We are very happy with the service provided by Lake Country Insurance. Changing insurances is a big deal and can be stressful. Tyler did an amazing job compiling all the information and data into a spreadsheet that allowed us to easily compare the coverage and rates and save us a lot of money. I know little about this company until their client hit my vehicle. I spoke with Tyler the insurance agent who lied and stated I could not file a claim for their client hitting my vehicle. He would give me limited to no details on how to file a claim besides going through my own carrier. This was WRONG! He provided me false information on how to resolve the issue and I wanted to say be cautious if Tyler is your agent. He also decided to stop taking to me and stated I was harassing him trying to resolve this issue after I said do I need to get a lawyer because your providing me false information. How is that okay to do!! Your client hit my vehicle!
