Mike was awesome, got my vehicle done before deadline. Took my Jeep to get new rotors, and break pads and did a great job, got my Jeep sounding great again. Highly recommend! Pretty inexpensive job too.

Mike has been my mechanic for around twelve years. When I drive my truck out of his shop, I know it has been fixed properly and I can depend on it. I was in his shop today, and Mike stayed late helping me locate and fix an oil leak. Now Im safely back on the road and can concentrate on my job tomorrow. New World has saved me thousands over the past few years. I met Mike after I was quoted that I needed a whole new exhaust system from another nearby garage. I pulled into New World and Mike put the car on the lift and laughed. We went to Napa, and got a small piece of exhaust pipe. I paid, he made no money on the pipe. He cut out the old pipe and welded in the new one. Within the hour I was back out on the road. Best $75.00 that I spent on that car.Besides a few hangers and another small pipe the exhaust lasted the life of the car. I trust Mike and New World Auto 100%.

Mike has behaved very unprofessionally during my recent appointment. I took my car in to have repairs priced out, and Mike told me he would get back to me once he had finished pricing everything. I called him a few days later to ask for an update, but he said he was working on it. I would call him again every 4 or 5 days and he would say he hadnt finished pricing it out yet. This went on until it had been over a month after I had taken my car in.At any stage during this process, he could have refused service. But instead of refusing service, he repeatedly promised that he would do this work. Yet, he never did. This is not behavior you should allow near your vehicles. Now my car is no longer inspected, meaning I can no longer legally drive it. I was forced to schedule another appointment elsewhere, but every autoshop is scheduling multiple months ahead. Mikes behavior has had drastic negative consequences on my life.

Mike is rock-solid.If youve met dishonest mechanics in the past, you can usually tell from the way they conduct themselves (avoiding eye contact, deliberate use of confusing jargon, misleading estimates, unwilling to show you exactly what they are fixing on your vehicle, etc). The first time I brought my car to Mike, he took me underneath the car while it was still on the lift and showed me specifically what was going on. This is THE benchmark that all good mechanics should follow. Complete honesty is the most sustainable way to keep customers for a long time.

Takes no responsibility for any damage to customers vehicles that happen on his lot, when it is blatantly the company’s fault (His plow driver hit and destroyed my vehicle over 4 grand in damage, and refuses to pay or have his plow driver pay for repairs) Horrible customer service. Would never recommend this place of business to anyone.
