Had a specialized Carli Level Kit, track bar, and steering stabilizer put on my ram with new 37” tires and some custom lights. They did an amazing job and put up with all my special requests. Great communication and did clean professional work, these guys know what they’re doing, will be back.

The new tires Jessica recommended were the ones I’d been looking at already. They are hard to find right now, but she found them for me and they were on hand to install the next day. A pleasant experience extremely nice people and clean shop

Ive on been here a few times, but each time the service has been outstanding. Most recently brought my jeep in to drop off my tire to be patched, but they were able to take care of it right away and it was free of charge. They really value their customers and I will continue to take my business here.

Great techs and counter staff. Had them do my valve cover gaskets. When I told them there was still a slight leak (typical with gasket jobs) they got me back in fast and fixed it for free including the bolt the replaced!

I’ve come here for several years with several different vehicles and have always found the work to exceed my expectations price and performance wise. It’s refreshing to have a place that you can go to for custom items as well as general repairs, where the owners are always available to the customer to answer any questions or make suggestions. Now a days it is uncommon to find a mechanic shop that is not a chain, and actually knows what they are doing!

Today I had a remote start installed for my Subaru Forrester. It was taken in and done fast. The lady at the desk, I believe Jessica, was extremely kind. I love how I made an appointment and they honored it so I wasn’t left waiting all day. A LIFE TIME WARRANTY! Subaru only offered me a 1yr warranty and the price was almost twice the cost. I’m very pleased and will always recommend drivers edge in Plymouth.

This place is AMAZING. The owners (Mike & Jess) are great people who really care about the customer. I have had extensive upgrade work on 2 trucks now and let me tell you I NEVER worried about it not getting done perfectly. The way this team works from start to finish to exceed expectations is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS. The HONESTY, QUALITY, EXPERTISE, AND CARE they show cannot be found anywhere else in my opinion....Most places want to upsell you to make the most money. DRIVERS EDGE DOES NOT DO THIS. If I had the option to put zero stars I would. This shop charged double their estimate, took 2 months when they told me two weeks, they left a dirty rag INSIDE my engine. My engine would barely run for months after they put it in and they would argue with me when I came back with complaints. Cost me hundreds of dollars in repair at other shops. Very rude lady at the front desk. Kids in the shop don’t know what they’re doing. The guy mike seemed cool though but I am never coming here again.

Took my 01 suburban to Drivers Edge because I had a weird rattle in my steering. They got it right in for me and found out I needed a new pitman arm. I brought it in the following week for the repair and an alignment and was able to pick it up at the end of the day. Problem solved. I was very happy! Technicians were very knowledgeable and completed the work fast and walked me through everything it needed. No BS at this shop only honest, hard-working people. Will never bring my vehicle elsewhere. I love this shop.

OMG!!! Huge shout out to Mike Stanghellini and Jess at Drivers Edge!!! My mechanic diagnosed my car with Hub Bearing wear out. Would have cost at least $1,000... I was absolutely prepared to pay that when he got back from an overseas trip because he said I could wait until before 1st snowfall. My car totally disengaged over the weekend and I couldnt shift out of park. I messaged Mike because I thought I saw he was a mechanic, totally freaking out. I asked him to call me, which he did. He tried to calm me down and told me to bring it in at 8:30 Monday, assuring me that his woman Jess would take good care of me. I showed up this morning a nervous wreck. She told Patrick and I to grab coffee and breakfast 2 doors down. Called me an hour later. It was a brake switch sensor!!! $128.11 TOTAL!!! I absolutely love my regular mechanic, but I was about to shell out 4 figures and the problem would not have been solved!!! Sorry for the novel, but I am just sooooo grateful!!!! Thank you Mike and Jess!!!

Very happy with Mike & Melissa, I slipped a disk in my back and was unable to work on my truck, after some research I decided to take it to them. I had a small problem with some work they did, they stepped right up to the plate an fixed it for zip. High marks for doing the right thing. Would recommend highly. I will go back.

I dont let just anybody work on my vehicles, even skeptical of the dealership. Drivers Edge always does a great job! They installed a leveling kit, wheels and tires, remote start, and exhaust on my 2013 Silverado 2500hd awhile back and I would highly recommend Drivers Edge to anyone! Great people, great service!

I went to go here to buy wheels and while the website said they close at 6 I showed up and the door said they close at 5:30. The door was lock and no one was anywhere to be seen and it was still 5:20.Awful business practice, lost a customer
