When i informed him the money wasnt put on card with acct# and tried to give a different credit card he refused to take it cuz he ran the orher card before he should have said he had to let that go through first. Then charged me $20 non sufficient funds fee and canceled my policy. Never had a policy. Then asked if i could still get a policy i was told i had to show proof of ins for the last year to keep same quote. What?? So i call the 800# to Allstate had to get a whole new quote which was higher and also had to oay the $20 before i got new policy. Suppose get $20 credited back to my new policy when its removed from old policy showing paid. So, ya this mark guy really did a number on me.
