I procrastinated long enough, I stopped by the Plymouth store to get a price for a new set of tires. It looked like they were closed, but turns out theyre just going through an overdue update of the facility. Manager was awesome and gave me a price lower than I was expecting. Thankfully my shopping for tires ended there and Best One gained a loyal customer for the foreseeable future

I try and go to Rochester indiana Best one, but got a flat outside of Plymouth. Went there. Very nice and helpful. Great choice.

The customer service at Best One in Plymouth is great. From the initial contact to completion of the work, the staff was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. I didnt have to make an aappointment. They took my car in immediately and I was back on the road in about an hour. Thanks, guys.

Came in to get a tail light fixed and a ghost window that rolls down on its own. $550 later, I have a tail light that works and a window that still rolls itself down. At $120 an hour for labor no one can afford to fix their cars any more.

Monteiths Best One in Plymouth has great individuals working there. We normally go to Monteith in Wakarusa (who we absolutely love), but we were down in Plymouth and needed a tire. They took care of us just as well as the Wakarusa family would have. Thank you to everyone!!

When I got home I noticed a large puddle of antifreeze on my garage floor. Never had a leak, can only assume that they over-filled the reservoir

Nearly $900 / 4 Cooper tires installed but had to go back for issues involving a leaky seal, or Tire pressure decreasing or not guaging correctly with electronic monitor system. They forgot to reinstall the spare tire to undercarriage. Purchasing another warranty following an issue with sidewall damage was unexpected. On a positive note, they were prompt & got me back on the road quick as can be expected.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt I had too, second time here in like 4 months for a nail in my tire, usually I’d do it myself but without access to a tire machine to put on a patch this is my go to. As my parents are long time Sherwood tire supporters I called all the tire shops in plym, and from that second these guys picked up the phone I knew these where the guys I wanted to service my tires, great prices and the staff up front at the desk are awesome, super friendly, and more than willing to help you if you don’t know what you need, or quick and no questions asked if you know what you need, very friendly and respectable, service is fairly quick if you jt walk In. I can’t emphasize jt how great the upfront staff really is. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone that needs anything done with their tires.

A great experience. I went to simply get my oil changed and they checked all of my lights to make sure they were working properly, filled all of my tires with air, and offered to replace my windshield wipers. I never had to get out of my car I just sat there and let them do all the work. Wonderful customer service!

The staff at Best-One is friendly and efficient. The reason I go here is because they’re not constantly trying to up-sell me like some of the other places in town. If I have a mechanical problem, they bring it to my attention so I know what I need to do. Because of that, I let them do the work whenever they can. I appreciate good, honest business people and you will like these guys, too.

I went in for a tire change for one tire, I was promised it would be done in the morning, when I arrived at 4:00 pm, my car was still not ready. After the tire was replaced in 15 minutes, my car does not have the correct alignment.
