I have visited this office twice now with my 3 year old son. As someone who works in another dental office I have been very impressed with this office. The staff has been on time and welcoming, all COVID screenings and pre-cautions in place. The hygienists and the doctor have great chair side manner and are patient. I dont usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to because of my experience with Dr. Maria. I called off hours frantic because my daughter lost a tooth prematurely. This dentist was not even my daughters dentist and still answered the call. I was so grateful. To top it off, she even checked up on her to make sure she was okay. What an amazing person!!

We had our first appointment today for my 2 year old. Dr. Maria is wonderful! Her staff was very polite, the office was very clean and inviting. I also love that she speaks our native language. Our bilingual toddler felt comfortable and right at home.

Because of the Covid guidelines we were not allowed to accompany the kids back to the cleanings/X rays. That’s totally fine but that’s when we usually chat with the dentist and technician about how everything looks with their teeth. When the kids were done someone said everything looks fine over their shoulder and that was that. There wasn’t any time to ask about any concerns or anything like that.

We have been going to Dental Center Pediatrics for many years. The staff are friendly, as well as skilled. We have always been very grateful that we have had them to service our childrens dental needs. We highly recommend this dental center!

He is a very energetic and curious little boy and Dr.Maria and her team did an amazing job putting him at ease in the chair, and explaining everything they were going to do! Switched my kid’s dentist to here recently, and I am so happy I did. The entire office is kid oriented, tv screens at each chair to keep kids occupied, kid painted scenery on the walls, and the staff is just amazing. We didn’t have a long wait, the assistants and dentist kept me and my 5 year old well informed. The office was clean and neat as well! They gift the kids with a balloon at the end (which is a huge hit)!

I can not put into words how above and beyond Dr. Maria and her staff go for my kids. I could not imagine telling them that we were changing dentists! We had others in the past elsewhere and though they were pediatric dentist offices they do NOT rise to the level of care that you will get here! From the reception at the desk, the waiting room, the beautiful murals on every wall in every room, to the true comfort and kindness of the whole staff making your child and you feel at ease is amazing!! Just go there and take a look around and you will understand why I recommend them to every parent I know!

From the front desk to Dr. Maria I couldn’t ask for more. The front desk took care of everything including scheduling and insurance verification for 3 different insurances. It was such a project but she did it patiently and was so nice. Dr. Maria was amazing. She explained everything in great detail and found something in my 10 year old that no other dentist had picked up. So knowledgeable and very sweet with my daughter. Took a great deal of time with teaching and explanation. Highly recommend!

Ok- Wow- this place is amazing! Honestly, Im very hard to please. I knew when I called for the appointment it was going to be great! Just the whole atmosphere was inviting & warm. You would never think it was a dentist office. The front desk staff, to the dental assistants right to the dentist herself! I wish all my boys came here. I may just have to switch.My son who is 4 1/2 & not the biggest fan of the dentist, was happy & without fear! Thats a great place!

My son has been a patient for close to five years now. After suffering an injury at daycare when he was two, we had our first visit. He loves going there, goes in by himself and has never been afraid of the dentist! All the staff are wonderful, receptionists, hygienists and doctors. I hope he never knows the anxiety of going to the dentist as many of us experience. One of the best choices Ive made!

I take my daughter to this dentist and have since the first. She is 3 so I figured going to the dentist would be a struggle. But I have no complaints about anything. The staff is amazing and excellent with kids. The whole place is targeted specifically for kids with video games, and big comfy bean bag chairs in the waiting room, to toys and ballons as incentive after their appointment is finished. They also remind you of your appointment via text and communicate with you beforehand to remind you of upcoming appointments faithfully. They are very accommodating and work with you to make appointments based on your own schedule and availability.

My son has been going to Dr. Maria and her wonderful staff for 4+ years. They are ALWAYS so happy, eager to help, and patient. I cannot emphasize they are patient enough. My son has sensory issues and with all the sounds, lights, flashes, etc he can break down a bit. They work so hard to remind him that they are willing to wait until he is ready....and I appreciate that.

My son chipped his front permanent tooth pretty bad this morning (Sunday) I called the emergency number and his tooth was fixed that day! Every time Ive taken my kids to the facility everyone is very curtious and prompt. Would highly recommend!

I have been bringing my 3 year old to Dental Center Pediatrics for about a year. I’ve always had a good experience. They are great with his wiggles and his giggles. But after this week I am recommending to everyone I know because of the experience I had with Dr. Maria Kritsineli in an emergency situation. It was outstanding and I am so thankful for her. This past week I had an unfortunate event happen to my 10 month old. The end result being a chipped tooth and a panicked call to the office at 8:45pm. I was expecting to leave a message and get a call in the morning, but I actually was able to call Dr. Kritsineli’s cell and send her a photo of the tooth. She explained thoroughly what to do and answered all of my questions during our phone call as well as the visit with her. I really can’t thank her and her team enough for making this experience a little less stressful than it already was!

We were visiting family when my 16 month old fell and had an dental emergency right before bedtime. I called Dr. Kritsineli and she kindly got us in to be seen the next morning. She was so tender with our baby and explained extensively what the next steps should be. If I did not live so far away, I would be going to this practice for everything! During my last appointment I had found out I had a cavity and now I was at the office to get it filled. The main dentist, Dr.Maria, put novicane around the area of my tooth, and began to drill. After about a minute of her drilling I knew something was wrong, then the drill hit the middle of my tooth, the most sensitive part. The Novocain DID NOT WORK and I was heavily crying in pain. I could feel every second of the drilling.When she saw I was in pain she asked if I was okay and I said NO, she proceeded to tell me that it was “almost done” and drilled my tooth for another 5 minutes while I was in agony. All I have to say NEVER GO TO DENTAL CENTER PEDIATRICS.

I absolutely love Dr.Maria and the entire staff here. They were great with all of my children who range in age from 16-4 . My youngest enjoys going to the dentist he looks forward to it. I couldnt be happier with my experience here. I would recomend this office to everyone!! :-)

I was referred here when my little one needed oral surgery and I have to say they have been nothing but amazing. I just switched my children over from the previous dentist who referred us, although they were great as well. But they just know what they are doing with children at Dental Center Pediatrics!!!!

I have no idea how this place got so many great reviews. The dentist was forcing impression trays into my 6 yr old Granddaughters mouth and had to be asked if there were any smaller trays. She then took out trays that didnt hurt her to use. When we decided to take her elsewhere, the front desk person told me she didnt have time to email the Xrays,(she had 3 days notice) therefore delaying treatment of a badly abcessed tooth. I had to drive to their office to pick the xrays up only to find they gave me paper copies with the roots cut out of the pictures so the new dentist would be unable to see the infection. They also had another patients chart up when treating her. I also know someone else that they mixed up the correct patient as well. I would not recommend this place at all.

Great experience for kids! My son is 3 and my daughter is 18 months and they love going here! Only problem is Everytime I need to schedule an appointment both receptionists say they only schedule til 2 because they close mon-fri at 3...but when I look online that is untrue they do stay open later. Scheduling is the only difficult part.

My son was very nervous going in to get his first filling. The dr was so patient with him and caring. In the end she caught that we were accidentally over billed so she made a point to talk to the front desk and get it adjusted. Very honest!

Dr. Kristinelli and her staff have always been very warm, caring and receptive. When my daughter had a dental emergency over the fourth of July weekend, Dr. Kristinelli let me know that she would be home all weekend and provided her personal number so I could check in as needed. Very personal care. I cannot say enough about them :)
