They do a great job of deep cleaning my teeth, and I appreciate the polish being used on the inner sides of my teeth. However, my gums apparently show signs of recession and neither the hygienist or the dentist was going to tell me about it. The hygienist said that things looked better this time, which suggests that she had noticed the gum recession last time because otherwise she considers new gum recession to be better. The hygienist only talked about it because I asked a question pertaining to it, and the dentist didnt even mention it saying everything looked good.

Unfortunately needed some dental work taken kare of. Very thankful and happy though to have found this dentist location. Kate and Dr. Nelson were both fabulous in taking kare of the dental work I needed. Would highly recommend this location and these two wonderful ladies.

While the technicians were very kind and caring, the dentist in charge of my root canal was misleading, in the same vein as a car repair shop. I was under the impression that I was paying for my tooth to be cleaned, sealed, and crowned, but at the end of the procedure I had no crown, leaving the tooth unprotected from being broken again.The front desk woman was curt and rude through both my initial visit and the visit for my procedure, but what really cemented this 1-star review was when I went to pay, she made a big deal about how nobody ever pays with CASH as she went to grab change. I guess they dont want my money, so they definitely wont be getting any more of it!

My daughter has never received some great care. My daughter had a crown that cracked, leaving half her crown in place. Dr. Alicia St. Germain did an exceptional job treating both the patient and her mouth. She made sure that my daughter was comfortable, informed of what was going on, and reassured that she was going to get the best care possible.The treatment options were discussed with, both, my wife and child. Suggestions were made and we were impressed with the prescribed treatment and gave the Dr. the go-ahead for treatment.Dr. St. Germain did a fantastic job talking my daughter through what would happen and helped make sure that she was comfortable through the whole process.The office support staff was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating getting my daughter in on short notice considering the situation.If you are looking for a dental office capable of treating the whole patient and not just the teeth - Park Dental in Plymouth is a strong contender.

Bad service and doesnt follow the guidelines provided by Governor on Covid situation and charges missed appointment fee even though appointment was rescheduled for a later date. Need proof for them showing when we called them exactly.

After two miserable dentist appointments, I was considering becoming one of those people who is too afraid to go to the dentist. Im glad I gave these guys a shot before making that decision! Everyone from Amy at the front desk to Dr. Nelson was good humored, kind, and professional. Even with some invasive work, I experienced some discomfort but not even a moment of pain. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

Park Dental has taken the mystery and anxiety out of a trip to the dentist. I recently went back to the dentist for the first time in a long time...dreading what theyd find wrong with my teeth. They took the time to explain everything in a very friendly, understanding and straightforward way during my initial visit. After the follow-up appointments, for a cleaning and yes some fillings, I will say that Im extremely impressed with their diligence in making it a positive experience all around. Everyone there has a great attitude and is extremely knowledgable, which rewrote my impression of a trip to the dentist.

I go out of my way to see this dentist and hygienist. I have many options closer to home in work. I have good teeth but this is the best dentist I’ve had in my life and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere.

These people are racist and liars. Sound familiar. I guess i had a few too many problems which they didnt want to help me solve. I found 2 wonderful dentist that where patient and kind and help me solve my issues. Now im on my way to a healthy and happy smile!

Dr. Kouvalis has taken away my fear of going to the dentist! He’s been my dentist for over 5 years and I’ve followed him from the Minnetonka location to here. He is always so helpful and explains things so well. He takes the time to get to know you and always tells me only what I need. Best dentist out there and the hygienist that work for him are wonderful as well.

Absolutely horrible service and staff were incredibly rude. Worst experience with a dental office in my life. There are many other options in the area and I highly recommend that you look elsewhere.

Ive been here for cleanings and a tooth removal ive never had any issues, everyones very nice. They even walk you threw everything step by step and encourages you to ask questions and let them know if theres anything ur concerned about.

Very bad experience. Scheduled an appointment for root canal, provided additional bleaching service without my knowledge. Worst part there was no change in my tooth color despite bleaching. Started sending threatening collection mails while working with the Dr. Beware and Avoid.
