfortable. For a nerve racking experience, the staff and the dentist made it very tolerable for me. Very pleased with them!

I use them for both myself and my son. My last visit for my son, whos 6, went great. The assistant and the dentist were great with him, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the questions I had. I go them for work I need as well, particullarly fillings and had a few teeth pulled, I dont have dental insurance but the prices are pretty good comparatively, and they are pretty quick to get you in for an appointment in general. I honestly tell everyone to go here

I have gone a couple times now, this is a place I would recommend. The people working here made me feel comfortable, and seemed understanding of my nervous tendencies. Dr. George and the folks at Dr. Dental are welcoming, knowledgeable about insurance coverage, and highly professional. Over the last six weeks weve had three visits: the first for a cleaning and assessment, second for new partial plates, and third to check the fit after a weeks wear. The cleaning was the most thorough my friend had had in years, and the plates fit almost perfectly with only a small adjustment. My friend was most appreciative, as it is difficult to find a dentist who accepts his insurance who is also really competent and dedicated to saving teeth, rather than just going for the easy extraction (a sad pattern we have noticed amongst other MassHealth dentists over the years). We definitely recommend!

My new Doctor was awesome and the assistants were fantastic! Its not easy to go to the dentist so being made to feel so comfortable was such a plus for me.

Take my advice and stay far away from here. They are the absolute worst all around. Rude receptionist and revolving line of dentists who try to make a buck by recommending unnecessary procedures. I found a new dentist and he told me that they heard a lot of bad things as well regarding Dr. Dental. The Plymouth, Mass office is horrific. Beware.....

I had an appointment to get a filling, and I was there on time. I sat and waited for around 10 minutes, then, the doctor came out and told me Id have to wait for another 20 minutes, or come back the next day. I chose to come back, so I wouldnt be sitting there with anxiety for a half hour. The next day as I was pulling into the lot, they called me and told me my appointment was cancelled, they rudely told me they werent taking anyone who was late. It was 3 minutes past the time of my appointment. I hung up and walked in, hoping they would take me since I was already there, but they turned me away, still. This is pretty unacceptable buisness practice, and a massive waste of my time. Obviously not going back if I have to run in circles to get an appointment.

Dr Patel and Mallory made my dream come true .They worked with me and my insurance to make my dream of having teeth again come true. I lost my teeth from medications, car accidents, etc all physically and emotionally painful .Dr .Patel was kind and caring and as gentle as he could be for my procedures . He and Mallory explained every process and made sure I had after hours choices if something went wrong .Thank-you ;) you have helped me regain so much more than teeth but self esteem 😁

I went in for an emergency broken tooth. They took me within an hour of my calling. They gave great care to my needs and allowed me to still make it to work that evening feeling comfortable and confident. Definitely recommend them.

The office was very clean. The front desk staff were very polite . The 2 technicians were excellent. Dr Patel is very good. Took his time to explain whats going on with my teeth and what are the treatment options I have . This was my first time, going back again.

I went there last week & had x rays done... My 1st time there. We scheduled at the desk an appointment for today.. Thursday Sept 5th at 12 noon.. Anxiety level was very high.. I had to leave my job an hour early... I got there 15 minutes early to a sign on the door saying Dear Valued Patients Unfortunately our office is CLOSED today, we Apologize for any Inconvenience this may cause They arent even opened on Mon or Thur.. The sign on the door says they are open Mon - Fri 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sat 9 -3. I see the receptionist sitting behind the desk she looks up when I walk up to the door... I called the office, hear the phone ringing from outside as Im looking right at her waving....to her.She Totally ignored me. (A valued Customer! Hmm!) Answering machine says they are open Tue, Wed & Fri 8:30am to 1pm.... I called my insurance company to let them know there was No Service Rendered.I called another Dentist office & will not be bothered to go back there... They could have called me to say they made an error in scheduling but they didnt even do that.. Very Unprofessional... I am very Disappointed as well.

Good work. Reasonable prices. Place is a little dirty and dingy. Hygenist put a suction back in my mouth after it fell to ground. Place could be cleaner and need paint on walls.

They told me I broke my whole tooth, and my filling, and the only options I had were a root canal, or to pull the tooth. I went to another dentist and was told that I fractured the filling only, the tooth was fine. That a peice of my old filling was sticking into my gums, causing majority of the pain. They put a temp filling in for now, until I go back to get a real one. I’ve had other experiences with them outside of this one, but this dentist office is very shoddy.

Having a great dentist is important and I am grateful to have my dental care in good hands. Thank you to all the supporting staff as well who assisted Dr. Patel directly as hygienist and receptionist. The professionalism of all staff is welcomed and appreciated. Dr. George is fantastic! He designed me a partial denture that is so much nicer than Id hoped - a work of art and function... less than a day with it, but just some getting used to it, is all... i am very pleased. This was a long process and Dr. George handled it with deftness and patience. I had not been to the dentist basically for my entire adult life, (so this is what I deserve, lol), but these folks are pretty relaxed, which helped ease the white coat syndrome.The supporting staff were also pros! .. including John, an assistant with a calming presence, and Mariah, very genial at the desk.Thank You all for your professionalism.
