Dont use this agent!!Tried to get renters insurance added to my policy but it was so loud over the phone that after 5 minutes I gave up. I felt very disrespected in that all the background noise over the phone sounded like employees and the person whom I was speaking to would not ask them to please quiet down. I am now canceling all my insurance with this agent. Hopefully for them my cancelation goes through smoothly.

Michael took care of all my needs and got me the best price and in some cases more coverage for less. Recommend anyone thats looking for home, flood, auto, umbrella insurance to go see him!

They have been closed for four months no one answers the phone I leave a message no return call someone rear end I had questions by no one to answer them. They don’t know what an Agent does. Represent the client ! This has to be the worst agent in town. I did change agents but still getting bills from. I’m a life time resident of Plymouth and take my advice go elsewhere for insurance they are useless as an agent

Leaving this agent after 20 plus years...Cant remember the last time I got a Timely answer or any help whatsoever...Say goodbye to me.my family, my friends and my 75000 plus co-workers. They will be seeking alternative insurance agents

I had the dreaded cracked windshield. Called the office and spoke with Dina. Within 10 minutes of reporting the issue, I was contact about replacement at a convenient time and place for me. Excellent customer service.
