Thay did a great job and for less than the estimated cost

Took 3 months to do a one day job, called me every 5 days to say “about 5 more days” for 3 months. Lied and installed a rebuilt/ refurbished power stealing column that failed a month later (they literally left the tag on it, with epoxy leaking out). Wrote up bogus charges for my insurance company to pay (something like 40 hours to paint a bumper between 3 people at 30$ an hour) . When I went to pick up the car they claimed to forget to charge me for the key fob, which was sitting on the counter, and wouldn’t let me drive the car away unless I paid 250$ right there for the key. I can’t emphasize how dirty this business is.

I pulled into Barker’s Auto when my directional stopped working. Chris greeted me and helped me right away. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it temporarily so I could get my kids home safely and ordered the part needed to remedy the issue. I was super impressed and grateful! Thank you!

What a great, family run place! Made my new car brand new again after an accident. They advocated for every part for me with the insurance company and made sure it was mint before returning it. Easy to communicate with and extremely friendly and helpful people!

Wow! Hard to believe that there are still merchants out there that take pride in their work and.... try their very best to please their customers but Bakers Auto Body is just that! Chris, Amy and the crew are professional, thorough, fast and compassionate individuals who appreciate your business and are not afraid to show it. You have to put a lot of trust and faith in someone who is repairing your vehicle after an accident and they are worthy of that trust. I can only imagine how good they are when the job is strictly pleasure. No matter if it is accident repair or your prized possession classic car, trust Bakers, they wont let you down.

I was told that Bakers Auto Body did spectacular work by individuals at Mayflower Service of Plymouth. OMG were they right on the money. My car, a mercury Milan Hybrid 2010, had a few scratches here and there, but not any more!The vehicle looks like it just came out of the new car dealers showroom, maybe even better. The owner quoted me a very fair price.I would go back to this establishment in a heartbeat.

These guys are great! I had them repair some dents/scratches on my SUV, and they got it done faster than I expected, and the work looked great!!

I was referred to Baker by Mayflower Service Center. I have an old outback with a sunroof that is starting to corrode. He took some time to look it over with me, told me what options I had for a true fix and what that would cost, and then gave me some detailed DIY solutions to try myself first. Didnt charge me anything for his time. Everyone came across as nice, professional, and honest.

I had a bumper replaced and some minor stone chips repaired on the hood of my car at Bakers Auto in Plymouth, MA in January 2016. They touched up all the dings on the hood and repainted it. When I got the car back, the surface was uneven with dust and fibers embedded in the paint. They offered to buff it out, but said I should wait until spring to give the paint time to harden. I now have significant amounts of rust on the hood. Its been a little over a year and a half, but the warranty was only for 12 months. The only rust on my car is where it was repainted, and it seems to me that a paint job should last more than a year and a half. Additionally the aftermarket bumper they used doesnt fit properly and does not sit flush with the fenders on the car as it should.
