I bought a car over the weekend and the dealership told me it would be ready at 5pm on Monday. We emailed Bill on Sat and gave him a heads up that the dealership would be sending the paperwork. Long story short the dealership dropped the ball and told me at 4:45 they hadnt received the paperwork back ( they had). Cheryl stayed late in order to resend the paperwork so I could drive my car home that night

Extremely high rates for auto and home. No home owners policy mailed for 2 years (my fault not inquiring). Great driving records and no claims ever on home. If you want an agent to collect money with no frills they are great!
