I was on my way to work today when my car made this awful clunking sound at a stop sign. I’d never been to this shop before and I hadn’t called ahead to even set up an appointment. They were nice enough to help me out right away and within a couple hours my car was fixed and most importantly safe to drive again. Highly recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The guys are so funny and they know their stuff! I was recommended by a friend and I enjoy their services so much they are now my go-to. I trust they’ll do the right thing for the right price. They are very reasonable! It’s run by a father and his son, you instantly feel like part of the family. Wonderfully run business.

Bill and Jake are awesome. I love bringing my cars here since I know that theyll do fantastic, honest work. I heard about them from my friend at work. He can basically fix anything on cars with his bare hands. His parents have been getting their car fixed here for about 20 years. If anything in those 20 years had been untoward or dishonest, he would know immediately. I know less about cars but I definitely know they could have recommended work that didnt really need to be done (I have had that experience in the past, like many people). Absolutely 5 stars. Bring your car and rest easy, theyll take care of you.

I brought in my 2007 Toyota Camry to Tonka Auto Center for a regular maintenance check today. My car has racked up about 98,000 miles and it was time for a tune up. They proceeded with an oil change and they didn’t bombard me with other unnecessary tune up. They also provided me with helpful information on when I should bring my car in for other maintenance checks. I didn’t feel overwhelmed like I would with other auto services and they provide a very comforting costumer service. I even forgot to tell them about the broken engine splash guard below my car, I was happily surprised when I brought my car home to see it being fixed. I would highly recommended Tonka if you’re in need of any sort of auto maintenance. They truly care about their costumers and have an amazing eye for detail. I would definitely choose to use their services again.

They were happy to fit around our schedule and we were extremely happy with our initial visit, so much so that we now only bring our cars to them. Our family has recently started bringing our cars here after using Golden Valley Tire (GVT) for over 20 years. The ownership change at GVT had a different business philosophy - essentially, everything was an upsell and the prices kept creeping up. I wish I would have moved my business to Tonka Auto Center years ago. Bill and Jake are fantastic. The rates are fair and the service is great.
