One other nice thing is that he gives me friendly reminders of when my policies are due-sometimes I forget :). He periodically contacts me when he thinks I can get a lower insurance quote. I have been a Prokop customer for 11 years. I have had car and homeowners insurance with them through Victoria, and now Nationwide.Robert and his previous assistant have been extremely helpful to me over the years. In the recent purchase of my home, they put together the info I needed immediately, and when there was an issue with payment due to my closing company, they helped me figure out where it went.I also called Robert recently to make sure I had something specific covered. Of course he said yes, and that is what I like about Prokop so much. Worst Insurance agency! Never answer their phones or call you back when you leave a message. Robert answered once and sent me straight to Jerrys voicemail. Ive also had one conversation with Robert when I first set it up and he was very rude. My insurance was set to go up $43 but I was trying to understand why. They did nothing to help me. I officially cancelled and am working with someone else but had to call Nationwide to do so. Terrible customer service! Cant wait for Robert himself to bash this review next since it shows hes good at that.

It took a month to enform me that i was being cancelled for the exact thing that i was seeking insurance for. Was super helpful until after I sent him a check for ayears worth of insurance. After this review, he is probably know who I am... I am current customer with this agent for a year. Well now it is time for cancel my policy because silly reasons that Nationwide increase my premium (not any tickets reasons). On Nov 15, I called Nationwide that I would like to cancel the policy, they said I need to cancel with my agent. So she transferred the line for me... Nobody answered... She left the voicemail for me. Second time, I called the agent. One of his employee transfer me to Robert; nobody answered. Left the voice message. Nobody call back. Third attempt, one of his employee answered, I told her that this is my third time that I called. She told me that I should try calling Nationwide and cancel after 5 because Robert IS TOO BUSY. I told her that I want to cancel by tomorrow because I will start my new policy tomorrow and I want to finish this too long errand. She told me to email Robert. I emailed and received the reply that I need to do some paperwork that he did not attach...haha very professional agent! (what a joke) Now, I am currently wait for MR ROBERT BUSY PROKOP after this 15 days to cancel my policy....Oh wow! I just saw the reply from the business. If there is no story to tell, I won’t tell. I did negative stars for other business when it’s actually a bad business like yours. I also rate 5stars for many businesses when they are actually awesome. My reviews are variances. Btw, you just proof that you are kinda business that alway said to yourself “that’s not my fault”. Please quit being customer services based service- cuz you totally don’t have service mindset.
