I have had only great experiences with Gellars! They go above and beyond to accommodate customers! They always follow-up after my work is done to make sure there are no problems, and I am satisfied...even if it was just an oil change. They have a level of customer service that you will rarely find anymore!

How many places do you know that have incredibly knowledgeable (and super friendly) people that can repair your car and make you a delicious lunch with ice cream for dessert? Thats what I thought. Gellars station is a legend for good reason.

Amazing customer service! We used Gellars for a rental toilet for our family cottage for the summer season. Peter made the process so easy. Barbara and the staff at Gellers went out of there way when our battery died. They gave us a jump so we could get to the garage. Upon leaving, they noticed we left a large puddle of transmission fluid. They immediately tried calling us. We had our vehicle towed back and the line replaced. Knowing we were there just until the weekend, they were able to complete the job by the end of the work week. I cant say enough how professional they were. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Very easy to work with, personalized friendly service and kept me informed of what needed attention. They were very accommodating for appointments and getting to and from the shop. I just bought another car and will be having it serviced there as well. Happy to have an in town trustworthy car shop to bring my cars to.

Called 2 days ago about having to tires mounted. Explained to the older gentleman if i brought 2 new tires along with the 2 flat wheels, how much? Older gentleman relies $20 per tire. That great and what is the current charge to that service. So, 2 days later.... A older woman answers, i ask the same exact service inquiry, she replies $45 per tire... Are you outa your mind.... before the 2bd call.. My wife why are you calling again with the same question? After the 2nd call, i tell her this is why. ive been a mechanic for 38 yesrs and ive seen this many times with these small town repair shops. where the locals get fair treatment, whole if ypu are unknown, you get shafted. Try calli g the business number, they sound unprofessional and like your bothering them.. snappy and not pleasant.....

As a long time customer of this family owned local business, have always been happy with their service. Recently, I had an emergency repair- I had my car towed to the shop and they handled it perfectly. They were professional, courteous, and had my car back to me in a couple of hours. Even picked me up at home to bring me to the shop to come get it. Highly recommend them for all of your minor and major repairs and maintenance

The customer service at Gellars was amazing, from the moment I walked through the door. Barbara is fantastic. The mechanics were able to replace my wheel hub assembly within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Peter Gellars Service Station for auto repairs.

I had 4 tires mount and balanced that I brought in. While one person changed the tires another vacuumed the car. While I was waiting I happened to mention I was then heading to have the car inspected. They then quickly gave my car a once over to make sure all was good for the inspection. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be back.

I ALWAYS bring my car here- not that I have a lot of issues with it but everyone is always quick and efficient. They even offer a ride home if it is going to be a while!I honestly can say as well, it feels more personable at this shop. Maybe bc it is locally owned and not a big corporation? Once again these great folks were able to exceed my expectations with regards to the installation this time of a trailer hitch on a brand new car and they did a fantastic job at a great price. I’ve been taking my cars here for years and cannot recommend them enough!

My car broke down in Plymouth while on vacation ..they fixed it in a day at a reasonable cost ..we had no way to even get to the auto service station where they are located and peter came to pick us up ..so very helpful and kindThanks so much

This repair shop is absolutely fantastic! I got my vehicle towed their with a snapped serpentine belt and a bad tensioner, and they knew exactly what to do and got the job in a timely manner. Unfortunately in my case my belt started squeaking again after a couple days, but thanks to their 6 month warranty wasn’t a problem. I brought it back, they replaced the belt again, no charge since it was under warranty! My service was performed by EJ and he was fantastic, and took care of my no problems whatsoever! You guys are the best, I will definitely be doing my business with this repair shop again!

These guys have helped me several times. They know what to do, how to do it and do it efficiently. What else do you want?

Gellars was a literal lifesaver for us. We came to the area from out of state, for Thanksgiving. Our car was being loud and we really didnt know why. Ended up being major items that made the car unsafe to drive. I was due to drive the 8+ hours back home the next morning. They had me drop my car off at 8am and before noon it was ready. They helped me in so many ways. They are honest people, reliable, and a true blessing to my family. We will never forget your kindness. This place is amazing! I had to get new brake pads and rotors. Prices were great, customer service was amazing, and quick. I will be taking our vehicles there for now on.

Had an unfortunate incident on Rt 3A in Manomet today, debris in the road, had to swerve to avoid hitting it and hit the curb instead and blew out my tire ! Fortunately I was only seconds away from the intersection where Gellars is, pulled in to the 7/11 and called for help, a few minutes later a wonderful technician walked across the street to help me, he was so curtious and efficient, my spare was on in 15 minutes, I’m a Senior Citizen and live on the Cape, so greatfull and impressed with this wonderful business! Thank you:)
