Best service and customer service ever! We were traveling and towing our Equinox with our motor home. Friday morning our car would not start. We called Tracy’s dealership and explained we were on vacation and the issue we were having with our car. Service dept. said we could bring it in but probably wouldn’t get to it until Monday. We towed it on Friday morning and that afternoonthe car was ready.Great explanation was given on what probably happened and what was done to fix the car.If I lived closer I would buy my next vehicle from Tracy’s! Thanks so much for getting us back on the road!
Dishonest people that will try to rip you off if you give them a chance. My lease offer was over $500 a month for a Chevy Equinox with 3500$ down. This is literally double of what other dealerships in this area offered. I made a mistake to put a deposit down(1000$) before I did my research since this was my first car purchase from a dealership,and never seen my money again. I spoke to another dealership about deposit and they said its 100% refundable and only fishy dealerships would keep your deposit after holding your car for a couple of days.
I needed a vehicle to tow the little trailer camper I just bought. Tracy Chevrolet is where I go for service on my Volt, and I am really happy with the service department, so I called Sales and they put me in touch with Justin. I told him what I needed and he said he had something suitable to show me, so I went to the dealership and he had exactly what I needed. He hit the nail on the head, first try! I highly recommend Justin, he cared about finding the right vehicle for my needs. It was a smooth and pleasant experience.
Nothing but bait and switch tactics at Tracy Chevrolet! Filled out application online for a used vehicle sitting on lot for a few weeks. Got financed through Dealership. Arrived with bank check for deposit and to sign paperwork only to be told car was priced wrong and for certified used car it would be an additional $1,200.00. Run away from this dealership!!! Myles the general manager is cocky, arrogant and useless! I have spoken to many people and not one good thing has been said about this dealership!

Went to Tracy yesterday to buy a new truck. They were super professional and made it a wonderful experience. To be honest I didnt end up purchasing because I was looking at way to much truck for my financials but that was on me not them. They really tried to discount and make it work for me and I really appreciate all the hard work and no pressure whatsoever . will be back without a doubt
If you’re looking for a new car I highly recommend Tracy Chevrolet in Plymouth. The staff are great, accommodating and will do whatever it takes to get you into the car you want. We worked with Kori and Sean who both worked tirelessly to ensure I was put in a car that would benefit my family. I was turned away by other dealerships who didn’t want to take the time to actually try and help me but this team is not like that and I’m so thankful for them. I bought my car less than a month ago. They kindda put me in this car when I was backed in a corner, I have not been happy since week 1. After signing all the paperwork that was pretty much shoved at me and not gone through and explained properly. Just sign here, here, here and here..no explanation of each document. I brought the vehicle back 4 days after signing and told them I was not happy and the vehicle was already making a noise. There awful service team supposedly checked it and determined there was nothing wrong. Here we are 2 weeks later and I had to have the vehicle towed in and got a notification from onstar that my engine or transmission system needs to be serviced. So great paid for on over priced Trax and havent even made my first payment...now without a vehicle.This dealership needs to straighten out whatever is happening internally and there is ALOT, they have zero issue talking about there internal problems with customers. I will also report to BBB. Maybe PAUL will reach out and fix this issue!

Salesman David Young was a great and he helped me, but I went back because they patched the sidewall of my tire, which made my car unsafe and I over heard a manger saying “ we are not spending a another dime on that car because we lost so much” thanks, great attitude towards a customer for pointing out a life threatening mistake.

I have always had a great experience when I bring my car to Tracy Motors. Their service staff is extremely knowledgeable and they’re always enjoyable to talk with. I generally wait while I get an oil change and they’re always on time and do what they say they’ll do. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else and look forward to continued business with them!
