Eric worked on my truck. I had a problem with my DEF system, red light came on saying stop and turn engine off while on the expressway. Eric figured out that it was my dozier and replaced it. Also cleared corrosion build up out of the system. Im so happy I found these guys! Great work,, great price! Thank you, Eric and Wiers in Plymouth, Indiana!

Great people to deal with. Duane at the parts counter is always really helpful as is Owen, who from time to time will deliver my parts. The delivery girls are also very nice and courteous.

Wires customer service is wonderful! They were very accommodating when scheduling maintenance for our truck. The shop manager kept us in the loop on what the estimated cost of repairs would be and they finished everything in a timely manner. We will be returning customers.

Tried to bring my truck in for a repair today to the body shop just before 10:00am and the doors are locked and I came to the service department to find out if they were open and they informed no one was there today. The manager wasnt there to schedule the work in for next week, so Ill be headed to truck centers to give them my work. At least I know I can be taken care of there.

Air dryer filter blew out and left me stranded on a Friday night. Wiers answered their phone right away and had a mechanic out to me in about an hour. Quick, professional, courteous and overall awesome experience. I recommend this company. Shout out to Eric the roadcall mechanic who fixed me.. Im still rolling!

I had a road call on a fuel line replacement. The tech broke a sensor on the side of the engine during the repair. It cost me $200.00 to replace on top of the almost $650.00 bill from Wiers. The now manger told me he wasn’t going to pay for it because it wasn’t done in the shop. Apparently if they break something on a road call they won’t cover the expense of whatever the part is.

We take our trucks to (Rock Star) Jordan Sauer @ Wiers. When he was the Service Manager we never worried about the repairs being performed correctly. We have asked his advice on oil in coolant problems, AC issues, and even the small what do I do problems....he was on top of it all. I still deal with him even though he has taken on the Body Shop Manager Role. He doesnt let me down on communication and that is very important. Dewayne Lutes in Parts is a Rock-Star as well! He knows his parts!! Highly recommended!

Had them change 2 fuel filters on one of our trucks. I even called them before I sent the truck there, 2018 T680, to make sure they had the filters. When they finished, 3 hours later, they called and I had them Fax the bill for payment. $456.97!!!!!!!!!!! They did not have one of the filters and sent one of their guys 1 hour to the north to get one. Did not call to let me know they were doing that or that I would be charged for it.

So far everything about this place has been slow motion. Slow to pull truck in shop, Slow to communicate diagnosis, Slow to give ride to nearby hotel. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

Our parts specialist Bill Baily at the Wiers Plymouth location goes above the norm to deliver our parts. With the pandemic closing our schools and shortening our days parts delivery and sales are hard to coordinate. Bill and the crew have gotten our parts to us when we needed them.

Unfriendly, poor service they do not do emergency minor repairs like they advertise, not helpful at all . Seems to be a trend with international dealerships.

I can see why so many people hate this place... lost my serpentin belt, after hrs 2 hr min at 125 hr for a 70 doller belt what a rip off

Went to the parts department. Very happy with the service I received.

This place is slow as molasses. Been sitting here for 5 hours to get three air leaks under the hood fixed. Another guy here just needs a hose replaced and has been here for about 3.
