Have been trying to work with Mark Thorne. Not very happy with him. Does not return phone calls. Asked him to start a claim on behalf of one of his clients. After 2+ weeks, still no claim #. Very unsatisfied service

Whole bunch of liars!!!!My mom got in accident 4 weeks ago. Their insured didnt look for cars when backing out of his driveway. 100% his fault and car is not drivable.Called Mckee to start the claim. All phone calls have been recorded.Amanda took a call, all details (took her 15 min to go through her questionnaire) and stated that adjuster will contact us same day or early next morning.No calls for over 4 days.Finally I call back, Amanda took a call again. Stated that they cant send adjuster until they talk to insured who they cant reached. I asked What if he doesnt pick up for a month? Can you give timeline how long you will be waiting for him to call you back before you take action?Next thing she transfers me to someone in office with name Mike....Mike stated right the way that his insured and not adjuster was gonna call me because he owe a body shop and they have never told me about adjuster coming out...After 4 days both Mike and Amanda are keep asking: how much damage does the car have despite the fact I already explained it and someone typed it all in....So two documented lies so far:1. Insurance adjuster scheduling to come2. Never been able to talk to insured.As of now my moms car is not drivable, head light is broken, of go the doors doesnt shut, damage to the front bumper and front hood and quarter and more.And what about Mckee? According my latest conversation with Mike the claim is not turned in yet.Keep in mind accident took place on March 11th. Today is 25th. They clearly spoked with insured. They pretty much refusing to open claim and send adjuster. All of that with police report and fault of their insured.This review will be updated once they accept liability and send adjuster.Time for BBB complaint.

Jim Andrews lightens up every room he walks into. By this I mean that I have never met an insurance agent with a better disposition and sense of humor that Jim. His personal hands on approach to insurance cant be beat by those computer programs you find on the internet. Keep truckin Jim!
