What a great experience we had at Oliver Ford! We test drove three different vehicles in the freezing cold and the salesman was right by our side to help us, even though the temperature was below freezing! You can buy with confidence here, the experience is extremely easy and the haggling is non existent. Oliver Ford gives you the best price first time, which avoids the back and forward annoying haggling that normally happens with dealerships. Finally, we got a tremendous deal on our vehicle and are so happy that we took the time to visit this dealership first. John Oliver even took the time to chat with us and make sure that we were being taken care of and happy with everything. I believed I needed new tires for my work car, but I am not an expert. Morgan set up computer analysis on a day I walked in and accommodated me nicely. Sure enough needed tires and alignment. Scheduled the work after receiving three different competitive options. Done perfectly and efficiently. Oliver Ford is a wonderful tire store!

I want to thank Oliver Ford for helping us purchase our Ford Explorer. We moved to Florida 5 years ago and had dealt with a local Ford Dealership in Estero where we bought an Escape. Had our car in today to be diagnosed then fix any issues, nothing was fixed before pick up.Took 8 hours for them to say it needed new tires and brakes.Thats WITH having an early morning appointment.We will no longer be using this company for our car needs.

Today was a visit to the Service Dept. They worked me into their busy schedule, gave me a ride to work holding a fresh, hot coffee. They found one additional thing that needed attention, phoned me for permission and a price. They called when the work was done. I was greeted in a friendly manner by 8-10 people than saw me including the cashier and everyone in the office. Maintenance is always a pleasure at Oliver Ford Lincoln.

Purchased my 2015 Fiesta from them with 72 miles on it back in August of 2015. They have treated me extremely well ever since and they make sure that the service you are provided is what you would want your own family to receive. Kind of like the Olive Garden slogan, When you are here, you are family. Also, the coffee machine in the waiting area is....eh. The hot chocolate from it is pretty good though.

My little Focus ran into an oddity in that the windshield wipers would not turn off, even when the car was off! I was extremely grateful to Bob Galen and his Service Team as not only did they jump right into troubleshooting the issue, but they were able to get parts and turn the car around in short order. Everyone here was very friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. Bob was pleasurable to work with and made sure my oil change was done promptly!Only reason theyre receiving 4/5 stars is because I had 3 new windshield wipers put on and 1 of the 3 broke off after one use of the wipers. I talked to Dawn and she was very concerned and wanted to make sure the staff was aware of this. All in all, I would return for any future repairs to my Lincoln MKX.

I had just bought my new car(2 weeks old) and was driving from Indianapolis to Michigan. Something hit the side of my car, then I was experiencing tire pressure loss in one of my tires. I was out in the middle of nowhere and started to panic as I didnt think I could get much further and would be stranded on the side of the road, on a very hot and sunny day, with my two dogs. I saw a sign for Oliver Ford and made a turn, headed that way, in hopes that they could help. The dealership was very busy but they stated they could get me in, it just might take awhile--I was just greatful that they wanted to help. Morgan got my dogs two bowls of water and after sitting outside (the heat was horrible) he allowed me to go inside. Every employee came over and said hello and treated me and more importantly, my dogs, with such kindness. They asked me what happened and genuinely seemed concerned. Morgan actually took my dogs, placed them in my car after my tire patch, turned on the AC, while I paid(which was only $15!!). I am a district manager for a major retailer and truly understand what great service is and what going above and beyond really looks like--and the employees at Oliver Ford do it better than anything I have ever experienced. I am on the road a lot, and always fear the things that can happen--but if I was going to have an issue--I guess I couldnt ask for a better place to have it......this dealership and all that work there---Thank You from the bottom of my heart, for your kindness and concern, and for truly showing me what great customer service looks and feels like! Service atOliver Ford in Plymouth is the best ever bar none. They had my LOF service done very timely and notified me that our rear brake pads were in the red. I asked to check the brakes upon arrival also. Was around 4:00 pm and I asked if I could leave overnight and if they could replace the pads the next morning. They had it done by 9:00 am. Just wonderful service since we were headin out on vacation soon.

The only interaction Ive had with this dealership has involved using their electric vehicle charging station to charge up my car on my way to Indianapolis. My impression of them is very positive. They bent over backwards to make sure I was well taken care of. They even offered to take me over to the local deli to get something to eat. This isnt something Im accustomed to from the owners of public charging stations. Im not in the market for a car right now but when I am Ill remember these folks.

We were greeted and checked in with courtesy and efficiency. We alerted Bob about a noise we hear when we travel over bumps and he said they would check it out.After completing the service (Works) our car was given the complimentary car wash. However, the radio antenna was not reattached! We had to do that ourselves before leaving the lot. This was unusual.We were also told that the technicians who did the oil change could not check into the noise. I thought that also odd, as in the past things like this would be checked into right there. What has changed since my last visit?

Made me feel that I had hope the whole time on being able to purchase a new vehicle. They are a great place to take my trucks. They get me in as soon as possible and back out very efficiently. They know what they are doing and have fixed many difficult problems. If I need it back fast or fixed right Oliver is where I go.

While servicing an older vehicle can be costly, I was always given a ride to work. And when we were finally looking to trade-in and lease, Dana referred me to Missy and I couldnt be happier. And when we came back, she worked very hard at getting us what we needed. Everyone has been great.

I took my MKZ in for an oil change and to ask about a strange noise that I hear off and on and an issue with my sunroof. I dealt with Bob Galen and he was great to work with. Oil was changed and sunroof was fixed. He drove my car trying to find the origin of the noise. He had several technicians listen to make sure they all agreed on what the issue was. Bob let me know that we needed to order tires and he made sure we knew of a sale that was going on for the next few days. Bob ordered the tires and I took my car back in for tires and to get the noise fixed. Bob was very patient and helpful. I will definitely call him again for any service needed on my MKZ.

Stopped in to look at a few vehicles they had on their lot. Everyone was very helpful and great to deal without any pressure to buy something we did not want. We bought a used suv at a good deal. It was how car buying should be.

Had an oil change called the Works and it was done within an hour. The only problem was the weather, to cold to get the free car wash with the service performed. Has a very nice waiting area with free coffee.

The dealership was fine during the entire purchasing of the vehicle. but a few months after i went to check the breaks on my van and there were nuts on both front tires that did not match the lug nut size of the rest. when i called them about it to see why they did this or if they could put the actual proper lug nut on the response was, if we had the nut we would have put it on when we got the vehicle.

I do wish it was easier to get an appointment for an oil change quicker than a week and a half. I live in a different time zone and have pre paid service. Sometimes i feel that i am being put off for cash customers. I am not saying that is what you do but when i did not have pre paid service it seems i was able to get in quicker like a day or two.
